We came for their soft opening today and the food was so good! We tried their Chicken Pho and Lemongrass pork Banh mi. The broth was amazing and the Banh mi was super good. The service was good and the ambiance felt family owned. We especially enjoyed their drinks! I got the Bac siu and my friend tried their brown sugar boba drink, I highly recommend trying their beverages out. Everyone was nice and I definitely see a bright future for this newly opened restaurant!

The chicken broth is SO hearty and delicious. Generous portion size and friendly/attentive staff. Will come back with my family!

Opening up a pho restaurant in a place with one on practically every corner, you'd think they'd aspire to be the best. But they aren't. Prices are standard, more on expensive side though. I came here to eat not chat. What really got me is at the end when I asked if there was hoisin & Siracha in the bag .... Which is protocol for bahn mi.. atleast at every other place I've been. She looked me dead in the eyes and said 50 cents. "For 1 siracha?" (Packet...sirachapackettt...yes.) the food is okay, my banmi is drowning in bread and I bit into a piece of cartilage typing that. Overall, if you have a bunch of money to spend and haven't experienced an authentic bahn mi, this would be a great place to go! Edit, she charged me for 2 orders of fresh rolls???? I ordered one, the peanut sauce is COLD. I've never seen such lack of effort anywhere, the chicken is burnt in my fresh roll. But it's okay because I have this cold peanut sauce to wash it down with. 1 more edit becuase I just spent $30 on a sandwich & fresh rolls. I heard her use the microwave to make my meal, could u not have warmed up the peanut sauce (I took a pic of the sandwich but after the second edit it disappeared)

Simply perfect as is! The veggie broth was the best I've had in a long time, highly recommend this new spot for anyone searching for a healing dish that cleans the senses. A little chilly and nose is fully cleansed. Thank you for this healing dish!

Food is Amazing! We ordered way too much... if there is such a thing. We got the Spring Rolls, they come with peanut sauce. Cut and ready to share! The house special popcorn Chicken with crispy fried basil. Chicken is hot, crispy and seasoned so well. Was topped with light garlic powder & paprika yum! For the Banh Mi we got the Lemon Grass pork. Pork is tender. Bread is fresh and has a crispy bite. Last but not least we got the pork & rice dish comes with a bed of fresh veg. With the vinegar sauce to dip- so good! They have light music for ambiance but not loud at all. Family friendly. Staff all had smiles and I was checked on many times and given water refills.

Pretty descent Pho. Not the best I have ever had but the most expensive. A few tips to help them out. First you look closed from the outside. Walking up in daytime I couldn't tell if you were open. Second you should reduce the Pho size by a 1/3 and Reduce the Price. You're pretty much a lunch place and prices should reflect that. You are not a fancy sit down place. Pho should range from $12-$15. That is right about what you would pay at Nekst in Astoria. You could probably shrink your menu slightly to help lower costs. Ditch anything people don't order. I suspect tendon will not be very popular. The smaller the menu, the lower your costs. Your broth was OK but it seemed to be missing something. Maybe add more Fish Sauce? That's my 2 cents. If you fix your pricing I will go all the time but at $18.50 a bowl, it is way too expensive to go all the time.

Grilled beef rice plate and the cutest cup ever!! Love this place! Everything here is delicious

Everything we've had here is absolutely phenomenal. They are continuing to add to the menu and create more amazing options. You cannot go wrong. We've had pretty much everything on the menu.

As a tourist in seaside it was nice to see some real authentic food in the area. I was nervous I'd have to stick to pub meals everyday! The broth was amazing and I shared one bowl with my bf and it was very filling. Unfortunately after my bf and I got sick with nausea but I don't want to assume it was the food because it tasted and smelled great!

It's been a few days don't remember what the sandwich is

Saigon Deli - Saigon Deli pho smelled like the Astoria Dump. That's ironically where it will end up too.

Let me start by stating 2 facts…read more 1. I grew up right next to Little Saigon in Orange County, California which is home to some of the best pho outside of Vietnam. I know good pho. 2. This is the WORST attempt at pho I have ever seen and the WORST food I have paid for in my life. It smelled like the Astoria dump. Opened the lid, I smelled that familiar scent of summer time rotting municipal garbage dump. I wretched. I still had to take one bite to make sure. It was unusually slimy and I spat it out. Immediately dumped it in the trash. My cousin didn't even bother taking a bite. He threw it in the trash as well. Also the egg rolls were not Vietnamese egg rolls. They were the kind you get at a cheap Chinese take out. You'd think a place that sells Vietnamese food would know the difference.

We saw two Asian ladies with big bowls of pho at a table and thought it must be good. It was cold…read moreoutside so we gave it a try. First bad sign was a no refund sign at the counter. Second bad sign was that nobody was manning the counter (had to yell for them a few times because they were in the back chatting). Third bad sign was that the Asian ladies had left while we were waiting for our food, having hardly eaten their pho. The pho is huge but also with a big price tag. It tasted horrible. We couldn't muster up but a few bites. I felt bad leaving it there but it tasted vomitous. Ack ack ack.

What a great little find in Chehalis! This delightful little restaurant kind of snuck up on me…read more There is nothing fancy about the building, but the food I ordered was delicious. I decided on their South Pacific Platter in the appetizer portion of the menu. I got two chicken satay's, 2 fried prawn, 3 spring rolls and some bbq pork. I also requested a cup of egg flower soup. Everything was delicious. The pork was tender and moist, the prawns were perfectly fried and not heavy. The best surprise was the egg flower soup. I was a bit cautious, cause it didn't look like there was a lot of egg in it, and there were small vermicelli noodles in it. I have never had egg flower with noodles. But let me tell you, the flavor was sublime. Such flavorful broth! Definitely the star of my order. I look forward to trying some of their main dishes next time I find myself in Chehalis. Don't pass by this little gem. Your tummy will thank you. Very sweet staff, too.

They obviously have no taste buds. I love this place all the food I have ever ordered is amazing and so good. The food always tastes fresh and authentic unlike the big Chinese food chains or any other restaurant in Lewis County that serves combination meals that look and taste like they came out of a microwave. This is and will always be the place I go to for amazing food.
