Beware of this place the owner is a total scammer!!! Took my mom to purchase a vehicle, a vehicle that had been on the lot for over a year. Vehicle listed for 7999..asked for the out the door price ,the owner told me it was 10500. I did the math for sale taxes in my area which is 9% and added an extra 500 to 600 for fees. So a ball park area around 9200. I ask where was he getting the extra 1300$ from... " I painted the rims (which were factory ) and tinted the windows" Im not a car salesman but usually on a used 10 year old vehicles aren't sold with dealer mark ups.. The rims were factory and the tints had some bubbles.. The car would not stay running, so once they swapped the battery for a battery that was not rated for the vehicle . We notice a tire pressure light , the rear rim had a huge dent in the lip so he painted the rims but didn't repair. Also vehicle was extremely dirty inside. read more

***Edit: The car they sold us broke down within a few days. We took it in to a mechanic and there is so much wrong with the car. They conned us good. Do NOT buy here. They will sell you a lemon and pretend like they're doing you a favor. I went in with my daughter in law to find a specific car. We were let down that it was not in the condition that we were looking for. However, the sales rep, apparently from Germany, helped us out in the parking lot. What a nice guy. He took his time to explain the processes of buying a car to Maj and took care of us in the purchase. We found something that surpassed our expectations and was extremely reasonable. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM!!!!! They are shady. I went in to purchase a vehicle for my daughter. When we test drove the car the alignment was off so the salesperson offered to have the car alignment fixed at a shop nearby free of charge. We took the car to get the alignment and then a light came on the dashboard and thats when everything went downhill. The car had a humming noise so I decided to take it directly to an auto shop to have a diagnostic check done. The shop came back saying the car was not safe and that there were a number of issues. The computer had been reset and the battery had been disconnected and then reconnected so that's why the lights did not appear when we test drove it. The car has codes come back for the O2 sensors, timing belt, traction system and a number of other things. I immediately called the dealership and he quickly said that they were not to blame and that the tire shop must have did something to the car. I could not believe the audacity that he had to take no accountability whatsoever. We drove back to the dealership because the shop said that the car was not safe to drive. They were unwilling to take responsibility for the fact that they sold me a car that had numerous issues. He flat out said the car is sold as is. I literaDO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. It's not about the money spent it's about being honest and having integrity. The fact that they will try and get over on honest people says a lot about them. Stay away from this dealership unless you plan on paying for repairs as soon as you purchase the vehicle. read more

year ago and have had nothing but issues with it. The day after we bought it, it started having multiple issues so we had to take it back to the dealership and leave it there to be fixed. After picking up the car we then had to take it back an additional 3 times for the same issue that they kept saying they fixed, along with an issue we were aware of when purchasing the vehicle and had them include in the paperwork that they would repair. They clearly did not replace or repair the parts because my husband finally did it himself because we were tired of driving over an hour to the dealership for them to not do anything and the parts he replaced were obviously very old so they were never replaced to begin with. Her car beeps with an alert every time she turns it off and shuts the door because of an issue with the gear shifter and it still does it a year later. That's the issue that was in the paperwork to be fixed and that we were promised it was fixed FOUR TIMES. My daughter has broken down multiple times over the last year and there's always codes popping up. She's 18 and paying the car note herself she cannot afford to get another car and we can't afford it either so she's stuck with this piece of shit. She just went to go to work and the car won't even start and we're all beyond frustrated but basically we're screwed. We went to this dealership wanting to get a reliable vehicle for our teenage daughter and it's been nothing but stress and worry. It's not right!! A little over 3 months ago I bought a car from a used dealership, Black Diamond Auto in Rancho Cordova, it was the first time in my life I was able to get a nice car for myself and my daughter. The salesman assured me that he was unaware of any problems and although we did not purchase any extended warranty through the dealership we did receive the three month warranty. A few days after I purchase the car the brakes failed, thankfully I was able to get it to my mechanic before any devastating or life-threatening accident happened. When I called the dealership to inquire on the warranty they provided they informed me that breaks were not included. I paid out of pocket to get this fixed. About two months later (this past Sunday) my transmission went out, I had no warning signs previously to the abrupt failure of the transmission. The three month warranty that the dealership provided expired June 13th and the transmission went out 6 days past the 13th. I purchase a Dodge Magnum on November 29, 2022. I was given the Carfax report which showed the car had 1 owner and no accidents and a clean title. I took it for a test drive and the vehicle ran well. I noticed rust in different parts of the car and was told by the sale person that it was all cosmetic and the vehicle was merely stored outside. I started noticing more rust in and around the vehicle. One morning the window was foggy and you could see what the auction that the dealership purchased it from had marked on the windshield " Low mileage, **Rust**". Which they washed away but the markings are still there. I took the car to a mechanic to assess the amount of rust. The mechanic showed me holes where the rust was eating away at the body. The chassis, axles, suspension, and other parts. Why is it that when I asked about the rust spots that I was told not to worry about it and it would sand out. It was "cosmetic surface rust" . The dealership knowingly sold me a rusted and possible unsafe car. I want my money back. read more

These guys are the greatest exponents of the 'bait and switch' - they list a car with a VIN and low mileage on their website and the OfferUp app; it has a great Carfax and lower than market value price, but it never appears in their yard. They tell you they've bought it - it just needs to be detailed and have its safety check and smog - but it never appears. They tell you this for weeks. I followed one such car for 3 weeks - they even had photographs. It's still on their website and OfferUp, minus the photographs. Jacob and Nathan are the crooks running this scam, maintaining the 'reputation' of the used car dealers. If you value your money, steer clear of these 2 - they'd sell you their virgin sister for a dime, knowing they could buy her back broken for a nickel. read more
