I have been eating at this location for many years now. I recently went in to try the new Chicken Artichoke and Asparagus Rigatoni bowl. I also ordered the Garlic Chili Ramen. I asked for extra artichokes and asparagus; the amount actually in the bowl was so small that if I received "extra", the standard amount must have been zero. I was charged for extra on both veggies, but did NOT get them. The noodles in the Ramen were severely overcooked and sat in the bowl as a giant wad of mush! Garlic was burnt. Both bowls were swimming in oil--those noodles were definitely sliders! The Chicken Artichoke/Asparagus Rigatoni was disappointing, but the Ramen was downright disgusting! Starchy mush swimming in oil. Yum! (NOT). 27 dollars down the drain for "food", some of which (the Ramen) was inedible. Complained to Noodles & Co. corporate, but have not heard back. Ambiance, as usual, was noisy and loud with garish lighting. Service was OK, but the card machine had some serious balls asking for a 25% tip for that so-called "food". I don't tip unless my order is taken at my table and the food is served at my table. People taking your order at the counter, ringing you up and then handing you a bag are NOT servers, they are counterstaff and are being paid much more than traditional servers. Seems like everyone has their hands out for tips these days, even at the UPS Store! People need to rethink what tipping is and why it exists, and who merits it and who does not. read more

Amazing service. A little misunderstand as to if they still had the monte Amor first being told they still have it and then given a bowl with bacon. I don't eat bacon, so when I went back up the counter Stephanie was nice enough to clear things up and explain there no longer have the Monte Amor and also compensated me , no pice and remade my order with no bacon. I was doing work for a friend and they went and got takeout from Noodles and Company. I ordered the Roasted Garlic Cream Tortelloni and was impressed with the dish. The Tortelloni were big and filled with delicious cheese. The sauce was flavorful and the portion size was more than I could finish for lunch so I got to take some home. I will be interested to try some of their other pasta. I hope to continue to have other positive experiences. Maybe takeout is the way to go. read more

So I have quit making modifications thinking it would help alleviate any issues. Then last night my lemon parm meal that comes w zucchini, spinach tomato came with cucumber instead of zucchini. Great customer service!!! I love noodles and co, I know they have had some trouble staffing and hours have changed at pretty much all locations. When I can find one that is open it's so amazing! I went here once with my girlfriend earlier this year. It was phenomenal. Very good for quick serve Asian food. This second time back was very disappointing. The Spicy Beef noodles were not good and more oily/greasy than necessary. My girlfriend was also disappointed with her dish. We would prefer that they raise prices instead because we don't really want to go there anymore. The last four visits at different locations, we ordered three orders of pesto cavatappi and all of them, each visit were very dry with very little sauce. Amazing staff here, I came in and I noticed the cashier was in training and was having a little trouble with finding something on the register. Right away 2 girls who were working hard stepped in to help him out to get the order in. They did this in a way that not only showed him how to find it for the next time but also in a way that did not leave him feel like asking for help was the wrong thing to do. There are several great dining options in Southglenn. This isn't one of them. This location is an absolute embarrassment. They have the cleanliness of a dirty bathroom and the customer service of a toaster oven. While I'd like to judge them on the quality of their food or their affordability, I have nothing to judge them on since I never received my food. My company placed a catering order for 20 people a week in advance. We called the day before and confirmed that everything was ready for our event. Imagine our surprise when we learned they had not even started our order yet because they were "too busy." That's it. No calling in advance to warn us they were behind. No ownership of the fact they dropped the ball. No attempt to make things better or solve the problem. We had to go to another restaurant and make a last-minute order for 20 people instead. If you're desperately craving cost-effective noodles, go the extra 2 miles south to the Highlands Ranch location. This location is not worth your time or money. read more

The food was OK. The service/cleanliness was not great at all... This was my very first trip to any Noodles and Company, so I have nothing to compare this trip to. I ordered my food online. I arrived 5 minutes before I'd said I would in case my food was ready...it was not ready. Now, it was rather busy. On the other hand, there were plenty of employees working to handle the amount of customers that were there. Two cash registers (One for walk in customers, and the other was only for pickup orders. Only the register for walk ins was covered the whole time I was there so there were lots of people gathered around the empty register waiting to receive their online/ takeout orders), three or four people expediting, and two cooks. I don't think there was much room left for anymore employees back there to be honest...maybe a third cook. Now, out of the 4 people working the cash registers and expediting...the average age had to of been 17/18 years old. I get it, they are inexperienced and it was painfully obvious. They were all trying to put orders together, and it was literally them picking up the same ticket over and over again OR they would huddle around a ticket to figure out how to put the order together? I have no idea. Even though these people were working together, I still managed to be missing parts of my order which required me to walk back inside to retrieve them. I didn't give 1 star because the people seemed moderately nice even though one tried to run me over while going to refill straws AND they seemed to be scared to speak to me when I came back inside to get what was left out of my bag. The manager (person in charge) seemed to be cooking. He was the only one that looked seasoned at all, and even he seemed stressed. Everyone just seemed stressed now that I think about it. I don't know if they just need training or better managers...I don't work there so I don't know. One of the dishwashers (another 17/18 year old) walked from the back with earbuds in both ears to deliver bowls to the cook. The cook shouted to him, and he couldn't hear him because he was wearing earbuds! If you have ever worked in a restaurant, you know how dangerous/unprofessional this is. This is going to make me sound old, but aren't jobs supposed to teach you how to be professional and conduct yourself when you are receiving money for a job? I could be wrong. Oh, there was hair on the bar where people are supposed to eat, so that was my cleanliness issue. Other people's hair creeps me out. I don't know if I will ever visit another Noodles and Company, but I do know that I will not be returning to this particular location. Oh, it ended up taking 15-20 minutes to receive my whole online order which I don't even consider a huge deal since they were somewhat busy. See! I'm reasonable. read more

Avoid. This place is gross. Showed up at 11 on a snow day. Floor has not been vacuumed or cleaned in a few days. Tables are in bad shape, broken etc. All benches are ripped and need repair. Place just smells like mold and bleach. We got our food to go. No way we would stay their. Not sure why all the others stores in this area are really nicely kept. I love Noodles and Company. Chicken noodle soup is good. The chicken noodle soup is good because it's creamy. The chicken in it is so creamy and good the noodles are also good and creamy. It is also very filling and tasty. It is worth the money to get it even though it's expensive The atmosphere is very nice, It is clean like tables, floors, and chairs. The decorations are very nice like the tiling, ceiling fan, and counters. The service is amazing because they actuate, very friendly. When you order your food, they won't ignore you at all. Somehow, this company manages to take a really good and simple concept and absolutely screw it up beyond belief.

I just ordered a small portion of the spicy korean beef noodle and paid $10.50 for it. I was given only noodles with sour spicy source and top with vegetables without any meat in it. I called them back and they told me that they have changed the menu and if I want any meat on it, I need to pay extra. I was wondering if I have been scam because on the receipt, it stated Korean beef noodle with steak. This will be the first time and last time I am giving this restaurant any business read more

I'm always a fan of Noodles & Co., and this location is no exception. I've gotten take-out a couple of times. Service has always been friendly, and my orders have always been completely accurate. Their spaghetti and meatballs and mac n' cheese are both good, but my favorites are the penne rosa, whole grain Tuscan linguini, and the Indonesian peanut sauté. Even though I'm not a vegetarian, I like that everything starts out that way and is so customizable. It's nice to have a cheap option in the Streets at Southglenn. Recommended! read more

I came here with two kids. One is picky (kid picky) and one has a good palate, but TEXTURALLY picky. I let them pick the place for dinner. We ordered: 1) Small mac n cheese: Not big enough for a 7 yo boy. He ate it all. Not as good as Diego Zhang's (which is only a few feet away). 2) Buttered noodles: Not flavorful enough. But the 10 yo ate most of it. I think he wanted more parm and some garlic salt. 3) I ordered the thai hot pot. Not too bad. A touch of spice, a nice curry flavor, and the meat (chicken and pork) was nicely done. The huge shitake mushrooms weren't that well prepared (stem part was still hard). About $25 for the meal. I'm a gluten sensitive and it just so happens the people are more than willing to accomodate such needs, and do so with a smile, instead of the roll of the eyes and probably a a loogie' surprise to go along with the feta cheese. Now, I understand it's a hassle to change your gloves and use separate cookware, but try living with the problem. You basically can't eat out anywhere, and if you wan't something that is of any resemblance to normal food it will cost you 9 dollars extra and taste similar to a foot . What I'm trying to say is, I appreciate the effort. It just so happens some of their best dishes have the option of being prepared gluten free as well - such as the Penne Rosa, Pasta Fresca, or even the classic spaghetti and marinara(all prepared with rice noodles, of course). The place itself is a bit run down but the employees are working their butts off to keep this place running with just 3 workers in the restaurant. I can see the Togo orders popping up constantly, the two nearest noodles restaurants have either been closed permanently (bellview promenade) or "closed temporarily" (Hamden and i-25) which increases the strain on these guys. The current promotion is for adult macaroni and cheese but unfortunately they don't have noodles for any macaroni and cheese. On top of that they no longer sell the normal flatbread. Their soda machine is from space. Seriously. You stick your cup in this "pod" machine and then use a touch screen to choose your drink. You tap Dr. Pepper? Diet? With Cherry? With Vanilla? I feel like I'm from the 80's and have never seen a touch screen before. Anyway back to the food. I love Noodles and Co. Their pesto pasta is always the right amount of pine nut and not overwhelming basil. Husband had the truffel mac and cheese which I snuck a few bites off his plate. I love Noodles & Co., and have been to them in several states. The one on Arapahoe Rd. is actually part of the Streets of Southglenn shopping area, but is off in the corner (the map is wrong, it's actually west of University, on the south side of Arapahoe). This is part of the strip mall along with a bank, a nail salon and some other businesses. I love that there is a patio open for good weather, with umbrellas for friends of mine that like to sit in the shade. Also, not everyone knows that they serve wine and beer, you just have to ask!
