I had a great experience using CaliBridal photography and videography for my recent wedding. From the beginning to end, Anna was very communicative and fast at responding. Before my wedding, I even warned her how picky I can be of photos and certain angles I like better, and she was honest about what is possible and how she will try her best. I was blown away by how wonderful the photos turned out. Anna and her husband got the best photos and videos of not only me and my husband, but of the guests too. I don't think there was a single guest she missed. Everyone looked genuinely happy. Whatever editing Anna did had to be magic. Her husband's video was also beautifully edited. The music along with the video and drone shots are so impressive that I've re-watched the video numerous of times. In addition, I got great feedback from guests that Anna and her husband were professional during the wedding which made everything even better. Terrible, non-existent communication from Calibridalfilm. We did not get what we paid for at all - the quality of their work was horrible. They did not follow the shot list we provided and we ended up with more photos of airplanes in the sky than of our actual wedding party and events. The male photographer was an absolute nightmare, making my entire bridal party cry, putting his hands on my blind grandmother, and refusing to listen to any of our requests, and ignoring all of us when we explicitly stated not to touch medical equipment. He not only moved my blind nana's mobility device but he moved my mother in laws walker out of her reach. He made me cry six different times throughout the day and I kept saying this is a nightmare. Calibridalfilm completely ruined our wedding day and the photos they provided are awful and nothing like what we paid for. No one in our wedding party liked working with this photographer, and he even told me to act like I was with my brother instead of my husband. I would not recommend Calibridalfilm to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. What makes it worse is that my friend used them a few weekends after we did and they have absolutely wonderful photos and wrote a stunning review. Update: I attached photos from my "official" look book from the company I have been told to make sure I did not fabricate anything I can't show you the pictures they did not take that were on my list, but I can post what I was given. Also, my blind grandma and mother in law whose medical equipment was moved can attest to the removal of their equipment. I did not write feelings I wrote facts. Also the photographer who wrote back a reply was not on the premises for my wedding. Their statement of looking through raw footage and not seeing me cry once is false, because I have the photos too and I can post them of me crying due to the male photographer making me cry by saying rude things and not being easy to work with. read more

I got married September 2023 and I've spent over a year learning photoshop to fix wedding photos taken by Calibridalfilm. All other reviews mention Anna's husband as one of the photographers, but at my wedding, it was only Anna and her sister taking pictures. ****I had only one request; please take photos of me from a higher angle. I showed Anna a previous photo of me taken from a higher angle versus a photo from a lower angle so she could understand what I meant. There were so many issues including 1) Not one photo was taken of me from a higher angle 2) There are 5 pictures of me listening to wedding speeches. My head is obscured by flowers in every photo except one. 3) Poor framing. See photos. 4) I was wearing a dress with cap sleeves. During the ceremony, one of the sleeves came off my arm. Instead of fixing my sleeve, most of he photos Anna took during the ceremony and all of the family photos after the ceremony (where Anna or her sister could have stepped in and fixed the issue) show me with one sleeve off and one sleeve on. 5) Last but not least, there are so many cool moments where only one single photo was taken. So if there's an issue with a photo, I have no good photo of that moment. Any photo I put up on social media has been heavily edited by me. All other reviews give them glowing feedback. But all other reviewers mention Anna's husband as one of the photographers, not her sister. There were other issues but these were the main ones. I deserve a refund. read more

I am so happy I went with Anna for my wedding photographer. She and her husband provided AMAZING photos. They're literally perfect. I provided them a list of photos I wanted and a timeline for the day. We were rushing, because we didn't have much time at the venue before the ceremony, but Anna made it work and captured everything. I loved working with Anna and her team! They were great and really efficient. I liked that they told us exactly how to pose, but the poses looked really natural. Anytime anything fun or noteworthy happened, they were always on the ball to capture the moment with their cameras. The posed shots were gorgeous, but I value the candid ones even more. These memories will last me a lifetime. Anna even came earlier than anticipated to take bridal suite shots of me, even when I told her she didn't need to. And she didn't charge me extra for it! They seem to genuinely enjoy their job rather than being in it for the money. The prices are very very reasonable; excellent value for what you're getting. Anna and Andrii photographed my family on Thanksgiving day for our parents 50th wedding anniversary/family reunion in Newport Beach. There were 18 of us.. quite a bunch. We opted to shoot down by the beach. They were really great at rolling with our situation-- had some older family members that couldn't walk far in the sand so they shot some photos close to the water/against a rock jetty with those of us who could navigate getting down there and then we all came up near the Strand where we shot with the others and did full family shots with us all. The photos turned out great... very professional, attractive and not over-done with effects. I picked Anna completely based on a few pictures she had on yelp and my communication with her and I'm so glad I chose her. She charges a flat hourly fee and is up front about the amount of time she needs based on the number of people you have. We went from 10 people to 6 people for the photoshoot due to some members contracting covid and she was very flexible about things. Anna spent some time on her own at the park we chose to scout out some locations. She also provided some suggestions on colors. The day of the photoshoot, she, along with her husband who was serving as her assistant that day, were EARLY and reviewed various locations for lighting before our arrival. She has a great eye for light composition and despite her subjects being mostly people who were super awkward in front of the camera, she managed to capture some great NATURAL LOOKING shots.
