So I have been passing this place for months and was hoping to have a nice Phõ spot nearby to avoid having to go to Eastern, however this was not the case. We picked up food early one day and the broth had little to no flavor. This was disappointing as we were sick and were really looking forward to enjoying some soup on a brisk day. Portions were generous and the steak was fresh. The main event (the broth) was not. The good news; the broth was better the next day, however still lacking a decent amount of flavor. This Pho joint is now on our top 3 list for best Pho in LV. The broth is one of the best and the veggies are super fresh! The Pho Dac Viet we ordered had a good ratio of meats, veggies, noodles , and broth. We also ordered the Bo Luc Lac which we thought was really good w/o being overly saucy and the filet mignon was really tender. We'll be back to try some Com Tam dishes but the Pho is 4 real! We live nearby and have been here twice. The first time was okay, I ordered the vegan pho. It came full of a variety of veggies, but the flavor was so bland, literally no taste. After adding additional seasonings in the pho it was still bland, disappointed I only ate the veggies and some of the noodles. My husband had the oxtail and said it was very good. Decided to give it another try and ordered something different. This time I had the stir fry chicken dry noodle dish. It had chopped romaine lettuce, julienne cucumber and vermicelli noodles with bbq chicken breast. Came with a fish sauce dressing (it had a light fish taste, not overwhelming). It was delicious. My husband tried the 3 meat pho and loved it. We also ordered the shrimp summer rolls without the pork. Portions are huge. Some menu items you can order small or large, unfortunately the dish I ordered only came large and it was way too much food. Prices are reasonable and food comes out timely. And they offer vegan style dishes. Our server I believe is also the owner and cook?. She's a little rough in her service and hard to understand. The restaurant is a little dark inside and the chairs at the table we sat at were wobbly. We tried a few other seats and they too did not seem sturdy, so we sat and tried to not move too much. I don't write many reviews but this place is worthy of a review because of the authenticity of the Pho. My family and I haven't found too many dining spots where we order from frequently but this is one place where we order for pick up or dine in at least 3x a month. The flavor of the broth, and the generous portions of herbs and sprouts are spot on. Noodles are perfectly thin to hold the broth. We haven't tried too many appetizers but the fried pork egg rolls are also spot on, nicely golden brown and crunchy. If this place ever goes out of business, i'll be a very sad camper the next best place I can think of is Vietnamese Noodle House all the way in Chinatown which is quite a ways from Henderson so..... yah well enjoy this place just be patient this is a family run business and they can get busy.... deff seen some rude customers and maybe they didn't get the best service or attitude but personally I didn't have any bad experiences at all. read more

We also ordered the crispy egg rolls and spring rolls. Both were fresh and crispy. My husband ordered the grilled pork chops with rice. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. Mood- Garlic Noodles I saw some pictures online of the Garlic Noodles and truly felt the need to have this in my life. The hunger took over and so it was time to check it out. I came when it was getting close to closing time but was still obliged with being allowed to dine in. Upon entering was quickly greeted and ushered over to table. Went in for dinner on 02/24 around 7. The food was really good, we ordered the rare steak/brisket pho and shrimp/beef pad thai. Everything was excellent. Crispy egg rolls are a must as well. My boyfriend had never had Pad Thai but he really enjoyed the flavor. The service was great, the only lady there was really nice and took care of us. They have plenty of seating I would say it is just a little bright for night time but thats just my opinion. Nice restaurant for a good quick dinner. I ordered door dash pickup because I was leaving class to go back to work. I didn't have much time so I ordered, came it wasn't ready yet, plenty of open seating, I paid and lunch rush passed. While waiting for my order I was trying to sit down and the HOST KICKED ME OUT. Saying "YOU CANT SIT YOU ORDERED TO GO, YOU NEED TO GO". I said that's ok I know I ordered ahead to save time, I'd like to sit down before I have to go back to work. "NO YOU NEED TO GO". My boyfriend asked if they had any oxtail soup and the couple next to us jumped up and said yes they do and it's great! So we both ordered 2 large bowls of oxtail soup and it was great! We will definitely be coming back to eat here! Let me add one thing, the oxtail soup was not on the menu yet. Just ordered take out from here and floored at the huge difference from their online menu prices and what we were charged for a takeout order. On top of the $20 difference, they also added a 20% tip for themselves. I'm all for tipping on takeout orders but not ok with them just adding it on for funsies. I was really craving some pho which is how I found this place on Yelp. I was glad to see they had a vegan section on their menu and knew I had to check them out. We ordered the vegan pho and the garlic butter noodles with tofu (never had). First off, the pho portion is HUGE. More than enough for 2 people. It was fresh, delicious, and very hot. Just how I like it! There was a plethora of vegetables and tofu and it is a bang for your buck. The garlic butter noodles were very unique. The texture was kind of chewy (not like your regular pasta) and the garlic butter sauce was addictive. Tons of garlic and tons of flavor. Not to mention, the price is very reasonable. The portions are generous--especially the pho. The owner and staff are good, hard working people. This place has delicious Pho. Their broth is amazing. The service is quick and attentive and the interior is very clean. It's very easy to get to with lots of parking.
