There's honestly nothing special about this spot. The portions are very small, especially considering the price and the size I ordered. I ordered two large phởs, along with two orders of meatballs with broth and a side of meatballs. I was supposed to receive two meatballs with broth, but only received one. I called the restaurant to explain the issue and was told I had only been refunded $5.77, even though the item I did not receive costs  $8.40. When I explained this to the woman on the phone, she responded, "You got a refund, so I don't see what the problem is." The problem is that I did not receive the item I paid for, and I was not given a full refund for it. Mistakes happen, but the way the situation was handled was disappointing. Decent pho place, friendly and quick service. They initially got our order mixed up but realized it as they brought the food to the table and fixed it very quickly. The pho is solid, I liked their rare steak, and the soup and noodles were also decent. We ordered the Saigon Fried Chicken on the side which was delicious flavor-wise but a little dry/overcooked. Don't bother going here. My family and I went about 45 minutes before closing and they were just rude. First the girl rolled her eyes as she realized she'd have to put two tables together to accommodate my family. Then she said we needed to order quickly, so I wish she'd have just said that the kitchen was closing. Amazing! We came here on a rainy, cold Sunday afternoon for a late lunch. It was our first time here and it was a hit! Husband had the Pho Ga and I had the Mongolian chicken plate. We also had the butter garlic chicken wings. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. The broth was perfect for a rainy day meal. The cutter garlic wings were crispy and fried to perfection. The Mongolian chicken plate was on a bed of crispy noodles and served with a side of rice. I initially thought I wouldn't be able to finish the plate, but it was so good, I had to! Our favorite local pho spot! It only takes a two visits and they have your order memorized- the servers are very kind and attentive! They turn tables really quick as well! The vibes of this restaurant are perfect in my opinion. It's got your classic remixed pop music which is always on par. It's small enough to feel cozy but at the same time it's big enough to serve the lunch rush and your big family! And always CLEAN! As for the food you can't go wrong with any of the pho dishes. Not all of my family members like pho so I've had the pleasure of tasting the sweet and sour chicken (which was FYYYYAAAHHHH!!!), any of the fried rice dishes- SO MUCH FLAVOR! Wow! I was so pleasantly surprised by this spot. I've been looking for a good pho spot near bothell and this one is only about 6 minutes from my house so I thought I would give it a shot. I got takeout, ordered over the phone. I got the Vietnamese chicken wings, crab cream cheese, and the steak pho with flank steak. The chicken wings somehow stayed completely crispy during transport which is amazing! I feel like to go chicken wings normally end up soggy. They had great flavor, tons of garlic, really good. Was in need of some comfort food, so I decided to support one of the local businesses and ordered pick up from this place. Ended up opting for an appetizer of Vietnamese chicken wings (as suggested by a friend who raves about them! ), and the Vegan Pho with fried tofu (and veggie broth). I was a bit worried about how the Pho would be on a pick up order, but they did a great job with packaging it. My order was ready on time, and it was easy to pick up in the restaurant (which looks really cute inside!). The chicken wings were fantastic, they come with an amazing flavor, and the portion is perfect for 2 people. The Pho is also delicious. Love the selection of veggies, and the tofu was lightly battered and nicely balanced. The broth was also a great flavor.
