We tried Teriyaki Madness in Midlothian for the first time, and it definitely won't be our last! Everything was absolutely delicious. The chicken and steak were both tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, and the rice was spot on. To our surprise, we visited on a Tuesday and found out the bowls were buy one, get one free! That was such a nice bonus. We ordered four bowls, and the manager even gave me a receipt showing that one bowl had been refunded because of the promotion. I assume the cashier didn't know. I wasn't sure if the promotion meant we should have received two free bowls, but honestly, I was so pleasantly surprised by the deal that I didn't even ask. It was a thoughtful surprise and made the experience even better. The only thing that wasn't quite my favorite was the salmon being fried--I personally would have preferred it grilled--but it certainly didn't take away from how enjoyable the meal was overall. Teriyaki Madness serves up stir fried veggies, noodles and protein in a bowl full of yum! Ended up getting a bowl of steak noodles, yaki style which just stir frys the vegetables with the noodles so it is all mixed. The food was delicious and fairly priced. They offer three sizes of bowls, I did end up getting a regular size bowl, but found that it was way too much for me and I could've shared with someone. I'd definitely reccomend the small size because it is more food than you think. The regular is great for leftovers though and the food here did reheat well the next day! The service workers here were really kind and explained the menu to us. The really cool part was the utensils as they have a fork/chopstick combo which made eating very fun. Me and my boyfriend ate here and I couldn't get a picture of everything because it was eaten so fast! I got orange chicken with white rice and all broccoli and a chicken eggroll. My boyfriend got chicken teriyaki with veggie and white rice and crab rangoons. Everything was super fresh and crispy. I love the fact that they put the teriyaki sauce in a cup so you can put on as much or little as you want. As for the restaurant, it's very clean and inviting. This was my 1st time ordering. A friend said it was good and the reviews were good BUT I don't know if this was just a bad night and the wrong staff but the food was horrible. The crab Rangoon, egg roll and potstickers were burnt to a crisp. The Rangoon were flat with barely anything filling. The meat was not completely cut up. The veggies were primarily cabbage and onions. There were literally 2 tiny pieces of broccoli and 4 thinly sliced zucchini in a large double protein order. And no flavor at all. Place is horrendous! The night crew does God awful! They be out smoking their vapes! Making plates and coming back from eating without washing hands. Have tried many different things on the menu and everything has been delicious, from tofu, salmon, noodles, egg rolls, etc. the spicy chicken is extra spicy, but totally worth it. Been here twice now for lunch and been very satisfied both times. The food is good, service was great, and it's a fine place to sit and eat if you're so inclined. Big portions for those of you with big appetites, but you can also just get a couple meals out of one regular bowl if you want. The mistake I made was to order different things off the menu to see what I liked best. Bad move on my part! Too many combinations to try. The chicken is delicious no matter which one you try. I liked the options of veggies only, broccoli only, white rice, brown rice, or fried rice. The chicken egg roll was very good, as was the crab Rangoon. If you like spicy foods, you'll enjoy the dishes with that option. I wasn't really a fan of the salmon; something about teriyaki style didn't do it for me. I found the junior size meals actually very filling. Regular size is a lot! There is also a large size, but you may want to split that between two people. I found the orange chicken and chicken Katsu very tasty. Try it the first time ordering the smaller portions, if not, the cost can go up and you'll have too much food on your hands. I'm happy that this franchise made its way to Midlothian. This Japanese fusion restaurant is definitely a nice change of pace from your Chinese take out places. read more

They have just opened so I would try again in a few months, however my order had very sticky and overcooked brown rice and the chicken was a lot of dark meat & gristle. Additionally, we were not informed that there was and upcharge for Broccoli. So our 2 for 16 Special ended up over 20.00.
