    Today I purchased a used 2016 FIAT 500 Abarth convertible. I originally was looking for Fiat on CarGurus and was sent to this dealership where the car was. I spoke to Roger who was able to get my trade-in for a better price and also guide me through the features and what the car has to offer. It didn't feel pushy and it was very convenient because the car is going to be delivered to SF from Sacramento- which he included for buying it. I felt safe too because I can Return the car if I don't like it up to 700 miles. He also did FaceTime , so that I could look at the car from his view. I got a warranty and a couple other features that didn't cost that much more - $5 more on the monthly payments and more than half off for the tire replacement program offered. Overall, I would recommend buying your car from further away online with them because they made it easy and feel safe. Now we shall see how it all goes when the car gets delivered soon! Thank you, Roger and Ryan in finance for making this a painless purchase. I hope she's as beautiful, reliable and fantastic as advertised! Yay!

    I had been looking at Jaguars on-line and found the exact model, color, etc. at Sacramento Jaguar. Since Sacramento is about 10 hours south of me, I thought it would be challenging to get my current (leased) car sold/returned/traded in and get me down there to pick up the new car. Abe helped me organize the whole thing - it was great working with him. It ended up that Sac Jaguar made a generous offer on my trade-in without even seeing it in person. They arranged the financing at a great rate. They arranged for one of their staff to drive the Jag up to Oregon and meet me about half way. We met and traded cars there, I signed a bunch of papers and was able to enjoy my new Jag all the way home. I am ridiculously happy with this car. Thanks to everyone there for making this so easy.

    Wow, wow and wow! I've purchased two Jag's from this company in the last five months. My first one, was gorgeous and I picked it up at an incredible price. Sad news, someone crashed into me and totaled it! My insurance was disappointing with their "fair market value." They gave me enough to pay it off. But not nearly enough for a down payment on a new Jaguar. Laura to the rescue!! Laura was determined to get me into a new Jaguar. She literally would not give up until the numbers fit for me. She is absolutely amazing, I adore her and love this company. They have earned a customer for life.

    Holy moly! First time ever having a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle. Not only was it seamless and easy process....we both had a lot of fun chatting with various members of the Jag team. This is our first purchase of a luxury vehicle....we are very happy with our vehicle and scratch our heads thinking why didn't we do this before? We both appreciated the upfront process...none of this pretend drama of presenting us numbers and going back and forth to imaginary manager negotiations. This F-pace is a dream!!!!! While out on the lot looking at the car I had asked the sales person if there was anything wrong with it, he replied no, no problems. I don't know much about engines so I took his word on it. 41 days later while driving the car starts smoking. I brought it to a shop to get a diagnosis turns out it has a head gasket leak and multiple other issues. I sent them an email asking to remedy this problem and they have not gotten back to me. This is totally dealer fraud. So now I have a broken car that I can't drive, still have to continue making payments on it. And now have to find and pay for a lawyer. please save yourself the stress and never purchase from this untrustworthy dealer.

They offered me $4k for my 2016 civic (yes, it has 155k miles but it was paid off. )with my trade they wanted me to buy the car with a car payment of over $650. Went back and forth and they finally offered $8500 for my trade with a payment less than $500 a month. If he had given me those numbers at the get go, they would've had a deal. I was hesitant on taking the deal but had to think about it. He said deal only good tonight and if I walked out, the deal was void. I walked out. Less than 24 hours later, went to carmax and bought a crv with half the miles of the one at capital city and I still got to keep my civic. Edit: 3/27. Well the finance manager said he couldn't go lower on the price of the car when I was there. The price was around mid $29k. Well, I get an email about a price drop. The car I had wanted to purchase is now $25,576 so apparently he could've gone lower. Too bad he missed a sale by playing number games. I used to work at a car dealership. I knew what games that were going to be played. Headache.

We decided to buy the car with the dealer saying if anything went wrong with the car he would fix it. Well driving the car home the car started to make clicking noises, loudly. I called the dealer and let him hear it. He said bring it back and he would fix it. I took it to a mechanic closer to us as well we're more than a hour away from Space Auto. We were told the engine was bad and needed to be replaced and the motor would cost more than what we paid for the car. So we had it towed most of the way to Space Auto and tried to drive it around the corner into the dealership parking lot. Well the engine blew out right as I was getting it into the parking lot. That sucked because we brought the car as is and the dealer could have made this a VERY long process. He did the right thing by us and repaired the car, AT NO COST TO US. This was a messed up situation from the start, but buying a used car can be that way. There was a lot of in between stuff, but really the meat of this situation is that the dealer did what he said he would do and that makes this place a 5 star dealership in my book. Next time I'm looked for a used car, I will check with Space Auto first to see what he has.

    Was looking for a 2026 Wind Chill Pearl Land Cruiser (Land Cruiser Trim) w/ Black Leather Interior…read more+ all the bells & whistles (Premium Package, etc...). If anyone has tried to filter this combo within a 500 mile radius anytime recently, "Good luck with that." I was using apps like Cars.com, etc..., but I found a lot of these dealers would advertise a similar vehicle on their site, but "View vehicle on dealer website" would either be a 404 or another vehicle (different color/trim) + a nice markup above TSRP / bait-switch. I DID NOT find this vehicle on cars.com. I was literally manually visiting websites from the East Bay to Monterey/Salinas/Seaside (markup is OUTRAGEOUS) & from East Bay to Sac, etc... Maita's website happened to have the exact config I was looking for, but all the images were broken links. I reached out via the Site & was immediately contacted by Internet Sales (Ryan Scott). Ryan was OUTSTANDING. Very helpful & (me having to drive in from the East Bay) was also empathic & mentioned that the vehicle wasn't even ready for sale (literally arrived off a boat an hour prior) & still required PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection). As a result (though you can't technically hold a vehicle), I had a little time to secure a slot the following day, provided I share info (DL, Registration, Insurance, etc...). I even provided (in advance) details of my trade (a spotless/meticulously maintained & paid-off Tundra TRD Off-Road CrewMax w/ a ton of functional upgrades/enhancements, etc...), which they were able to tentatively state that the #'s I shared (appraised from other dealerships) seemed on-par, assuming it checked out when I arrived... Made the trip to Sac the following AM & was immediately greeted by Ryan. Hopped in the Land Cruiser for a test-drive & all checked out, so next steps were paperwork... Considering (unlike my initial experience w/ Toyota in Milpitas) the vehicle was a no-haggle TSRP price, so no room for negotiation. I had already been pre-approved through my bank for what I assumed was a decent rate considering, but the Finance Manager (Brett Brophy) basically put my #'s to shame through Toyota Finance (& even got a decent $ on a Platinum Extended Warranty). Ryan Scott went above & beyond, working with me late afternoon/evening the day prior to the sale, along with ensuring my drive from the East Bay wasn't in vain (assuming someone purchased the vehicle from under my feet). He even worked w/ Service to ensure PDI was done/aligned with my arrival, etc... This vehicle was a Birthday gift for the Wife & I have to thank Ryan Scott & Team for making this very challenging/exhausting ordeal of searching for "the perfect vehicle" a reality... Ryan even followed up w/ a Thank You + VIP pricing for accessories (which I immediately used, for things such as Illuminated Door Sills (First DIY upgrade I did), along with a Multimedia Screen Protector, Black Badge Overlay for the only chrome badge remaining "I-Force Max," as well as a Cat Shield™ By Millercat... The "other upgrades" I did on my own (at the request of the Wife) w/ the MR703 (from Method) + Wildpeak A/T4W... Done for now (w/ the exception of Ceramic & potentially PPF) & vehicle looks STUNNING... I cannot recommend Ryan Scott enough... I mentioned above, but he went above & beyond ensuring I was not wasting my time or $ (even sending follow-up emails w/ the build sheet + a personalized intro video, etc...) / not to mention I got the $$$ on my trade (even beating my previous appraisals)! I also mentioned the vehicle was for the Wife's Birthday, so Ryan even grabbed a giant bow & put it on the hood, so I could take some pics... Thanks again, Ryan & Team @ Maita Toyota Sacramento! 5 Stars are not enough... To quote Arnold in The Terminator, "I'll be back..."

I have never waited less than 30 minutes in my car just to drop it off, that's WITH an appointment. To make matters worse when I called to book an appointment they told be it'd take 1.5 hours. I just waited 30 minutes in my car just to get inside and have them tell me it'd be 2.5 hours, that's in addition to the 30 minutes I already waited!!! There was no apology or offer to transport me both ways somewhere due to the inconvenience. Paying more is one thing but wasting my time with no care or understanding is ridiculous

Eddie in Finance was also excellent not pushy at all, just straightforward and respectful. This was nothing like the old days of spending an entire day at a dealership. Most of the communication and negotiation happened via email, which was extremely convenient. When we arrived, the car was already prepared and ready for us to simply say yes. About an hour later, we were out the door. The Parts Department was also fantastic the woman who helped us was super friendly, and they offered us all-weather mats at a very discounted price. As a thoughtful and fun touch, they even gave my dog a BarkBox toy that matched the same Subaru model we purchased. Overall, the experience was efficient, stress-free, and genuinely pleasant.     I purchased a Subaru Crosstrek in March and right away, there are problems with the Navigation…read moreSystem that I was told that it is bad and just to use my Apple Map instead. When I asked about the navigation system, they said that Tom Tom is to blame. Well, it is in my new Crosstrek and it should be part of the warranty and not just an issue that "I have to deal with" as told to me by the person who did the indoctrination to the new vehicle. As if that is not bad enough, I now am getting notifications that it is time for an oil change, new oil filter and an inspection at 2000 miles. The required oil change is 6,000 miles or 6 months. When I called to ask about this they said that all I can do is to bring the car in. I find that the staff is unhelpful and quite honestly, why I have to go through all of this because of their lack of taking responsibility. Given all of this, I will never purchase a new vehicle from Maita again and will not purchase a Subaru as I have not been able to get in direct contact with Subaru USA, when calling them the automated system just tell me to contact the local dealer.
