If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible customer service!!! After having a set of fingerprints were rejected, I went in to have them redone, which according to CA state law, and their agreement to be a Live Scan vendor, should be redone free of charge to me and to them and these guys refused to redo them siting some BS about reason codes for rejection, software req'mnts, and fees they thought THEY would incur. Trying to reason with them twice to no avail I even called the Dept of Insurance who assured me they were in the wrong and would file a complaint against them on my behalf. Being this place became hostile about it I decided to go elsewhere and sure enough, it did not cost me or the service provider any fees. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! Rajendra M., I find it amazing that your protocol does not match up with every other Live Scan provider and question your interaction with the DOJ considering they were the ones who rejected the fingerprints. They would have been able to provide the reason for rejection you require and you should have contacted me, from the contact information I gave you, and have me come back in for re-fingerprinting. Right there you have not followed the protocol you stated is required. Pls do not mis-lead your customers. read more

Went here for passport photos because it was cheap and close to home. They definitely get an A+ for speed and picture quality but I'd give them a D- on human interaction and knowledge. They said I couldn't smile (even though the government website said you can). When I went back to get photos the next day (by choice) I showed them and the man "in charge" made me feel like an idiot. Smiled and said uhhu and walked away. It's one thing if they have that preference but I feel people should have the choice if both are acceptable and passports are for 10 years! Overall I'd pay more to not have to ever interact with that company again. read more

Our family wanted to gift my in laws something special for Christmas. We decided to develop rolls of films they had lying around for some time. Took 10 of them in. They offered to scan them and print, or scan only. We decided to received them electronically because we didn't know how they would turn out, and what we would want to print. THEY HAD ALL 10 ROLLS DEVELOPED AND SCANNED IN 24 HOURS. No rush fees, no additional charges. Other places I called (Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Mikes Cameras) told me it would take them one to 2 weeks. Most of them had to send it out to get it developed. This place does it all themselves. Their customer service is amazing. Would recommend, hands down. Go get your film developed here! read more

I love this place! I stumbled upon this store while driving by one day when I saw their notary sign outside. When the young lady was doing my notary, I noticed that they transfer VHS to DVD as well. I went back to them with my parents old wedding video tape and some mini tapes from our old camcorder to get put onto DVDs. My order was ready in a week! This place is plain old Fabulous. I took my daughter for a photo session and the owners were super sweet! They made us feel very comfortable and the session was a breeze! Love how clean and tidy the store is - you have plenty to look at if you decide to wait for your photos to develop. They do offer tons of other services too, like Livescan/Notary.. I've been to Photo Pro twice - once for Live Scan fingerprinting and once for passport photos. On both occasions, I walked in without an appointment and was immediately greeted in a friendly manner and served promptly and efficiently. Prices for the services were very fair, and I received exactly what I needed. I didn't even realize before my passport photo visit that they will help you prepare your documents and send them for you, which saved me extra work and a trip to the post office I was expecting to make. She explained all my options & pulled up all my pics up on the computer so I could preview the pics before selecting my prints. Amazing customer service! After searching for last minute notary and printing we found Photo Pro. We were on a tight time frame and needed to get multiple signatures notarized and hundreds of pages printed then mail overnight. These guys assured me that it was no problem and took care of it. We were able to track the package and was alerted once it was delivered. Since then, I've used them to print thousands of photos, business cards, fliers and even had a photo I thought was destroyed refinished! These guys are phenomenal and highly recomended. read more

The young woman at the counter is impeccable at running all aspects of the store and made both my trips to Napa easy and fun as I got to see my memories come to life. My husband and I went to have our trust papers notarized and it was such an easy and good experience. Nikha was wonderful as she not only knew how to sort out all the papers and where to sign but was so cheerful and helpful. She guided us through the entire process calmly (we were the ones stressed) and was efficient as well. She offered to email the documents to us and separate out those the lawyer needed as well as the whole package for us. This saved us so much time. Photo Pro really stands by their name! I was in search of someone local that could print a 20x30 canvas photo that I had on my phone. I needed it ASAP since I was gifting it to my friend as a wedding gift. I found Photo Pro on Yelp so decided to give them a ring. I explained to the man over the phone my needs and he was kind enough to guide me through the order process. He guaranteed me that I would have my enlargement canvas back in less than a week and he'd rush the order to make sure I had it for the wedding. After putting in the order, I received a call after 4 days that my canvas was ready to pickup. Sumeet, the gentleman who helped me initially told me I could pick it up or he would ship it to me if that was more convenient. I went in the same day to pick up my canvas and it looked AMAZING! He had adjusted the colors and really made it look wonderful. He even gave me some hooks he had in store that would help the canvas hang eventually. Sumeet and Photo Pro as a whole really took care of my needs with such kindness and ease. They offer so many other services that I'll definitely be back again to have more pictures printed, and maybe even do a canvas or aluminum picture for myself. Had some wedding photos touched up for $250.00 and they collected another $250.00 from me when I wanted the copies of them on a usb drive. Customers beware!- This was not communicated to me up front. I needed to get passport photo so I dropped into Napa Photo Pro and they were amazing and quick & safe (we could wait in our car for the photo) and they walked us though the whole renew application process and mailed it for us too. They were so great I went back this week since another company didn't provide the correct photo reprint I needed and the owner, I believe, was again amazing. She took the time to explain why the issue happened, touched up the photo for me (for a small fee, which is expected) and printed it on the spot. I will be moving to Photo Pro for my photo needs. Wasted time trying 2 of the 3 CVS in town. Both said their cameras were "broken". While on our way to the third CVS we decided to stop at Photo Pro. They took my wifes picture and printed it on the spot. This wasn't a simple US passport photo, we need an Italian visa photo which is smaller and measured in milimeters. Even though they said that there'd be some slight pixellating for one of the photos I brought in that was scanned and then brought in on a flash drive, upon close examination I could see none of this flaw at all when it was finished. I was in urgent need to have some posters printed for a conference and Photo Pro came to the rescue! Not only did I receive the highest most professional customer service (warm welcome upon entering, actually cared about what I needed to get done and was very diligent by asking questions without assuming) but the quality of their work was amazing. I am unsure what their printing process is but the image quality on the posters were so much better than posters I had printed in the past from other places.  They understood the urgent need that I required the order to be printed within a specific time frame and even called me to let me know that the order was completed and I could come pick it up anytime. Photo Pro was very quick and professional when I completed my live scan for a simple records review with the Department of Justice Live scan. I needed to make sure my records were accurate and had to do a records review. I was surprised my DOJ records were sent to my house within a couple days. I returned with my application for a DOJ application for Real Estate Exam and it was very quick and easy. They also do passport and notary. I rarely write reviews but I have to say this place is the pits mailing services. I needed to mail death certificates to Southern California and asked for overnight service. The woman said that's really expensive and if you want to mail priority mail we can do that for you and it will save a lot and get there just one day later. I emphasized the person needs these quickly and she said it would only take one day instead of two. It took 5 days to get there and I was livid! Will NEVER use this place again.
