Dave told me he would be very interested in purchasing both items. I explained that I would be driving in from the Tucson area on Tuesday, and he said he looked forward to meeting me. On Tuesday, July 21, 2026, I drove an hour and a half to the Tempe location. After standing around for about five minutes, I noticed the sign directing customers to the sales counter. I approached the employee working around 11:00 a.m. and explained that I had brought in my camera and lens to see whether the store would be interested in purchasing them. Without properly examining either item, he responded very unprofessionally: "Nope, too old," and, "Nope, we already have one. You should have called, and I would have told you that." I had called. I specifically spoke with Dave before making the trip and was told the store was very interested. The employee then told me to contact another camera shop or go to Samy's, and that was the end of the interaction. I was inside the store for less than five minutes. This experience wasted my time, gas, money, and resources. I drove three hours round trip based on information provided directly by an employee at this store. I will never recommend this business, and I will not return. The sad part is that I was genuinely excited to visit and had planned to purchase another used camera while I was there. Instead, the store lost both a potential seller and a paying customer because of its poor communication and dismissive customer service.

This shop is under new ownership and isn't as good anymore. I have had many items framed there…read moreover the years but my most recent experience with the new owners was not too great. 1. I took a large print to be rematted. The new owner tried to sell me everything he had, such as a new frame (because this one has a scratch), new glass (because this one glares), triple matting (which I went for). I just felt like I was the subject of too much selling. It wasn't pleasant. 2. I requested to have the print delivered and hung. The owner said he knew a company who could do that and we agreed on a specific date. On the morning of that date, I called to find out when the person would be coming. The owner: "Oh, I was going to call you. That company doesn't return phone calls." I wonder if he really was planning to call me because in the two week period between order and delivery date, he never did. Needless to say, the picture didn't get delivered or hung that day. The owner did set me up with another company who delivered it, hung it and did a fine job. But I think I will find a new frame shop.

My company has an account with Biltmore Pro Print and today they came through above and beyond my…read moreexpectations. Every year I have certificates that I need printed on heavy card stock. Typically, I do this on my office copier. However, it is not working right now. So I contacted another local printer, but they were not able to complete my job on the same day. So I called Biltmore Pro Print and spoke to John. I needed about 75 color copies on my provided heavyweight card stock. I asked if this would be possible to print while I waited. He confirmed that it could be done within minutes and so I headed over with my flash drive and paper. When I arrived, I was greeted by John, who was so friendly and welcoming. He took a look at my project and even though their main copier had just went down, luckily their backup copier was working. He quickly pulled up by my documents and asked a few clarifying questions about how they were to be printed. He sent a test to the copier to make sure it looked correct. The first copy looked great so he sent the remaining documents to the copier. Unfortunately, the way they were sent to the copier combined the documents, as if they were one form instead of each individual PDF being printed. I remember this happened one other time at another printer, and I forgot to mention it today. We caught the error, but not until after there were multiple duplicate certificates printed. We were able to quickly identify which ones had not printed and he re-printed them at no additional charge. This is something I did not expect and him so grateful for this level of customer service. The cost for all of my copies was less than half of what the other printer wanted to charge. John was very helpful and I am grateful for his kindness. I cannot express how content I am with the level of customer service and this experience has solidified my commitment to using this company for all of my future printing needs. Thank you so much! I will absolutely recommend you to anyone who needs printing services.
