    I came in and purchased my new 2020 Ford Titanium. I had originally bought one in blue, but was a lower model and I was being a little cheap and changed my mind and got the upgrade model that is completely fully loaded. I doubted myself because I purchased a brand new car in 2019 and didn't think I would be able to buy another car, but yay! The cars are in my favor lol! It was a pretty easy process so I had 7 days to exchange the car which I exchanged it 3 days later. I am completely happy with my purchase and I thank my Sell's super woman Tatiana and manager graham for making my car buying purchase a breeze. The prices are amazing compared to dealerships charging egregious dealer mark ups that are not worth it whether you buy new or used. No mark ups here and I love that. Comes with a great dealer warranty and I highly recommend. Thanks again Tatiana and Graham you both are super and Graham is the man he got my credit union to bring down my APR from 8% to 4%.

    This review is way overdue. Thank you to Ray for a painless, quick, and informative car buying experience! My current car essentially was dying on me and I needed a new car asap. My bank referred me to Enterprise and I'm so thankful they did! Ray listened to what I needed in a new car, let me test drive a few, and didn't pressure me at all. I was by myself so I wasn't able to buy a car right then because I didn't have anyone to drive my old car back home. I told Ray I'd have to come back in the morning to buy the car. He said he was off the next day but he sympathized with my situation (needing a new car asap before the weekend was over) so he came in on his day off. He really went above and beyond!! I came back the next morning and within an hour, I had the keys in my hand and was driving off the lot. I've had zero issues with the car and am so thankful to have a reliable car again! Also, as we were signing papers, Ray let me know they were running a promotion and took an additional .5% off my already low interest rate. A great surprise! I highly recommend buying your next car here and working with Ray! We'll be back next time we need a car!

    Let me start off by saying," THANK YOU DERRICK!" When buying a car it can be tiresome, stressful and maybe for some overwhelming but exciting. For me, it was all that!!! I had been shopping for weeks, actually months and it felt like maybe getting a car was not going to happen. The journey to enterprise became such a pleasant one. My best friend shared with me how her daughter got a car from enterprise by going online and signing up for capital one's pre approved auto loan and then found the car she wanted at enterprise. So ofc I did the same and within a week I found the car. Derrick my personal car salesman called and the experience began. He spelled it out for me, was never pushy and when he said "I will deliver the vehicle within a few hours." and that at no extra charge from Sac to the East Bay. I was sold!!! The customer service was above and beyond and it felt empowering. I have been sharing this story with friends and family. Didn't go into all the deets as this process will be unique for everyone!!     Wow! What a PERFECT place to buy a car! I couldn't believe how professional, efficient and helpful everyone was! Before going in, I let Nelson P. know (broadly) what I was interested in. When I arrived for our appointment Nelson was completely prepared and ready for me. He was knowledgeable and beyond competent--I drove off with my new (2018) car in under 2 hours. Incredible. It was one of the most enjoyable and satisfactory big ticket purchases I've ever experienced. Everyone was just so nice and helpful. I would recommend this as THE place to buy a slightly "used" car at an exemplary price to anyone! Truly a no stress, pleasant and 100% satisfactory experience. And I got the perfect car.     Update: finished my purchase. Everything was smooth and I'm happy! Drove by, found the ultimate Jeep, and had the best buying experience. Ray and Chris have been the best ever! Everything about experience has been much better than my past ones at other kinds of dealerships. I realized afterwards it's because they're not commission based, but quality based instead.     I'd highly recommend this branch to anyone who is looking to buy a high quality car for a great price! Shane comped my rental from NV to CA to make the transaction quicker and easier.     This was the best car buying experience ever. Giovanni Young was an impressive, no-pressure, car-buying coach. His knowledge, expertise, and accommodating personality made the search for, test drives, and purchase of a used SUV a refreshing and enjoyable experience. Also, I got loan pre-approval at Golden One and got a recommendation for Enterprise, plus a 1% discount on the loan if I purchased at Enterprise. At current rates that's 1.99%! Giovanni and Enterprise made the loan and purchase process painless (yes there's a lot of documents to sign, but patience, Grasshopper). Lastly, the quality of the vehicles we test drove was impressive. I didn't expect to make a purchase on my first visit, but found a gem of an SUV and jumped on it. Plus the purchase price was $4,200 below Kelly Blue Book suggested retail pricing. I will shop Enterprise again in the future for my next vehicle.

Chris checked in to make sure everything went well. John is a pro. He gave me some great pointers on how to care for my new fair-priced 2017 Elantra GT. I'm already nervous about buying used cars, and even more nervous because it was too far away for me to look at. I read all these Yelp reviews for his business, and was impressed because he was rated higher than most used car dealerships. And he provided a free CarFax report, so I knew the car's history and was impressed it only had 2 owners over 24 years. I talked to Ata by phone about the car, then hired a mobile mechanic (also found through Yelp) in the Rancho Cordova area, and sent him in to inspect the car. Ata was very accommodating and tolerant of the mechanic's inspection and lengthy test drive, during which I was on the phone with the mechanic and Ata. I ended up buying the car, and Ata recommended a shipping option he's used that even cost less than what I could get through one of the national car transport companies. Ata took care of a small dent in the bumper before shipping the car, he included the 30-day drivetrain warranty noted on the Craigslist ad, handled all of the paperwork, and I ended up with a great car I'm thrilled to own! The man takes pride in the cars he "curates" for his business and is an honest gentleman. Truly a "Top Quality" operation.

Vehicle listed for 7999..asked for the out the door price ,the owner told me it was 10500. I did the math for sale taxes in my area which is 9% and added an extra 500 to 600 for fees. So a ball park area around 9200. I ask where was he getting the extra 1300$ from... " I painted the rims (which were factory ) and tinted the windows" Im not a car salesman but usually on a used 10 year old vehicles aren't sold with dealer mark ups.. The rims were factory and the tints had some bubbles.. The car would not stay running, so once they swapped the battery for a battery that was not rated for the vehicle . We notice a tire pressure light , the rear rim had a huge dent in the lip so he painted the rims but didn't repair. Also vehicle was extremely dirty inside.

Come with a hat and some water bottles and most importantly more tools than you think you will need. Check online to see inventory. Check by zip code and radius. No better place to get interior trim parts or other easily swapped out parts. I wouldn't recommend alternators or a/c compressors or items you can buy rebuilt from an auto parts store. For one thing labor to put them in isn't negligible. Tires I would also avoid. Unless its an emergency spare or maybe some other unusual case where you just need your car to roll. Check for date codes and sidewall damage. I once had to pay for a tire that was 20 years old just because I wanted the rim - that stunk - I paid for something I would have to pay $4 to get rid of at any tire shop. If you want some character building come here. Maybe you've got a young 18 year old in the family - new to life of cars. Come here to look around for crash safety - or come here to learn how to take things apart. I usually build confidence to work on my own cars once I've successfully taken something apart here. And with old brittle plastic you need practice and patience. The newest generation of humans are used to sitting around behind a computer in the a/c with soft hands and tech neck - bring them here as part of good parenting.

Initially, I was told I had to return to the original store where I made the purchase, even though the warranty pamphlet clearly states that I can take it to any similar location. When I visited the North Antelope Road location, they made excuses to deny my claim, searching for reasons not to honor the warranty. In the end, they refused to process it, claiming the stamp had to be verified by the original seller. I then had to visit the Pick n Pull in Rancho Cordova on Sunrise Blvd, adding even more frustration to an already bad experience. On top of that, I had to remove the faulty transmission I bought from them and bring it back, which required hours of labor. When I finally got it to the location, I was told I had to search their yard for a replacement transmission--only to find out they didn't even have one available! Then, I was informed that the person I needed to talk to wasn't there and wouldn't be back until Friday--four days away--leaving me stuck with the transmission in the back of my car. This entire experience has been a nightmare of wasted time, effort, and frustration. I have serious doubts they will honor the warranty when I return, and it feels like they are just coming up with excuses to avoid replacing the part. I feel completely stuck and don't know what to do next. If anyone has advice or knows of any recourse I can take in this situation, I'd really appreciate your help. This feels wrong, and I need to figure out how to get some kind of resolution.

The check engine light came on the second day I owned the car. When I brought it back, they wanted to charge me to fix it instead of standing behind what they sold me. Sold "as is," which is standard, but if I'd had a code reader with me at the time of purchase I likely would have caught issues they didn't disclose. In hindsight, I'd tell anyone shopping here to bring one. Codes were 100% cleared before test drive. When I tried to raise these issues with the dealership afterward, the owner (David Sargsyan/Vinci) stopped responding, blocked my phone number, and blocked me on social media. No attempt to resolve anything. Looking through the other reviews here, the pattern of the glowing 5-star ones felt off to me compared to my actual experience, it's worth reading closely and deciding for yourself. Do your own independent inspection before buying here, get a pre-purchase inspection from a mechanic you trust (not one they recommend), and don't assume "as is" means you have no recourse if something was actively misrepresented. This is a very shady business.
