Never been there but ordered twice from them for delivery. The first time both pizzas had everything slid off of them onto the inside of the box, like someone had dropped them on their side and just delivered them to us anyway. Called and let them know and, although they were apologetic, no offer to replace or any kind of compensation. Decided to give them one more chance since they have such great reviews but was sadly disappointed as the pizzas were so-so and lukewarm at best. Won't be giving this place a 3rd chance, delivery is obviously not a priority here. read more

Average or below; tasty but greasy. They stocked lots of the strong hoppie craft brands, but they we're totally​ sold out of light or amber domestic brews. You have to order at the counter; this is not a sit down service restaurant at all. You get paper plates at the counter and no service at the table except for delivery after ordering and paying at counter. For second drinks, one must go back to the counter to order and pay and carry them to the table yourself. Not a particularly nice experience! read more

Had the Detroit style pie and loved it! Crust was perfect. Ingredients were fresh. And the price was very reasonable.

We normally don't like to drive too far off the highway to eat when we are traveling but this was the best pizza we have eaten in North or South Carolina so far!! Very clean and excellent service. The reviews are what made us want to try it and we are so glad we did!! read more

We ordered two subs which took 25 minutes to reach our table. Food quality was good but the person taking our order seemed distracted. When asked why we hadn't received our food after 20 minutes, she looked confused and didn't even go into the kitchen to find out. Probably won't go back because of the slow service. read more

I haven't ordered from this place in forever since the last time I did the service was HORRIBLE the people on the phone we're beyond rude and the delivery took so long the pizza was ice cold when I got it I called to complain and was LAUGHED at by the staff. Nevertheless my husband and I were hungry and close by so I decided to give them a second chance WASTE of time!!! The employees are rude and I've ordered from these people twice and both times the order was wrong but the food takes so long to get you basically have to settle or starve. I wish this place would get a grip there's a lot of other pizza places in Hendersonville that have very good customer service like Mezzaluna, and west first, that will get my service and recommendation before I will ever tell anyone to go here. If your interested in trying this place out I suggest saving your time the employees make it very clear they really don't care about how your treated or if your order is correct, support another business in town over this place. read more

Pizza is good (though not Chicago-great!). I liked the set-up (ordering at the counter and then having a seat) and the beer selection.

Great food and very consistent. Friendly staff with my favorite pizza. Just as important is they are consistent with the quality.

We are not big on thick crust pizza but the Detroit style rocks. We had the Detroiter - basic pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. Two slices each and we were full. We will return for more pizza! Definitely worth a visit. read more

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from your business recently, especially tonight. Today, I ordered delivery and I was told it would be an hour and a half. I waited for an hour and 45 minutes until I called to check on my delivery. The manager on staff whom is a woman got on the phone with me and immediately was very rude and told me that I was too far for delivery and that my order was canceled immediately and that she tried to call me but my voicemail box was full. I never got a single called and my voicemail box is completely empty so I know that is not true. She also told me that she has no previous delivery orders to my address in her system which is a complete lie because there has been delivery to my address multiple times. I can prove that because when I called to place my delivery order the male who answer the phone immediately confirmed my delivery address by repeating it out loud which shows he had it in his system since y'all have delivered to me before. The female manager kept saying "I do not have time to argue about this on the phone I have other orders to deal with." She was so rude and very unprofessional. If something is not done about this, I will never return and I will be sure to tell all my friends about this incident. Great pizza but not worth the hassle that it always is. read more

Went to Pi Squared with a group of friends on a recommendation. Detroit Style Pizza was GREAT!!! My wife and I had a large with tomatoes and it was Amazing. Inside was full, so we sat outside and enjoyed Great Pizza and Conversation. Food came quickly and wait staff was very friendly. read more

The food at Pi Squared is great, but the service is horrible! Our neighbor ordered from there last week and had it delivered, but when I called to do the same, I was advised that we were not in their delivery service area, that they only go 5 miles in each direction and we 6.2 miles from them (which it DOES NOT say on the website!!!!!). I work in Flat Rock and they routinely deliver there, which is over 6 miles from their location, but when I called I was told that whoever answered the phone obviously didn't check the distance because they don't deliver there (however they deliver there frequently, like every week!!!!). It was their delivery person in our neighborhood who told my husband about it and said we should try it sometime and have it delivered since they pride themselves on being fast and friendly and having high quality food. I then I told my husband that we order from there at work frequently (with delivery). I am not sure how this is good business. You can have wonderful food, but if your service is sub-par, then what is the point?? My husband had just gotten out of the hospital and we were not up to driving out to pick up or to cooking, so thought we would patronize this local business. NOT!! And the woman I spoke with on the phone, kept calling me "Ma'am" under the guise of being polite, but was actually quite rude. Terrible, terrible business practice. How do you build a loyal customer base this way? She was rude, uncooperative, and adamant about the order having to be picked up because we live "too far away" (6 miles??). She also seemed like she could have cared less if we were dissatisfied and would not order from there in the future. This is to let Pi Squared know that we will tell anyone who will listen NOT to patronize this business no matter how could the food is!!! Frustrating! I stopped by to order a pizza to take home. I was waving my $20 bill, but the cashier seemed to assume that I was there to pick up an order which had been phoned in. He questioned me repeatedly about my name and fumbled through his computer list. Finally I convinced him that he would not find my order on his computer and he agreed to take my order. He insisted that I share my first and last name -- even though my nickname is rather unique and I've met no one else in Henderson Co who shares it. After the interrogation, I felt like I would have to show my driver's license or offer a finger print in order to be served. He manager said they need both names because so many share the same first name. I could understand that if I were a Bill or John or Chris or Bubba. The manager said they hated to loose my business over a name -- but made no acceptable adjustment to my request. I got my supper elsewhere. In the future I'll choose a more customer friendly vendor. read more
