Excited new pho place in Montgomeryville at a convenient location! Ordered Bun Bo Hue which came extra spicy and the pig feet proportion was GENEROUS!! Authentic! My kids had pho which came with scissors and extra bowls for them. For a parent this is divine. Pho broth was pretty good, not bad for a chain. Service was great. Some patrons may not realize that culturally, making eye contact and calling a server over is common in Vietnam. Try it! We will certainly be back! read more

When I tell you this place is amazing I mean it, not just the great atmosphere but the service was beyond perfect. Im very picky with the pho that I eat and not many places make really good bun bo hue, and these guys really make the best bun bo hue I've every tasted. I've been here a lot and they never disappoint. Even today when I went, the store was very busy and still they delivered with quality and speed and made sure that I didn't feel rushed or didn't feel noticed even when it was pack. We tried to have lunch here today but didn't work out for us. Walked in right before 3:00 and the place had maybe 4 tables that were occupied in an absolutely huge restaurant. We get seated right away and handed 4 menus. We were excited by the menu and quickly decided on what we were gonna order. We ended up sitting there for 20 minutes. No drink order , no communication at all just sitting there . We noticed there was one food runner and basically one waiter covering the floor but we saw like 3-4 employees standing around on their phones. Guy that sat us sits a couple a few tables away . 5 minutes later a waiter magically appears and takes take order. By that time it was Almost 30 minutes and no drink order and not even a "hey gimme a sec" so we got up and headed to the door. I did tell the "host" that you're not gonna get anywhere with shitty service ‍. My Karen moment I guess . Wish them the best but after seeing the disorganization I just hope they get it together. read more

Pho get about any service. Food is great, I had fall off the bone beef rib, good quality noodles, and amazing broth. Alas, service knocks what may be a 4 to a 3 for service. The waiter was constantly asking if we were ready to pay from the moment we got our dishes. After I paid the bill, the waiter started to take away my dishes. Normally that would be fine, except I was still eating! The waiter took my fork so I was left with a spoon to eat meat, noodles, and my sadness away. Solid pho. When they say fat brisket, they literally mean shaved fat. This was new for me so just making a note of it. Broth was tasty and the take out containers were super easy and convenient. No need to find a new bowl at home. I did have difficulty finding them. They are in the shopping center with BJs! Ordering by phone is cheaper than ordering online. Finally got the chance to try this new location of pho today. We used to live in NJ so we know this is a pseudo chain. Went in on a Wednesday to avoid the crowds. Location is pretty big and fairly clean. As mentioned in a lot of reviews, service was subpar. Soup base was bland to average for the pho. The Bun was below average. We would not come here again. We are Asian who eat a lot of viet. Vietnam cafe in Telford is by far a better quality location. Hope this helps everyone. read more
