Unbelievable! So good! It is so nice to have such good quality food here in our little city. Right next to the movie theater, you may have driven by. If you like good food, you need to try it! My husband had a coworker who was talking about it. I was worried it would be warm being enclosed, covered patio style seating. It is so comfortable. They have misters and fans, makes it lovely temperature. The hostess was warm and personable. Our server, Rosi, was so great. She recommended the shrimp pesto, I have seafood allergies, and had grilled chicken replacement. It's with linguine and zucchini, so delicious! The zucchini was perfect, not squishy, the house made pesto is so amazing, not overwhelming and the chicken was fork tender. It couldn't have been better. My husband got the stuffed mushroom appetizer, he ate every bit. It smelled delightful. We got the fried cheese appetizer, which had a thick delicious tomato sauce. My husband was thrilled with his Long Island iced tea. The atmosphere inside was lovely. The female servers wear dresses and during October they put a little costume to them,done very appropriately and sophisticated. The television was on classic shows/movie shorts/ cartoons, which was lovely, as they weren't too distracting. There are regular height tables and high tops, cushioned area, traditional bar section and there's even a little stage area and a musician was just setting up as we were leaving. It's a classy establishment where you'll be made to feel comfortable and welcome. Not at all trying to act like it's fancy and above our little city. Their chef, Anthony, with whom we got to speak, was saying that they change the menu by season to ensure fresh vegetables. He even mentioned they are considering trying to get venison for the winter. He's clearly a talented young man. They carry local beer/ales and seasonal ones. Save your money or bring salt and seasonings. The food here is horrible and bland! We had the stuffed shrimp, hazelnut chicken, fish tacos, and the Asian zoodles all terrible! The whole table hated their meals. The Asian zoodles has so much dressing it was a soup, the hazelnut chicken was deep fried and topped with a weird brown sauce with raisins! Ew! The fish tacos had a horrible yogurt dill sauce and again bland like all other meals. Also no flights available on a Friday night at a brewery?! Food took forever, pours of liquor were 1/4 full with only 1oz and all ice. Will never be back until this place replaces the kitchen staff and changes the whole menu. Terrible! read more

I went to this new location and sat outside. The service was okay but neither me or my boyfriend enjoyed the food. I got the gnocchi salad and the gnocchi seemed like it basically came right out of the freezer and my boyfriend paid extra for add on scallops and got 2 tiny scallops, absolutely not worth the money. The only disappointing thing I ate here was the wings, they were slightly underdone. Otherwise the mac was good, the crab cake was ok. We also couldn't do a beer flight because they were out of beer and it wasn't a holiday or anything. I would try again just to give it a fair shake. Came to Orlando to spend the weekend and a friend told us about this place. I am glad I drove the 40 minutes. This place is amazing. The food is great, the service is awesome. We went last night for the Phrye Phish and Phrye fries. Ivy was our server with a smile, you can tell by her eyes since all their servers wear mask. It was not as busy last night as it usually is. It could of been because of the rain and the lighting in the area. Our fish came out and it looked so good, I can't eat fried food so they baked my fish. It was very good. After the meal my hubby switch to a 1909 beer, they make their own beer here. They are always trying new recipes for new beers to expand the horizons of the patrons who visit Phyre. Kitty and Luci are the Mixologist who come up with the dessert drinks that are sure to help with your sweet tooth. Josh will serve you their home brews for the other types of good taste that we call good beer. Chef Tony will be serving a Parmesan Encrusted Cod with some veggies, sounds yummy. Went in for the Wing Wednesday Special (jumbo buffalo wings and either a choice of sangria or beer). We chose to try 2 (white and red) of the 4 sangrias (white, red, blue & purple) they offered. The sangrias were disappointing, there was no fruit to be found, except the straw berry garnish on the side of the glass. Really it just tasted like a bottle they got from the liquor store. We asked to switch our sangrias for beer, the waitress was happy to let us, which we appreciated. The wings were a good size, and the flavor was good. The fries were fine. Living my entire 40+ years in California and just shy of a year living in Florida, this felt like a trip back home. Super hip vibe that felt like it came out of LA somewhere. Amazing atmosphere decked out for Halloween, the servers were also dressed for Halloween. Walked in and we were sat right away. Our super sweet and friendly server Shirley was quick to our table to tell us the drink specials. Great mixed drinks at fantastic prices. Our food was AMAZING! Appetizer of pretzel and beer cheese is must. The scallops were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The Burger was juicy and delicious and again, that beer cheese on top! I went here for lunch with my mom. I really enjoyed my experience. They appeared a little busy with only two servers for the whole restaurant, but the service was great. They were extremely friendly and willing to explain the menu and drink options. There was a solid variety of lunch options. I had the BLT and I loved the candied/glazed bacon on it. The seasoned kettle chips are tasty. We also shared the pretzels and beer cheese and those were delicious. The French onion soup was also good. Overall, I'll be back and I'm looking forward to trying their Sunday brunch. read more

Stopped in for lunch and not impressed with food. Preztels with cheese were just ok. The beef on weck is seriously overpriced at $10. I could've purchased a premade roast beef at 7-11 with more flavor for much less The "phrys" were soggy and beware... that's not ketchup on your plate it's cocktail sauce. Hubby had two different craft beers (Belgium Duble and Beautiful Disaster). Both pretty good. Stick to craft beer and not food. read more

4 stars for a solid brewery experience in St. Cloud! My husband and I love breweries, and when we moved to the Narcoossee/St. Cloud area, we were sad that we were so far away from any brewery experiences. When we found out that Phyre Brewery was opening up, we knew we had to stop in! This is the friendliest bunch of people, ever! They are all so kind and accommodating. I believe the owner was the one who served us our beer, and he was so kind and told us about the beers he brewed. It was a great experience! We tried many of their beers, including an IPA that was brewed at the nearby Castle Church Brewing. Everything was so tasty! We also tried their beer cheese with pretzel bread and wings. I personally wouldn't order the beer cheese again as it was kind of clumpy and strange tasting, however, the wings were AMAZING. They were hot, fresh, and cooked to crispy yet tender perfection. I'll return for these wings alone. The location of this brewery is in adorable downtown St. Cloud. Definitely check them out--they are so worth it! read more

This was our first eating our experience in many, many months. Went on a Thursday evening and was sat and served immediately but it soon became very busy. The venison was absolutely delicious, the sirloin steak was huge and very tender, lamb was good but sauce on it was very sugary and kinda weird. Cocktails were tasty and well made. Do not get the pretzels and cheese. $9 for 2 pretzels and powdered cheese not good at all. The server was horrible, rude didn't know anything. 1.5hr to get simple menu food. They didn't have any of the taco tuesday specials, no big deal we ordered something else. We tried the mahi tacos and they had grease dripping off it not edible!. This was the absolute worst dining experience.. FOOD WISE I've ever had. I live in downtown Orlando, and my parents live in St. Cloud, so to celebrate a special occasion they took me to Phyre. The place was kinda cool, the waiter AJ was super nice, but the food was absolute garbage! The escargot had zero flavor, it was like it was served straight out of the can in unsalted butter. I ordered the Lamb chops, big mistake. The lamb was so tough, I'm not even sure it was lamb. I think I could still see marks where the jockey was hitting this mystery meat. Bazooka bubble gum is less chewy! So, I send back the appetizer and entre, in hopes the sea bass would be better... WRONG! The supposed 'lime encrusted' sea bass had no flavor whatsoever, except for the thinnest slice of a stale lime. It was the absolute worst restaurant experience I've ever had in my entire life! (food wise) Gordon Ramsey would have busted a blood vessel the food was so horrible! People who are in the hospital, and are put on a bland diet have more flavor in their food! Oh well, I had cold pizza when I got home because I was starving at this point. And the cold pizza was a million times better than the food I had at Phyre. If they gave me a hundred dollar gift certificate to go back, I'd throw it in trash where it belongs, along with their food. read more

I went here at about 2pm on Sunday. Kitty was my bartender. She was so sweet and upbeat. She made me a patron margarita and I can honestly say it is one of the best I have ever had. She also let me review the menu they had for valentines day. It was hilarious with their play on words. Super cool environment and I cannot wait to go back before I go home to Michigan. Also she had me try the homemade bloody Mary mix and I think I would even consider ordering one and I usually hate them. Thanks for a great time. read more
