I haven't been here in years but we were in the mood for, duh, pho and teriyaki. We ordered online and picked up 15 minutes later, food was ready to go. Portions were good sized and tasty. We got two tiny containers of extra sauce...a couple more would've been nice but not a deal breaker. The pricing on Yelp is all over the place. I swear I saw three different prices for teriyaki, $19, $17, and when we actually ordered it ended up only being $14...a nice surprise but a bit more transparency would be nice. I feel like that's a Yelp thing, but if restaurants would post a current photo of the menu with prices it might help. Overall we were pleased with our food and service. read more

I was pleasantly surprised. It's NOT $20 for teriyaki it's only $15. $18 for a Teriyaki and Tempura prawns. The restaurant is clean and has 12 tables. They serve you at your table but you order at the register. You get a free bowl of soup (miso or chicken). Water is free and comes from a dispenser machine and they have a fridge with other drinks for sale. Portions are about the same as any other place. The plates are nice when served. The salad is a little sweet, almost tastes like melted vanilla ice cream. After reading yelp reviews I almost didn't go. I'm glad we did. The chicken Katsu is far better than most other local places, using chicken breast cutlets. The staff were very nice. Food was delivered really fast! read more

Made a phone call by 8:57 pm to let them know that we will there late by 2 min but they didn't pick the call nor courtesy sake they even called to check or inform the order waiting ! This place is alright. The food is tasty, and the portion sizes are generous, plus it'sa very convenient location. However, the prices can be quite shocking. It seems like $20 for teriyaki has become the new standard, which is hard to believe. For two orders of teriyaki for pick-up, I ended up paying $44, and that was without including a tip. They offered to switch to "all rice" instead of salad, but that came with an additional $2 charge, so just be mindful of that. read more

We order 3 large phos, and what a disappointment literally taste just like water, no flavor what so ever very poor.

I ordered lunch for an office, I called and asked if the order could be picked up at 12:40 and it's really a simple order, 5 chicken teriyaki... they took 15 extra minutes, and I witnessed a guy in the kitchen sneeze without covering his face literally right where they were cooking... he also was wearing one glove and using his bare hand to get frozen breaded chicken, probably something they buy and do not make. Good food. We orders last night for dinner. The ambiance was great and the food very tasty. Customer service is top notch. Great experience . The food is definitely reasonable prices. Orders enough for 4 people Teriyaki Chicken and Ribs with white rice and fried rice. All under 50 bucks. Wow you can't beat that. Everything has seconds and it was very filling. We took it home and had a great time with family. I highly recommend this location and there food. Very impressive. Next time we will try the Pho. Very clean inside and the wait time for preparing the food was good nothing over the top (15-20 minutes) as we talked the food was there. Great. Extremely Disappointing Experience This was my first--and definitely last--visit to Teriyaki and Pho. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was awkward and unwelcoming. I initially tried to order the pho but quickly lost interest after seeing the rest of the menu. I settled on the chicken teriyaki and a bubble tea, and honestly, I regret even that. When the food finally arrived, it was bland, poorly prepared, and absolutely not worth the $25 I paid. The quality was shockingly low for the price. I came back to this place after I got an order to go on previous week, I hope I can add the photos after this review. The blended the mocha was nice and thick and it was a good size, couldn't finished it during the meal. Your ever do a double take at something think something is out of place , it don't look normal your eye and brain don't communicate as normal one saying I see something and the other saying no you don't. Well that was with the short ribs wasn't until I started eating the rice oh the rice and as fine, but the size of it was the size of a large double egg it just seems small to me. Now your brain and eyes are waking up and now picking up the little details and of course here comes the he taste buds to give their whatever. I like I said the ribs and rice was fine just the rice seem small and didn't have the usual char you get from the grill. I love pho so I wanted to give this place a try it came out super hot in a big bowl, but here comes the body trio, the both ratio to noodles and meat seems off, my thought maybe put it in a small because to me it seem to be too "swimming ". And the noodles which is the main or a close second in a pho meal appear to the taste to be small and limp. You know when you cook spaghetti at home and it cook it too long it didn't have it firm texture, in all the pho was okay. Btw they give your choice of miso or chicken soup, the chicken was surprising had a lot flavor and noodles and chicken , that was a surprise. Why did I take a picture of the floor who looks at the floor, but it was dark and had these large titles which gave the place of elegant style. This is the first time I have updated a review. I gave this place another chance and was glad I did. It's a very decent teriyaki spot. I can't say it my favorite but hits the spot when I get a teriyaki craving. And best thing is they are open on Sundays. read more

Delicious meal last night from Teriyaki and Pho near Safeway on Bothell-Everett Highway. We ordered the General Tso's Chicken, Broccoli Beef, and Steamed Vegetables. Everything was excellent, but the General's chicken stole the show. The pineapple, peppers, and onions were amazing, and the chicken was absolutely delicious (every single bite). The Broccoli Beef was also very good, but it's not fair to compare to the chicken. My wife and I found this place a few months ago and we are hooked. We also get their Honey Walnut Chicken and it might be one of the best meals we've ever ordered. Give these guys a chance to earn your business! read more

We decided to try Teriyaki & Pho despite the mediocre reviews, and boy were we pleasantly surprised! Excellent and friendly customer service, good vibe, clean, and the food was excellent! I had beef pho and my husband had chicken yakisoba. Both were some of the best we've had. Several people were seated and eating, plates looked yummy. I wish I would have taken pictures to share. This restaurant always serves consistently delicious food! Our go to is their pad Thai - super tasty and a large enough portion for two people to split. I love their chicken egg drop soup, too! Slam dunk takeout for our family. I walked in and ordered at the counter, the wait was right at 10 min. The space was pleasantly clean and no one was eating in the restaurant. Plenty of hand sanitizer around and the person at the counter was helpful and kind. They had posted a weekday lunch special that looked like a good deal, and I was very pleased with the selection and variety of menu items. We tried the chicken teriyaki, orange chicken, chicken yakisoba, fried rice, and white rice. The orange chicken was very sweet and came with pineapple, it had a very distinctive orange zest flavor. All the other items we tried were excellent, and it was the best teriyaki we've had in a while. We'll be back! read more

Great food, prepared and presented perfectly. In an area where good Teriyaki is easy to find, here you will find great Teriyaki. My first impressions of the place was with complimentary miso or chicken soup, then a wonderfully plated meal of which I should have taken a picture it was that good. Then things got better as the food was perfect. The teriyaki was well grilled, the sauce was liberally applied but not overpowering, the gyoza were crunch and heck even the salad was perfect. I usually don't make last minute orders but got off work late and every place was closing and this place took my order happily. Very disappointed, food is very good, people in the kitchen is super nice, and hard working. However there is an old guy it sims like the owner or something he was very disrespectful to me and my kids. I have 2 toddler and they kind always made a little bit of mess but I always try do compensate with tips. But this ovation, We were still having dinner, and the old man start sweeping up our shoes, and start being mean to me, and asked me, when was I gonna start cleaning up our mess. I told him I be happy to do it, but then he keep being mean, I tho he was joking in the beginning; when he told me, why don't you just leve, and don't ever bring those kids again,, it is very sad feeling. Did I order Phad Thai from a teriyaki & pho restaurant? Yes. Do I regret it? Also yes. Is this my own fault? Absolutely. Don't do it. But, my teens and I have been coming here since they opened. It's the most expensive teriyaki place but the portions are freaking gigantic. We usually stick with either chicken teriyaki, sweet and sour chicken or yakisoba. Those are all solid choices from this place. The staff is awkward but we have never had a super uncomfortable experience ourselves - but they seem uncomfortable serving guests. It's always been that way. We still like their food and restaurant quite a bit. I suggest not getting Thai food from a teriyaki and pho joint though. read more

By far the WORST and most EXPENSIVE "teriyaki" meal i have ever had !!! Omg..... i ordered it for takeout, thank god i didn't waste even MORE money having it delivered ! I noticed the prices i paid were about $5 more per dish online than in the restaurant! Nearly $25 per dish !! If the food had been tasty i wouldn't have minded the price but it was absolutely AWFUL !! My husband had Kung Pao chicken , which was deep fried (?!) and so dry and chewy we could not even swallow it ! As it had been sitting around for hours and they reheated it ! And my Panko was equally dry and bland. Did not taste like "real"chicken , but rather like some frozen patty you would buy in bulk. The tempura shrimp was so overcooked and had so much breading you couldn't even taste the shrimp ! Honestly i have never had such bad Chinese food.... They even charged an $1 to make it spicy , which it was NOT, and an extra $2 for brown rice. So this is a little bit of a the good and the bad type review here. This use to be a regular go to local spot for me pre-pandemic. The food was solid and the prices were fair. Then all of the sudden during the pandemic and esp after and w/ the proliferation of food delivery services, things clearly changed. The food quality actually has slid a bit, but more importantly the prices have just been on a rocket-ship to almost ridiculous. So much so that I've found myself often looking elsewhere which is a bit of a shame given where it came from just a short time ago. And to be clear, I spend a ridiculous amount of money on takeout as a single male, have no problem paying for quality, but imm not down for overpaying to the point where I feel like I am being taken advantage of. Hopefully this establishment reconsider their short term gains for their long term gains in the future. read more
