Short story bad customer service, first time came in just for a patch, I was told they were out of patches. Okay maybe I came at the wrong time even though I came early in the morning. Second time I came the oil change went well but the third time I came with my boss's truck. I was told to wait until he finishes his lunch ok that's fine by me.
