Great work someone spilled some liquid on my iPhone 6s this weekend and I noticed I was not getting sound from my phone. It was saying my headphones were connected when they weren't. I described the issue and the owner knew exactly what happened. He quoted me a price and I was quick to give him my phone. He quoted me 30 mins so I left and went to lunch. 1.5 hours later I returned and it wasn't done. He was slammed with work. I left it for another 2 hours and when I returned it looked like he just finished. I would have given James 5 stars if he was on time so 4 it is. Great work my phone is good as new and he said he warranties the connector as long as it's not physically damaged. My OnePlus 6 was having issues with turning on after coming in contact with water. I wanted to fix my phone to access all my pictures and data. I was going to send it to the OnePlus tech repair to see if it was possible but they told me that my data will be wiped if they were to repair it. So my boyfriend took it to the Phone Doctor and James was able to diagnose the problem right away, ordered me a new screen and fixed my phone without wiping my data, which was exactly what I hoping for. If you're reading my review, there's really no point in shopping around. James is the only person you need to go to if you're having issues with your phone. I promise you won't regret it. You can even send me a hateful message if i'm wrong that's how positive I am. He's an all around amazing guy who knows his shit with great conversation to boot. I messaged him regarding my cracked iphone 6s screen and I hadn't realized that I had messaged him about 7 months ago, but he still honored the quote he gave me! He started fixing my phone immediately and he added a free tempered screen protector. The quality of the screen is great and even better than the screen I had had before and had gotten replaced elsewhere (I drop my phone alot hehe). James fixed my phone in about 5-10 minutes! I've been walking around with a broken iPhone 10 screen forever, y'all and the time was RIGHT to get that Bad Boy fixed. I stopped into Phone Doctor about an hour before they closed. It is located in the lobby of the A.R SupermarkeBt (a KOREAN grocery store, holla!). James appeared to be super-busy, working on three smartphones in front of him and helping another customer when we walked up, but as soon as he could he looked at my phone and my sister's (yep, clumsiness runs in our family) and said that he could replace the screens for $95 out the door and that he could have it done in the next 20 minutes. BOTH PHONES IN 20 MINUTES? HELL YEAH! We merrily went into the grocery store (because Korean grocery store + shopping = happy eaters that night!) to do some browsin' and some shoppin' and when we went back to the front (some 30 minutes later) to get our phones, James had thrown in a couple of epic screen protectors AND decent cases, to boot! He took Square for payment (Holla again! I'm a wife and mom: any cash in my wallet is dispensed of/or "borrowed" pretty quickly, leaving me Jack-All) and we were done. In the time we were there, he also took three phone calls and helped four other customers (they know what time it is!) Oh! And let me leave this right here: I was going to get my back screen (or whatever the hell it's called) fixed because OF COURSE I BROKE THIS TOO (even with a Speck case, sigh). James said, "you don't need to fix that, it's not necessary unless you are going to walk around without a case" (yeah that ain't happening). He did offer to fix it if I wanted to, but my husband and I thought that was pretty nice and pretty honest of him, and I passed. :) Go to this place to get your phone fixed. Brought my cracked phone in to get fixed and he did a great job. Only issue is something fishy happened after. He showed me my battery and told me it would need to be replaced for $75.00, not now but soon he said. A few days later my battery will not hold a charge. Full charge goes to nothing within an hour now. Prior to him fixing my screen it held a charge perfectly. I'm no expert but I feel like I got played because I now need a new battery lol. I left my phone number with him and he said it would be done in 2 days. I came back 3 days later only for him to say which device was mine. He seemed clueless as to which iPad. I ended up visiting James first because he had the most reviews about water damaged repair compared to others and to make the long story short, he got the job done and I had a great experience. Found out that only the OLED screen got short and replaced it only. Since the phone still had moisture he kept the phone for an extra 3 hours to make sure it's fully dried. What I've learned is that if there's water damage, just bring the phone in because you can't fully dry it at home. I got the OLED soft screen option due to I drop my phone often. I highly recommend James and you can expect an exceptional service and care. FYI, don't expect your phone to be 100% because my front camera is still holding moisture and my face detection is not working properly.l read more

Went here for a price quote to replace an iPhone screen because of some water damage. He quoted $95 for a "copy" version screen and $120 for an original screen. Save your coins people. If you go down the street on GG blvd, you can go to IC Fix Phone Repair. I got a screen replacement for $80 ($100 if you want the original screen). Took 30min to get everything done. Also, IMO the replacement screen i got seems to be as good as an original screen. read more
