Really really good. We are a team of Pho fans. We've eaten Pho in California, Washington, South Carolina, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, and more. I can honestly say this place has the best tasting beef Pho and other items. You can tell they make their broth with beef bone and not the powder. We went on the first night they were open and service was sloooow. We waited an hour for our pho but when it arrived it was well worth the wait. It was their first night so I hope they get the hang of it because they deserve to succeed. Their servers were friendly and helpful and the pho was on point. Went to photastic this evening, wait staff was prompt well spoken, and friendly. We had a party of 4, and we ordered a variety of items. Started with fresh rolls and fried spring (egg) rolls. They were delicious. Fresh rolls were tightly wrapped not slimy as they can be by nature, and the egg rolls ( also called spring rolls) were crispy flavourful and we'll prepared. For dinners one had pho with rare beef. One had a small bowl of noodles and broth, one had grilled pork and noodles (pork bun), O had grilled beef and noodles (beef bun). Fantastic! All prepared to perfection, very authentic in presentation and taste. This place is so awesome. The food is so good. The owners are so nice. They go that extra step to make sure you are happy. My only complaint is that it is kind of hot in the restaurant but they offer take out so you can always go that route. The prices are great and the pho soups are a good size. I went in here not sure what to expect, the sign out front seemed well kempt. If I didn't like it I could have stepped in checked out the interior and left. However I was greeted by a busy hostess who responded as soon as I walked in the door. So I thought why not take a look at the menu, the prices were good and the images in the menu looked great. So, so, good! I was visiting Vero Beach for the weekend and didn't feel like leaving my hotel room but I was glad that I found a Vietnamese restaurant near by. I was worried about trying their food since I'm spoiled by excellent Vietnamese food back home. Well, they did not disappoint. I ordered the special fried rice and the shaking beef. Wow, it was on par with the flavors and quality I was used to. We also ordered the mango and taro boba teas. They were delicious as well. I took the food takeout since I didn't want to be out long and the place is rather small... but who cares! It's all about the flavor and quality and they exceeded both! Food at this restaurant is just OK at best! Nothing to write home about. Prices are at a lower end so that's good. However, that is spoiled by the woman who works the register in the front. My husband and I walked into the place and there were quite few table choices available. We began to sit at a table but, the cashier would only allow us to sit at a table that was in a poor location. I am a big fan of Pho and have had it at different places all around the world, including Vietnam, and in countless places all over Manhattan, Los Angeles and Orange Counties. I mention having had it in Manhattan to illustrate that I'm not used to eating Pho in inexpensive locations, NYC is known for great food; not great prices. All that said, this is by far the most overpriced Pho I have ever had! I paid almost $14 for a tiny bowl, with a tiny portion of meat and noodles, the taste was adequate, but it took quite a while for my noodles to be ready as the broth was not very hot. And even though they had quite a few patrons they would not turn on the air conditioning, the temperature in the restaurant was not much lower than the broth! As I said, I love Pho, so I am hoping there are more options in the area because there is no way I will ever go back here. read more

This place is a hidden gem. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the service was absolutely amazing and it may have been the best pho I have ever had. The staff was SO accommodating, the vegetable spring rolls were absolutely amazing, and the vegetable pho was also outstanding. The very spicy was perfect for me because I like plenty of spice on the regular. There were so many different components in the soup that made it phenomenal and well rounded. The Boba tea was delicious with in house made boba. Not that fake stuff from the store that looks like plastic. Seemed very traditional as water was served to us first. I was in Vero Beach and found on Yelp this Pho place, my father wanted to kill his craving for Pho. It's located in a big shopping center with lots of parking. The broth was okay. I've tried them out three times now. The first one the service was sssssooooo slow. We were there maybe 2 hours just to eat pho that is already made. Gave them a few weeks to let them get settled in since they just opened and same slow service and they are a mess. Pho was bland and there spring rolls weren't good. Tried them one more time because we love Vietnamese food .... I didn't even get to try the food. They had one table with people in it. We walked in the server didn't acknowledged us and had earphones inside his ears. I couldn't believe it. So gave them a few minutes another female server passed by us 3 times and didn't acknowledge us at all. She didn't say sit where you want or we will be right with you. Then the guy in the front counter starred at us and nothing neither .... both my husband and I got upset and walked out and still no one came to say hi or something. They really didn't look like they wanted our money. I guess we will continue to go to port st lucie to pho deli for our fix of good Vietnamese food and good service.
