I dropped my car off on the 21st and I was told my car would be ready on the 3rd of August but they called me on the 29th telling me the car was ready for pick up. I picked up my car the morning of the 30th. Veronica was super helpful in answering my questions and responding back to me in a timely manner. Louis was so kind as well in answering my questions. The team covered a lot of things for free which we are very grateful for. For example, we had a scratch at the front passenger side bumper and they fixed that. We had a missing piece on the roof of the car and they replaced it. Very grateful to meet such a wonderful team in an unfortunate situation.

Double check their work before you leave!…read more In January my vehicle was repaired here, and upon leaving Seidner's, I believed the work had been completed and my vehicle restored to original condition. However, since day one of getting my vehicle back, I noticed the Fender Liner was not properly attached, alongside the bumper. Returning within the week, I was brushed off of this concern, and that if it really bugged me to "Come back". Assuming it was a cosmetic issue, I did not return. Within a few months, the fender liner became detached and began dragging, and as of a few weeks before this review, it completely tore off. Upon requesting warranty and workmanship repair, I was denied and accused not only by the insurance but by the very shop that promises "quality" repairs. Despite my massive amount of evidence, and counter arguments with clear evidence, Vou one of the advisors here had done nothing but instigate, utilize his ego, and argue that I was at fault despite my evidence. If you ever go here, or think about going here, please double check their work and take photos. I am currently and actively perusing legal action against this location and the insurance company, and will proceed with a lawsuit through Small Claims Court. Hopefully Seidner's can make you and your vehicle right.
