Nice little food truck outside of one of my favorite local breweries. I've had their pizza, hot wings and fried pickles. Good pizza, decent hot wings and OK pickles, in my opinion. I'd love to have the wings be hotter, but we do live in Northern Idaho and they have to make them for a wider audience. Service is friendly, and the ambiance is whatever is happening inside the brewery. On Summer days there's lots of outdoor seating and even a few dogs outside. I don't know if I would drive fifty miles to eat here, but I sure would stop if I were in the area. read more

Only ate here due to its proximity to Post Falls Brewery. Got the garlic bread bites with beer cheese --beer cheese had more potato starch in it than cheese. Very weird taste and texture. Garlic Bread was... bread. My friend with me who has multiple food allergies had a difficult time ordering a make-your-own pizza. Her requests seemed to confuse and frustrate the lady? Not polite or understanding at all. Worst part - I ordered the Athol pizza. Y'all. This pizza needs to be trashed. The description sounded good --cheese, spinach, sausage, mushrooms, with garlic sauce. No sir. It had no seasoning. The sausage tasted super funky --was it stale? The toppings slid right of the pizza. The crust was soggy, almost to the point of being doughy. Couldn't figure out why it was so bad. Was happy to find them at Post Fall Brewing. Their pizza menu is pretty extensive, especially for a food truck. No matter what your taste is when it comes to pizza, you should be able to find something that sounds good. Pizza was delivered to our table. The toppings and sauce were good, fresh and hot. The problem was with the crust. It was soggy, almost to the point of falling apart. Seems you'd really have to try and make a pizza like this. Great cured pepperoni but the pizza as a whole was so odd. Flavors were great but mainly to dough and the way it was cooked threw me off. It wasn't pizza dough, more like naan or something? It can out in less than 10 minutes. Pizza in less than 10 minutes...? The dough was not cooked but also burnt a little so maybe it was attempting to be cooked fast? Disappointed in our over all experience. We were told ten minutes on the phone and when we arrived the pie had not made it to the oven, no big deal. The pizza was under cooked on top (should have pock marks) not just melted gummy mess and a scorched black bottom. The team as a whole could use more training. The boy cooking the pizza was eating while waiting for the pizza to cook. When we brought the pizza back the girl was smoking out front and told us that's how their pizzas are served. The manager on duty said nothing and just handed us back our money with no apology or hospitality to engage with an unsatisfied customer. read more

Eh... I might have received an isolated pie, but I'm not sure. I love a good crispy crunch, and this should have had it with as well done as it was...(blackened!!!) this led to a very bitter tasting pepperoni and crust. I also was looking for mozzarella, and it looks like I received cheddar. Not sure if this cheese was yellow because of the grease or in fact it was the wrong kind of cheese. I do love the idea, and would definitely try it again..but only after a few of the beers from the adjunct brewery while starving. Good for convenience, but wouldn't go out of my way for this stand. Everyone has an opinion about great Pizza, well what do ya know, me too! This is my overall favorite everyday local pizza. This is a family owned literal Mom and Pop pizza trailer parked next to Post Falls Brewery. Jeff and Leeanne are the owners and what can I say, excellent crust, whether or not you are looking for a medium thin crust or even gluten free, they have you covered . The sauces are wonderful, including nice herbed tomato sauce, a ranch for those stay away from the red stuff. Also a nice Alfredo sauce or a simple EVO. Then the freshest toppings, cheeses, etc. All the pizzas are named after cities in Idaho, like Athol, and Eagle , which is my favorite. Come order your pie and get a great local beer at Post Falls Brewery while you wait. There is inside or outside seating at the brewery and you are welcome to eat here or take out. So guaranteed the crust will be blackened on your pizza after seeing their setup and attention to detail while cooking. This setup is perfect if you need to eat after drinking at the brewery, but it's a far cry from what it could be with invested staff.
