When I first tried this place, it was a 10/10, which is why i kept coming back and giving it chances. Ever since that first time, the service and food has been terrible. The pizza is dry, like they are limitted on sauce, i started asking for extra. The photo attached depicts what they consider "extra," which is dry as a dessert. I usually also order wings. The first time they were soggy AF, meaning the chicken didnt seem cooked enough, so since then, i ask for it to be well done. The cashiers from my experience never speak English. Only 1 time have a had a cashier who spoke English. All the other times, I am struggling just to place an order. Just yesterday on 09/24/25, the cashier had no idea what i was talking about and had to call someone to help him, which they did not answer. What happened next? I was up-charged for an order of bbq wings because he did not know how to work the cashier nor understand the simple order i was placing. I had kids in my car and no time to run around ordering pizza elsewhere so this was a MAJOR disappointment. On top of that, this place offers 10% discounts for USC students which I did not receive because he did not know how to work the cashier! He apologized but this is NOT okay. I understand this is a family owned business, but DO NOT put people on the register who cannot take a simple order or work the register. This is the third time i have experienced this and it is beyond frustrating. The whole time i was teying to explain what i wanted to order, the cashier was looking around the room at other customers walking in, and trying to rush me out. It appears that he was the only one working the register and preparing orders. I cannot confirm, but I never saw any other employee in there. When i picked up my order, i asked for crushed red pepper and he did not have any, so he ran to the back to get a knife and cut open a box. He pulled out a handful then proceeded to pick out only 4 packets (I ordered 2 large piizza and wings) and quickly walk away before i can ask for more. When I got home, I was deveatated by the DRY AND OVERCOOKED pizza i received, as well as the bbq wings that this worker claimed needed an extra charge because it was bbq and not buffalo. There was a DROP of sauce on each wing. And again, pizza dry as hell. Barely any sauce, and definitely no extra sauce as i requested. Piara pizza needs to GO Started off okay and quickly turned horrible, food and service-wise. Spend your money at the chain pizza places instead. read more

Oh man. I was told by a friend that Piaras pizza was really good. I saw this location open up and i went asap. It wasn't good. Breadsticks were stale and flavorless. Wings were DRY. They give packeted ranch. Personally i like to dip my wings but again that's personal preference. Pizza was very bland. Again no flavor. We ate 2 slices of each pizza we ordered. We couldn't continue eating it. Again, Flavorless. (No we didnt have C-19) Sucks because they were so NICE. Very friendly and attentive. Great prices/deals. That location is gold. So I'm only talking about this specific location. Before I even ordered from this place I had been there earlier for a delivery I had and met the owners/managers. Great people, we chatted the entire time I was there. That there always makes me want to support a business right away. Been dying to try the Sicilian pepperoni and it was everything. Got the seasoned wedges, good addition. I decided to add this review after my second delivery order.... Just in case it was a fluke. I ordered another Sicilian extra cheese and olives. Also asked them to cook "well done" in the notes. Dude, it was next level. I killed it and was very satisfied. Highly recommend to ask in the notes for a well done cook. Crust was not burned and the pizza crust edges were Beyond THUNDERDOME. There's not a huge area to sit and eat, but there are a couple of chairs and tables. Prices are perfect, too. read more

I ordered this from Uber eats so I can only speak for the food at this location but the pizza I ordered had the wrong toppings on it. I'm vegetarian so yeah won't eat the pepperonis I didn't even order. The pizza was burnt on the edges and blackish under. It actually smelled burnt. The mozzarella sticks were ice cold in the center and not melted more like string cheese when I got them and I tried heating them up but they got pretty rubbery. Good pizza , amazing service ! I ordered some wings , large pepperoni stuffed crust pizza, 2 litter soda , 2 extra ranch cups and it was only $38.98!!! They even added a couple more pieces of wings! I always order a pepperoni, sausage, and pineapple stuffed crust pizza. the price is about 19 dollars after tax. for this pizza. always eat it when it's hot and out of the oven for the best piara pizza experience. they put a lot of cheese onto the pizzas and they are juicy and hot! my friend likes to dab a napkin on top of the pizza first before digging in, but me i'm a greasy type of pizza eater so i consume it all. pick up the phone to make an order and they'll get your food ready to you 15 minutes. they staff is friendly and there is even some seating inside of the pizza spot. there is about enough to seat 6 people so it's first come first serve! usually not super busy at once though. i usually go with one other friend and we've been able to sit down in the afternoons. give this place at least a one time try, you decide if you will come back. i know i did.
