Living on the eastern shore in a small town means traveling farther to find Vietnamese food but this place is worth the drive. We were looking to find pho and other Vietnamese dishes and some places do not always do that so I was so glad to find this restaurant. I feel comfortable here and do not feel rushed. Service is always kind and they are busy but quick. The spring and crispy egg rolls are flavorful. Add some red Chile sauce with plum sauce and you get an even greater flavor with it. We always get the pho and I like to order something to share with my toddler. The fried rice combination was delicious and I believe they used sesame oil to fry it which made it feel less greasy. I also tried the van special steamed rice meal and my son loved it since it had savory beef, tomato and cucumbers. I noticed they also have vegetarian options on the menu if your looking for that. The strawberry smoothies do not disappoint nor does the hot tea and white wine. Having a toddler we sometimes have a hard time finding something he can eat so I love that my son likes Vietnamese food and they are joyful with him the last two times we have been. We still have so much more food to try there and I look forward to it. My only suggestion to them would be to have paper towels at the tables or thicker napkins since I feel like I am using too many of the small napkins they provide since they are thin. read more

Excellent in every way. Spouse and I visited 1/15 early evening. Crispy egg rolls, pho with chicken, stir fried pork with vegetables, jasmine tea and, finally, service were all excellent. The rolls were the best I've ever had. Tables were spaced apart. Not crowded at time we were there. Staff were not masked. But, strongly recommend this establishment. read more

I discovered this gem of a Pho restaurant this summer and have been here three times already. The owners remember our faces every time and are thrilled whenever they see us. They have a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes ranging from soup-based to rice-based dishes. Their appetizers are pretty satisfying. We ordered their spring rolls, egg rolls, calamari, and banh mi. This is a phenomenal restaurant, with a slightly reduced menu from what I found in some reviews. I was excited to try ground eel with dry pancake, but sadly they don't offer any more eel options, simply because people weren't buying it. I guess there's not much of a market for street style Vietnamese food in Easton, MD. Even without the eel section, the menu is impressive. Frog legs jumps out, no pun intended, as unique, since I've never seen it on a menu at any other Vietnamese restaurant, and only rarely at specialty restaurants. Here, you can have the frog legs a few different ways. There's also a large selection of the typical American Vietnamese restaurants, such as Pho, spring rolls, and much more. The service was friendly, and the restaurant was surprisingly large and well appointed. I wouldn't be embarrassed to take a date or business meeting here, once dine-in service returns. Spacious parking lot for the strip mall makes it much more convenient than a downtown restaurant, so there's really no reason to not check them out. I can't wait to try something new the next time I'm in town. read more

I've been excited to try this restaurant especially since I love Vietnamese food. I Had to order takeout because of virus precautions. Everyone was very friendly. I ordered fresh spring rolls and bubble tea. I ordered by phone from the parking lot so I just walked in. The rolls were instantly ready, so they were pre made. The rice paper was a bit dry since they had been previously made. The ingredients were fresh and the peanut sauce was very good. The bubble tea was standard buy enjoyable. Okay....this is the confusing part. I was charged an extra $1 because, as the sign says, ....because of the coronavirus disaster. That's an exact quote. Not sure why it would cost an extra dollar. Does it go to a coronavirus charity? Next....Right in the dining room is a massage type padded table with a pillow and blanket and a hammock next to it. Are they sleeping in the dining room? Not sure. Really odd. I know these are strange times so I want to give them another chance once things get back to normal. Can't really give a fair review based upon takeout spring rolls and bubble tea. I'm not going back until the dining room opens back up. Hopefully they won't be "camping out" in the hammock. read more

Very friendly, seemingly family run establishment. Inside is air conditioned with a very high ceiling. Tables are spaced far apart and the restaurant is very clean. Ordered shrimp spring roll and pho. Spring roll took mere seconds but pho took quite a while to prepare. The spring roll was very fresh and flavorful, but the pho unfortunately had many tendons that were too undercooked to eat. I was a little disappointed because this could've easily become one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants. read more

Let me tell you when you order the pho, a large is a LARGE I ordered both a large pho to eat there and a stir fried squid w/ mushrooms to take home. However, after the owner came over with a spoon and small dish and proceeded to put the egg roll dipping sauce into the small dish and placed it in front of the other half, we lost interest. My wife and I have had Pho from many different places. This was very very good. They had the best fried spring roll I've ever had. The Pho was everything you'd expect. Y'all, we went here to help my bro have a great meal before his Ironman and it was so good. My expectations were not so high (being spoiled and living in LA with some decent Vietnamese food) but it was a super solid meal. The broth for the shrimp pho dish I got was excellent, and everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals as well. I love asian foods both the Americanized Chinese food we get typically in the area and true Asian fare i can get other major US cities . But this was refreshingly good! Fresh ingredients and good quality presentation. Even though it was take out ! I am impressed on how hard many businesses are struggle to offer a product now during these difficult time and i welcome the day when we can come in and eat in the restaurant. This was my very first time having Vietnamese food and I was very impressed with the variety they had. I settled on the Vermicelli bowl and spring rolls (with rice paper) and peanut sauce. The peanut sauce was incredible and I even ate it with my rice noodles.
