Abe helped me organize the whole thing - it was great working with him. It ended up that Sac Jaguar made a generous offer on my trade-in without even seeing it in person. They arranged the financing at a great rate. They arranged for one of their staff to drive the Jag up to Oregon and meet me about half way. We met and traded cars there, I signed a bunch of papers and was able to enjoy my new Jag all the way home. I am ridiculously happy with this car. Thanks to everyone there for making this so easy.

I had to contact the DMV and even Chase myself regarding my registration because I couldn't get the dealership to resolve it. Most recently, I spent about 3 weeks going back and forth between the dealership and warranty company over approximately $2,000 in tire/wheel coverage that I believed would protect me in this exact situation. After countless calls and being transferred between Service, Sales, Finance, and Management with nobody seeming to know what was going on, I finally drove 2 hours to the dealership myself. Within about 30 minutes, I was basically told the coverage I was sold didn't match what I thought I was purchasing, and they offered to cancel/refund it. Meanwhile, I'm left dealing with approximately $3,000 in vehicle damage myself. My advice: BE VERY CAREFUL purchasing additional warranties here. Get everything in writing and contact the warranty company directly to verify that what the dealership tells you they're selling actually matches the coverage you're receiving. Between the registration problems, vehicle issues, warranty situation, constant transfers, and lack of follow-through, I would not purchase another vehicle or warranty from this dealership.

What really keeps me coming back is the quality of the technicians. They've caught legitimate issues that needed attention, pointed out services that other shops had previously tried to upsell me on, and even gone the extra mile with small things like topping off fluids and cleaning corrosion from my battery terminals. Those little touches go a long way in building trust. After each visit, they send a detailed video inspection showing the work that was performed along with anything they noticed during the service. It's a level of transparency that I really appreciate. The dealership itself is clean and comfortable, with a waiting area that includes couches, a TV, complimentary snacks, and bottled water. He explained that we were not interested in those additional features, and we were left with the impression that they were optional and would not be something we would have to purchase. After we completed the application and were ready to move forward with the purchase, we discovered that those features were added into the final price and that the dealership would not remove them. This was very disappointing, especially because we had specifically discussed with them earlier in the process. It left us feeling as though the information wasn't made clear upfront and that we were being presented with the additional costs only after my daughter had become excited for her first car for college. We ultimately expected a more transparent buying experience. We understand that dealerships may have packages or dealer-installed features, but we believe those costs should be clearly communicated from the beginning so customers can make an informed decision before moving forward.

The Dealership said they found nothing wrong with the car and only checked and provided a test for the battery and alternator. Shortly after receiving the car back, 1 month a 2 days later the car breaks down again with other major issues not shifting in gear or accelerating, making it completely unsafe and undriveable. Whats most frustrating is the repeated minimization of very serious issues that occurred immediately same day of purchase and 1 month later. Thank god we purchased the extra warranty on this vehicle as the dealership no longer wants any responsibility, was told its out of their hands and a warranty problem. A vehicle that fails this quickly is not roadworthy, and buyers should be extremely cautious. Strongly recommend independent inspections and everything in writing from this dealership.

Prior to…read moregoing here I had the displeasure of going to another dealership in the area which I won't mention by name but apparently they are the "leading Chevy dealer in Northern California" in an automall. That interaction was so far into the cliche, high pressure, "What can we do to get you into this car today" experience that I was pretty much put off of buying there, even before they went back to 'get me the numbers' on the car. (Note, they never gave me the price on the car and the sticker omitted it so that hour was a waste). So going back to dealing with Future Chevrolet, I entered the dealership a little bit annoyed. Muhammad Asad, who called me about the vehicle and Gavin the sales manager were very helpful. There was no pressure or haggling needed. I knew the price of the car before I even saw the car. The sales team made buying the car incredibly easy. There was very little upselling in the finance department. Just paperwork, a handshake and most importantly, the car I was looking for. I meant to do this review earlier and was reminded to post this because the unnamed "leading Chevy dealer in Northern California" in an automall has texted and called me from now five different people over the last 10 days, trying to get me to step on the lot and look at cars for sale.
