So I came here today at around 8:07am and my appointment which I had set up is at 9am but no one was upset that I came in early. There was a front desk girl named Monique and she was very informative and communicative both on the phone and in person. There was a technician who took in my firearm to diagnose for the head technician when they had arrived and pretty much I was at Phoenix Arms for 15-30 minutes probably less. My firearm is under warranty and they did an excellent job replacing the barrel and slide of my pistol. Definitely worth the drive! read more

I purchased my HP-22 in 1999 for $89 and have put (no exaggeration) 2500 rounds through this gun. This firearm worked so well, I used it as my concealed carry for personal protection. I went to the range and it stopped firing. Long story short... Phoenix Arms has a lifetime warranty! I emailed them and was told to send it back to them to be repaired. Yesterday, April from PA called me to let me know they will be replacing the firearm. I can't believe it! THIS GUN IS 21 YEARS OLD and they honored the warranty. It wasn't abused, just wore out from use. I would recommend this firearm to anyone looking to have a nice piece without going broke. Great gun, great customer service, great company. read more

Got one of these at Turners with a nickel grey two tone. It looks and feels great but fails to eject and feed with certain ammo. Just use Federal© Ammunition to break it in. Why not buy a bunch of extra mags for only $10 a piece? It's awesome for shooting at targets. You better use earplugs though it's surprisingly loud! Made in the USofA! My girlfriend and I both bought from Phoenix Arms. My gun was shooting fine, going through all kinds of ammo with no problem. However, her gun was giving all kinds trouble. Constant jams and ejection issues. We called the shop and asked if we could come in and have them take a look at it. Upon arriving the front desk clerk, I think her name was Amy, asked the owner of the company, yes the owner, to come look at the gun! He took the gun to the back and test fired it with us there and of course there were no issues. He told us that firing a higher velocity round can cause problems. Here is the best part, even though the gun showed no problems, he gave us a new slide, a new barrel, an extra extended magazine and couple of nice t-shirts!!! Are you kidding me?!?! I own a hp22 and hp25. I accidentally put the magazine backwards in the pistol and had to pry it out with a butter knife messing up the pistol. I sent it back to Phoenix for repairs (expecting them to say I broke it and tough luck) Not only did they fix it in two weeks, they sent it back with a new magazine. I purchased a Phoenix firearm from Turners in 2012 and a few years later finally took it out for target practice. Within the first 10 rounds the firearm jammed and broke. I didn't think much of it and never got around to fixing it. I went to turners for another purchase and mentioned to them what happened and they told me just go to Phoenix and they will take care of me. They stood behind Phoenix and told me not to think bad of the brand just because I had a bad experience. Most of the guys at Turners own a Phoenix firearm and love it. So I went to Phoenix yesterday and they repaired it on the spot with no hassles. They were so nice ,and also gave me some goodies ( accessories) free of charge for the inconvenience. Picked up my purchased Deluxe Range Kit from Turner's last week which was the last one in stock at the time. One of the Turner boys broke one of keys to the PAL2 magazine well lock removing it from the pistol. The manager gave me a cable lock so I didn't gripe as I'll use it elsewhere, but it defeats the locking the pistol inside the locked nice plastic case. That night online I ordered extra magazines, a firing pin, recoil springs and the pistol's magazine safety latch as it was worn from being a store demo. The parts showed up in only 3 days by regular mail as I am 50 miles away from the factory. The order was 100% complete. I called Phoenix Arms at their factory in Ontario and left a message explaining about the mag well lock upon receipt of my order and left the message that I was local and would like to stop in to pick up a lock and extra key. Amy, their very cordial office manager, left two messages and I got hold of her by phone the next day at 10AM and we discussed the issue. I drove down that morning with the gun, case and accessories and introduced myself to Amy. She called Todd from the factory area and he showed up in just a couple of minutes and I showed him the case and broken key Turner's had given to me plus the good key, a #14. They were out of #14s so he replaced the case's lock mechanism with a new #24 lock and gave me four keys! He also provided a mag well lock at no extra charge!! He test fired the pistol in the factory area and gave me another extended magazine!!! Todd also asked Amy to give me 5 more recoil springs!!! and Todd showed me a cool trick to assemble the pistol which was very helpful!!!! All in all they were professional and extremely cordial and are a credit to Phoenix Arms. Customer for life stuff! Thanks a lot to Phoenix arms, Todd and Amy! read more

Like others here, I like their pistols, and customer service is top-notch. About 10 years ago, I bought a used HP-22 which turned out to have a broken sear. When I called to ask if I could buy a replacement part, Dave told me to send it in for service even though i had bought is used. A few weeks later, I received a brand-new replacement pistol. It was fun and accurate l but I traded it several years later for something else. But then I realized that I really missed it, and so now I have another! Won't be getting rid of this one. I purchased the Phoenix Arms HP-25 new and fired it 4-5 times using the suggested ammunition of about 300 rounds during its lifetime. In October 2016 I was at a range when the gun BLEW UP in my face, this catastrophic failure was seen by the range instructors. The slide blew apart and broke up into 3 pieces one of which hit me in the head, causing the wound to bleed! DO NOT BUY THIS GUN FROM ANY DEALER BECAUSE THE MANUFACTOR (PHOENIX ARMS) REFUSES TO HONOR THE LIFETIME GUARANTEE and because it is VERY DANGEROUS!!! The gun seems to be made of pot medal. Other websites have mentioned that the slide has had cracks and those owners who have returned the gun have had difficulty with the company for repairs or refusal to make good on the guarantee. A company spokeswomen said to my gun dealer/armorer that they no longer make this gun and refused to offer an alternative or replacement with another one of their products!! PLEASE! PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS GUN FROM ANYONE IT IS SIMPLY TO DANGEROUS TO SHOOT. I'm considering other action against this manufactorer!! read more
