Service: super helpful and friendly workers. Efficient and fast. Offered different drink options when we expressed that we did not like our drinks. Ambiance: The updated seating and decor is very nice. There are lots of games to choose from to play and make a night of it while eating desserts or getting drinks Food: was very sub par this time around. I jave loved all of our other visits but we have not come by in a few months (maybe half a year?) We used to come at least once a month. All three ice - the mango tango, cotton candy, and chocolate coolisimo tasted like barely flavored ice. The ice cream was very ice like, soft, but not flavorful. It did not taste like anything and was not smooth like Italian ice usually is, if that makes sense. We tried the banana flavor and, while the first taste was good, it had an artificial aftertaste that I did not like. But at least it tasted like something? The milk tea also had no flavor - not sweet, not like tea either. We got a refund for our drink and neither kid finished their ice. It may have been an off day, but for all four items that were different was sad. :( read more

Earl Grey 1/5 Brown sugar boba 1/5 Milk shake strawberry 1/5 I've tried this place many times and I honestly just don't think it's authentic :/ I hope the owners learn or incorporate authentic flavors and techniques in the milk teas especially--ALL DRINKS are either overly sweet or watered down which is weird since the milk teas didn't have any ice? I was confused why they didn't add ice or ask if I wanted it before, I guess that's how they do it...the inside is nice though. We came for their candle making event they hosted. We did get desserts and drinks from them for the event. Service was nice. Dessert cakes and macarons were good. The drinks I wasn't a fan of. We had the strawberry milk tea, the strawberry affogato and a cookies and cream (?) drink. Everything was super sweet and the affogatos was just an ice cream sundae-- no espresso. Such a good neighborhood dessert place! We love having all the cool options that Piccolo has- our favorite flavor is the Bahama breeze- so good and refreshing. Our first visit was the nicest first experience ever with the staff wanting to get us a sample for all the flavors to try. A small does our cravings just right, we find the larger sizes to be too much and usually end up not finishing. Try the brown sugar boba one, so good and so different.
