I've always passed by this restaurant and I wish I tried it sooner because the pho here is solid! I came in on a Sunday night so we were seated right away. The lighting is a little too dim for my liking but the inside is pretty spacious. I ordered the large eye round steak pho and it was delicious. The broth was savory and aromatic and it's pretty comparable to popular pho spots in Houston like Pho Ben and Pho Dien. As for the meat and noodles, I don't have anything to complain about. I'm looking forward to trying other items on their menu in the future but if you're in the area and don't want to drive out to Bellaire or Sugarland for good pho, this spot does it! read more

This placed replaced a restaurant that had high reviews but we always had trouble coming to visit, so it was nice to finally check this version out when they opened. We were instructed to seat ourselves, which was a little awkward since the large tables (6-8 seats) were really too big for two people, but we made do. We opted to split a BBQ Pork Banh Mi and a Pho with Well Done Flank Steak. It took a bit to come out, but we were the only people in the place and it was early in dinner time, so they were probably firing everything back up to prep it fresh. Overall, we were very impressed. Both items, while a bit more expensive than you'd find in Midtown, stood up to their competitors in pretty much every way. The broth and noodles were flavorful, the BBQ pork was well cooked, the sandwich had the perfect blend of creamy and spicy, and the options were there to customize the Pho to our liking. My wife didn't much care for this, but I also liked that the restaurant served actual Hoy Fong Sriracha sauce with their condiments, unlike a lot of other places that have had to find substitutions due to shortages. What a gem. When you are use to Vietnamese food from your local church or midtown, expectations can be pretty high. However, the food here reminds me of why I fell in love with pho. We went during an off hour, so I"m not sure how the clientele is usally and the other thing working against this place is that it's in a little secluded corner of a tiny shopping center in Sugarland, so it can be easily missed. As for the food, it has much of what you would expect. Great variety in sandwiches and pho. It's a fairly traditional restaurant in that respect and you won't see anything out of the ordinary like fusion food or remixes of classics. However, that's not why you're here. You're here, because the food here is great. You're here because you know how hard it is to find good pho in the suburbs and you are going to treasure this gem and all its traditional fixings. My boys shared a chicken and rice dish and really enjoyed it, especially my 10-year-old. I also tried the crawfish and thought it was pretty tasty, but my wife wasn't a fan -- she likes it spicy! The service is always great -- the staff is really friendly and helpful. The vibe is chill and quiet, perfect for a relaxed meal. There was one staff assisting us but she was friendly and attentive.There is plenty of meat in the pho (very good amount). These days when you go to pho restaurants. There just alot of pho noodles and not enough meat. Overall it a pretty good portion over here. You can definitely taste the aroma in pho, alittle on the oily side. Some people may like it and some may not. My family and I also got the grilled chicken rice plate with a sunny side up egg 4/5 stars, salt & pepper fried squid 3.5/5 stars, 2 combo fried cat fish and fried shrimp 4/5 stars. So stopped in here to try their crawfish. Man they were SO SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!! Had the garlic butter and spicy. The size was very good. The price was $7.99/lb. If you order 5 lbs you get one lbs free. They are new but the service was outstanding. The parking lot is not to big. The people are super nice. They also have a nice little seating area outside. There are lots of TV but they did not have them on. I think it was so close to closing. We will definitely be back!!!!!!!!! There were a lot of rake out orders while I was there as well. This is my last review for 2023 & I'm happy to give this spot a 5 stars. Although the food was a 4/5 I'll round it up because the service was excellent as well. We came here on a Saturday night and it was empty, our server Anh was very accommodating and kind to us. We decided to order some buffalo wings as an appetizer & pho as our main course to warm us up on a cold night. I order a small Pho nam with meatballs. The wings were fried to perfection & although it was naked wings it was seasoned nicely as well. The buffalo sauce was good but wish it was more saucy than what they gave me. It was still solid nonetheless. The ranch that was provided was bottled so it wasn't my favorite. The pho was textbook good. I didn't have to add any Sriracha or hoisin sauce to give it more flavor. The broth was savory & had a lot of depth to it along with a pinch of sweetness. The well done flank was a little tough but I can look past it. The meatball was tendered though. Overall, it was an awesome experience. It's a nice spot for a quick lunch or a quiet dinner with your friends or even yourself. The owners who were making the food came out & greeted us. Just your ma and pa making some home cook meal with love. I do have to say that I hope that they make it because it was so dead on a Saturday. Service was great and so was the food. This family moved here from Vietnam 4 yrs ago. Most of the ingredients are made in house (like their banh xeo batter). I would recommend the thai noodle soup (not pictured) it came with shrimp, scallop, clams, and squid. It was really refreshing (good hangover food). I ordered a fried catfish po' boy and apparently someone ordered a catfish entree which got mixed up and was given to me instead. I understand that mistakes happen and I'm ok with that. My problem is I was given the entree and that's it. No tartar sauce, no cocktail sauce, lemon, utensils, napkins...nothing, zero, zilch, nada. All I was given was two filets and fries. To me that makes no sense. The fry mix has a decent seasoning and crunch but the catfish was so so, a little dry for my taste and the fries were mediocre. Overall I won't be going back. If you can't give the correct order when there's literally one customer, minimal to go orders, aside from not giving ANY condiments or utensils then why bother. read more

They have the yellow crêpe, clams , fried seafood, you name it. We opted for the basic pho and rice plate.
