Waitress rude, condescending, dismissive. I have never walked out of a restaurant before but I was not about to put up with her treatment of my mom (in her 80s). She was not helpful with our questions and seemed completely fed up before we even ordered. We just left, didn't even order. Went to Happy Teriyaki and it was the best decision , had a wonderful time, great staff and amazing food!

Starving during an afternoon of shopping so dropped in to get a couple orders of spring rolls. It was late in the afternoon and before the dinner rush so we waited in a booth for our food- we also asked for their spicy mustard, which they make themselves! I am writing this review with only having ordered and eaten the spring rolls- and wow are they great rolls! Perfect size and cooked perfectly. When in Stanwood and want great Asian food stop in or order to go! You wont be disappointed!

Very delicious spot in WA State . We were dying for Chinese food and we got the right place. Lemon chicken, chicken with garlic, veggie delight, soup with sizzling rice were fantastic. Nice service and affordable. A place to go back again!!!

Phoenix Pavilion is great. Been multiple times now. Cool Cantonese American OLD school classics. Where else are you gonna get egg foo young? Great Old town Stanwood institution

It was alright. The customer service was good but then the food tasted like they used too much MSGs on top of being really salty.

Delicious! We will definitely be back when our next Chinese craving hits! They do need music or something, it's pretty quiet in there.

Our dining experience began with cold appetizers, including a mixed black fungus dish with a satisfying crunch and tangy vinegar flavor, alongside pickled lotus root vegetables with a garlicky and subtly spicy taste. For our main courses, we opted for the Deep Fried Fish Szechuan Style, which was filled with cod fish, had a lighter batter coating, and a pleasing crunch, but beware of its savory and fiery flavor, which intensifies after several bites. We also selected the Szechuan Hometown Tofu, which offered our taste buds a savory flavor, enhanced by chili sauce, a crunchy exterior, and a soft, silky interior. On the side, we ordered a bowl of steamed purple rice and white rice. This exceptional culinary experience combines the perfect balance of crunchiness, chili spice, garlicky freshness, and sweetness, rich flavors of Szechuan cuisine. I highly recommend this restaurant for an authentic Szechuan-style dining experience.

It is a huge portion but it is completely devoid of any flavor whatsoever. Usually onions add something but that did not help. I don't know how you can mess up noodles but no one in my family would eat them and there is one person in my family that will manage to eat almost anything and they refused. The sweet and sour chicken was drowning in sauce even though we asked more than once for the sauce to be on the side. We liked the bell peppers and onions in the sauce. The chicken pieces were of decent size. I did not care for the sauce. The white rice was well made and fluffy. The rice was probably the best part of the dish. About an hour later, we ended up throwing up the food. A complete waste of $31 dollars (which is pricey for what was supposed to be a lunch special). Also, vegetable chow mein and chicken chow mein is the same price which we found out after we had paid. Lunch is pictured and mention to include soup BUT you only get soup if you dine in. The place looked clean the the people seemed friendly. We may give them one more chance bc of the friendly service.

Fantastic, expansive dining room- this dine in restaurant has extravagant decor and a lovely wall of bourbon and whiskey to entice you! The menu has family style entrees to share- and yes, you can make up to 2 substitutions. With my pesky food allergy, I ordered the shrimp with mixed vegetables plate and the boys went with the family style for 2. I also enjoyed a cocktail from the bar- a raspberry lemon drop martini, very delish. I had crab and cheese wontons for an appetizer- shared with my son. Lumpia as another appetizer shared across the table was also perfection in every bite. John and Eddie had egg rolls, bbq pork as appetizers for their family style. As well as won ton soup that was loaded with veggies! I had a bit of the soup too- delicious broth! I should note- food was coming out so fast- we had ordered the two appetizers first and they were out before we ordered our meals! The courses started coming and coming! Next up for the men- a huge dish of fried rice and sweet and sour pork & chicken and cashews. I benefited with some fried rice too. Needless to say, it was a ton of food and we had leftovers- which came in handy the following day when we crashed early! We even ordered won ton again to go on another night that we turned in early! OH! Almost forgot- the fortune cookies are the best I have ever had, obviously made in house!
