I just got back into this after a little hiatus. Amanda just opened a new facility in East…read moreGreenwich two weeks ago and it is AWESOME! Such a beautiful new space with lots of silks (so you don't have to wait long for your turn even in a bigger class) and lots more class times. I love the artwork she had painted on the wall. It makes a great backdrop for pictures! I showed my boyfriend a picture from my first class back and he said, "WHOA, it looks like you're doing some kind of kung fu!" Classes with Amanda have always been great. She's an experienced teacher and she can teach you skills fast - you'll be up in the air before you know it. It's not easy and not for the faint of heart, but boy is it fun. And it makes you super strong. There are adult class for beginners, intermediate, and advanced, every night of the week. My friends always ask if this is like the aerial yoga they have in Cranston, and I tell them "not really!" Aerial yoga is basically the bastard child of yoga and aerial silks. I love yoga, and I love silks, but so far I haven't tried to combine them. If you want the REAL aerial experience, if you want to actually get up high in the air, this is the place to come! They're offering free trial classes for the month of February at the new East Greenwich facility, so there's no reason not to try it. At least you can say that you tried it once! But look out, it's addicting....

I have gotten totally and completely addicted to aerial silks/tissues. I have had about 4 or 5…read moresemi-private lessons and 3 private lessons all with Amanda. Amanda is awwwe, wait for it, some. I love her style of teaching/coaching. Every time I leave I walk away feeling completely empowered and eager for my next lesson. I'm really truly going to miss Amanda when I move back to Portland, Oregon. I don't know how anyone will be able to measure up.

This place is awesome! I was visiting from LA, in late September 2021, and was looking for an…read moreaerial silks studio to go to. This was the only place I found and I'm so glad I did. I took Mandy's 501+ Aerial Silks class (their highest level) and had a ton of fun! I emailed them a couple of months before signing up for the class and sent them videos to show them my silk level before I was able to sign up for the class. From reading the class description, it looked like I should be in 501+. The person I was corresponding with cleared me to sign up for the 501+ class and also said that I would also learn a lot from the 401-500 class as well. I wanted to sign up for the 401 class but it was already full when I tried to sign up for it a month prior to my visit. That's the other thing about this place - the classes get booked up really quickly so make sure you reserve well in advance. We did a couple of straight arm inversions on each side as warm up. We also warmed up with these hip key/meat-hook-like climbs that I'd had never done before but they was great conditioning! I wish my classes in LA had this type of conditioning in them. There were only 4 students in the class (including me) and the other students were really good, which was very inspirational. I was running late so I took an Uber here but there seemed to be ample parking if you decide to drive here. I was mainly taking public transportation around the city since I didn't rent a car. Everyone was super friendly. I'd highly recommend this place!
