This place was so good I went twice in 1 weekend while I was down there for a wedding. The interior featured a bunch of green plants. The pho broth was fragrant, rich and had all of the aromatics. The cuts of meat were thinly sliced and so tender. We shared everything from the banh mi, bun Bo hue and pho. This restaurant was very clean and they had well over 20 tables inside. Servers are attentive and food comes out really fast. It's a great place to enjoy some quality Vietnamese cuisine. Pho has always been my go-to for comfort and warmth on a cold day, and today it truly hit the spot. We ordered a large number 11, the pork and broken rice, a pork and shrimp vermicelli bowl, and started with the shrimp summer rolls. The pho broth is flavorful and perfectly salted, and the meat always tastes fresh. I don't like to add a lot of sauces or toppings to my pho, but the sauces they provide are really tasty. My all-time favorite pho spot hands down! The broth is crispy, clear, flavorful, and not too heavy. I always get a "number 1 large," which includes eye round steak, well done flank, fat brisket, tendon and tripe (essentially the combo bowl). Great noodle to meat ratio. I crave pho very often and I always leave the restaurant very full and satisfied. Service is wicked fast! Food comes out within 10 minutes after ordering. A bowl of pho is reasonably price, though it has seen a price increase over the past 10 years that I've been here. Once you're done eating, head to the counter to pay because they don't typically bring over a check to the table. Very spacious restaurant and can fit large parties. I have been going for a longgg time as my family would take me here when I was little (i remember when pho so 1 used to be on Horsepen road). I don't come here for the service or restaurant ambiance or whatever. I come here for delicious food. The pho broth is light and flavorful - I always order the #15. I highly recommend to also try other noodle dishes as well. During the summer , I really enjoy the cold vermicelli noodle bowl with grilled pork and egg roll (#29 on menu). My dad went to pho so 1 in Richmond, VA while going shopping up there and went to get take out so got some bun thit nuoung (grilled pork vermicelli) and beef and pork com tam(broken rice) It's not his first time there he been many times to order take out and he bought some home its spacious inside and clean and big. The service is pretty nice. We've been coming here for years and it never disappoints. The pho is so flavorful and you get such a large bowl for the price. The staff always seats you as soon as you come in and the service is really fast and efficient. Even when there's a good amount of people in there, it's fairly quiet and relaxing. They do have tvs with sports or news on if you want something to watch while you eat. I love the pork and shrimp spring roll appetizer! The peanut sauce that comes with it is so good, I eat it by itself when there's leftovers. I usually get a brisket pho and then add lime and cilantro to it, as they bring you the toppings on a plate to make your own. The flavors are always so so good. If you want a boba as well, their boba tea are affordable and delicious. The taro is my favorite! The entry way has beautiful plants and decorations which adds to the aesthetic. Coming from NOVA where there are a ton of pho restaurants I was hesitant when my friends were hyping this place up. But the pho is just as good if not better than some of my go to pho restaurants. We got a Vietnamese ice coffee, the grilled pork rice paper rolls, and 2 large pho (number 1 + 2). The viet coffee was decent and the grilled pork summer roll was okay. It felt the pork could have used a bit more flavor. The pho was great though. The broth was flavorful and clean. All the meats tasted fresh and was not over cooked. This is one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants on the west end. Almost anytime I have to go to the west end I end up getting takeout from here. It was too warm for pho yesterday so I got some shrimp and pork rice paper rolls which came with the most delicious chili oil and peanut sauce. If you like spicy I highly suggest you get a side of chili oil for your meal. It's the best and goes well with everything . My toddler really loves the grill pork, so I had to get him a side order. The prices are also really low and you get a ton of food. I always end up having leftovers. The Pho is definitely the main character though. So freaking flavorful. I wanted to go back the next day. If you prefer wait staff who constantly visits your table and asks how everything is, eating in probably isn't the best option for you here BUT the food is so good I highly suggest you take it to go. Food: The serving was large, even as pho goes. The meats were standard quality, nothing outrageous either way. The broth for me was underwhelming. There was just enough noodles without it feeling too carb heavy for me, but I was able to finish the bowl - and this right after a workout.
