I got the Pad Thai, and the Salad Rolls. The Pad Thai was good, lots of chicken, good flavor, and under $6 for lunch, no complaints there! However, the salad rolls, were so bland. The only veggies were ICEBERG lettuce and a few bean sprouts. This is Oregon City and not Portland, so I'll give them a break, since the appetizer does not make the meal. But guys, give me some basil or mint leaves or something! Persoanally I prefer American lettuce completely left out of my salad rolls, it just takes flavor away. I would still try the Pho, maybe that really is where their specialty lies. read more

Stop by this restaurant last night after work. The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. This is definitely the best PHO place I have been to in the metro area. The location is perfect right of the main street in downtown Oregon city. I ordered the "special rice combination" and some crab puffs and my wife ordered a pho bowl and some veggie rolls. All items ordered were amazing and our order came out fast and fresh. Highly recommend this spot for fast service, and great food at a great price. 5 stars. read more

Earlier this week I had caught a bug and was down for the count in a man-cold kind of way. I needed something. ....soup, not just any soup though, I was craving Pho. Rewind a decade ago when I lived across the street from the best neighbors one could hope for who happened to be Vietnamese immigrants. When the mother of the family would notice I had a cold she would prepare fresh from the entire backyard sized garden and ethnic store meat truly authentic Pho..........I felt a need for that a decade later. Pho Ti is close by so I decided to give it a try. I order the #1 special beef with tripe and tendons.........I want real Pho! Yes! While not EXACTLY as good as I remember my neighbors, it was so close it took me to a happy place. In my opinion it may be just a tad "americanized" to appeal to a broader palette and being a restraunt i understand that. There were cocktails on the menu that sounded amazing (muddled mango and tequila) but was is no mood to try. Service was excellent, bordering on over attentive. I would give it five stars on my one Pho experience, but since I plan on returning to sample the other menu items and libations I will give it a 4 for now. Amazing little hidden gem restaurant right in the middle of downtown Oregon city. The food is delicious and the servers are so friendly. They make you feel welcomed when you walk in, and when asking for suggestions on what to order, they go above and beyond to help you decide based on how what you're feeling like eating that day instead of saying something like "everything is good" or "i don't know, whatever you want." The place is super clean, and is decorated so cute! They have plenty of options ranging from noodle soups/curries to stir fried items such as pad Thai, fried rice, etc. I definitely recommend pho thi. It's one of my favorite restaurants. :) read more

I have to admit I have only had pho at three or four different places, but this is the best I have had yet. So good. I took it as a good sign when I walked in and many of the clientele seated in the dining room were vietnamese people. The food here is very authentic. A little spendy for pho compared to other places I have been, but worth it. read more

Just went here for dinner last night. Truthfully I can only speak for 2 things on the menu. Salad rolls pretty average but I like them, as does my wife especially (peanut sauce that comes with them - 5 stars) and then the Pho. Oh my... such good Pho. The broth here is wonderful and they bring a good size plate of add ins too. Bean sprouts, lime, jalapeño ect. Decent prices I think. I have seen others knock other things on the menu and I don't have experience with those, but if you come to a pho place, get the pho! Especially here, its awesome! read more

The first time I came here I ordered pho with all tripe. They didn't bat an eye. I like it that they encourage you to customize your pho. The second time I ordered the pad kee mow, medium spicy. It had a good amount of kick just to keep it from being too bland or sweet. My husband ordered the green curry also medium spicy but it was way too spicy. You couldn't taste anything but the heat. It was baffling that the spice levels would be so off for the same table. Fortunately we do prefer spicy food over bland so we'll give it another try and see what medium actually means. read more

I've had better asian cuisine but this place was close at the time during my stay in West Linn. I'd prefer going to Portland for any vietnamese restaurant. -The Pho was a bit bland and had only a few bits of meat in it. Compared to other Vietnamese restaurants, their super bowl is about a small from anywhere else (ex: Pho Oregon, Pho Van, Pho Hung). And it cost $10 compared to $8-9 from elsewhere. -Pad Thai, again, a small compared to a usually big portion elsewhere. Service was kind! Loved the gal that helped. I wanted to try Pho Thi for quite a while and I finally did last night. Since I have a cold, I only ordered the chicken pho and my husband ordered the lean brisket pho. We also ordered the spring rolls. The chicken pho was very tasty. I am very impressed because a couple days ago I had chicken pho at Pho Van's and it pretty much sucked. The broth was super salty and the chicken was junk meat--all fat. The pho at Pho Thi was not salty and actually used excellent slices of chicken with no fat! I heard that the lean brisket pho was also very good. The vegetarian salad rolls were not bad, pretty standard, and the peanut sauce was good too. The restaurant is a little small, but very clean and it is decorated nicely. The server that assisted us was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back to Pho Thi. read more

I'm not sure what the people who are giving these guys rave reviews are ordering, but it is certainly NOT the Pad See Ew. I just got home and opened my to-go carton and I'm so thoroughly disappointed that if I wasn't starving I would drive back and return it. I asked for no meat extra veggies and so far I think I've eaten maybe four slivers of onion....no bok choy, no cabbage, no broccoli...NOTHING!!! I basically paid $12 for a box of rice noodles and egg. To add insult to injury the noodles are DRY. I guess I should be thankful that I had some left over veggies in the fridge that heated and added to the mix. read more

The food is good. Service not so great. I sat down and they brought my menu. I was ready quickly to order but people walked in to order to go she helped them and they paid then she never came back to get my order. I waited 10 minutes or more she finally came and took my order. Very frustrated to be put behind a walk in Togo and phone order when I was already in the restaurant waiting. read more

Amazing pho. Best I've had in Oregon and I've tried a lot of places. Staff is also friendly.

45 minute wait for a bowl of beef pho, and one plate of broccoli stir fry. There were no tables ahead of us, only 4 to go orders. The service is very sub par. We had to ask to have our drinks refilled, and had to ask for the bill and napkins. Nobody asked how we were doing. The pho is very mediocre as well. Every place I have tried around town was better. Broccoli stir fry was very good but I will most likely not be back. read more

I was so disappointed with my Kao Pad Spicy Basil tonight! When ordering over the phone, I was asked how spicy I wanted it. I said, "medium." "Well, we have 1 -5." "Oh, ok, well how about 2?" Well, if you want mild, you should go with 1." "Well, I like it spicy." "If you want mildly spicy, you should probably get 1." Well, I don't want mild, I want medium, so let's go with 2." I pick up my meal, head home and what do you think the temperature of my Kao Pad Spicy Basil was? Absolutely nothing! No spice at all. It was a zero. I had to add a whole lot of Sriracha. And there's very little in the way of basil, vegetables or meat and a whole lot of rice. Definitely won't be going back. read more

The only reason I'm giving four stars is because it took us 15 minutes to get our water and another 15 for the lady to give us our menus. It took about an hour and a half for lunch all together. Waiting 35 minutes for a to go order, got home (10 min drive) and my pad Thai looked like it was under the heat lamp for 30 minutes. I asked the gal on the phone what meat was in the pho special, since I didn't have a menu, and she listed "normal" meat, we opened it and it was all the meat we didn't want. My wife and I love this place. Delicious, authentic food with warm service from caring personnel. We are especially fond of the vegetarian meals including pho and the Thai curry. The only negative is getting there. It's downtown in Oregon City and parking can be a challenge. But the effort is well-rewarded. Ok, general review from frequent visits to this place. Have the cripspy basil rice with chicken, have the vermicelli bowl with the pork. Most everything we get here is good, with the above being great. I order to go orders from here on a monthly basis and have never been disappointed. Unless you want to venture out to Portland, this is a decent Vietnamese-Thai place in Oregon City. Pet Peeve...if you only judge a Thai place by it's Pad Thai noodles, please stop going to Thai restaurants, and please stop reviewing them. Thai and Vietnamese has so much more to offer than the dish that they serve to people that don't enjoy flavorful dishes. Just my opinion, about the Pad Thai. read more

The food is good, the service is good and the prices are right! The only Vietnamese place in Oregon City so far. What's good? The pho (both beef and chicken - chicken being better when you're sick) the salt n pepper squid and the Stir Fry Egg Noodles (wet or dry - wet is when the noodle are not fried, dry is when the noodle are fried and sauce is added on top), and of course the Vietnamese Ice Coffee. I would go there before driving to Portland for all the options like Pho Van, etc... Would recommend it to anyone wanting Vietnamese food without the drive outside of Oregon City. read more

Pho Thi is our favorite Thai/Vietnamese food around. The food is all delicious, we usually stick to Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, or fried rice. I've been there at least once a month and have never been disappointed by quality or service. The restaurant is sorta small but always clean. We came here to downtown oregon city for pad thai ... were imediatly seated and had very good service in a quiet clean dining room ... my wife ordered pad thai and I ordered the beef,tomato,cucumber salad ... my wife was very happy with her pad thai she said it was very flavorful and seasoned and spiced perfectly ... my salad was very good with big chunks of very flavorful beef with tomato, cucumber and thai basil all on a bed of romaine lettuce .... very good dinner we both left happy !!! read more

I am very particular when it comes to what I consider good Vietnamese restaurants and I must say this is one of my favorites in the Portland metro area. I was very excited when I found out a new Vietnamese restaurant was now in Oregon City and so far they has met and exceeded all my expectations. I have only been here three times so far, but every time I've been impressed! They do also serve Thai here, but I've only gone here for the Pho so far. Each time I've ordered the Pho Bo with Tai (round steak) and Chin (brisket), which has been truly wonderful. However last time my girlfriend and I also split the Mam khai vi (assorted appetizer platter) and we thoroughly enjoyed everything it includes (grilled pork, eggroll, fired wonton, tofu and salad roll). She also ordered the Pho Ga (chicken noodle soup), which I tried and was also delightful. The atmosphere is basic but pleasant, prices are fair and the staff has always been courteous. I intend to try more items from their menu in the future, but so far I can say that if you're looking for a good bowl of Pho Bo, look no further! read more

By far the best Vietnamese (or Southeast Asian) in the environs of Oregon City. The salad rolls (fresh vegetarian spring rolls) are excellent, as is the pho (soup). The fresh coconut with coconut water is also a superb beverage that doubles as a healthy dessert. Very vegetarian-friendly menu. Ignore those who are complaining about small portions. The prices are what they should be, as are the portions, unless you like being obese or are trying to beat the average for adult-onset diabetes. read more
