Although this is a bit far from my home, it's conveniently located near my work so I can pick up items after work. The liquor department is probably one of the biggest I've ever seen with many allocated items behind the counter and occasional raffles for the more rare allocations. The carts are big and noisy but I'll use the "small" ones if I can find one. The store can be overwhelming the first couple of times but eventually you get used to the layout. Woodmans is always busy but with the selection and prices, it's easy to see why. And even with the amount of product and people that pass through here, it's well kept and clean. My favorite departments are probably the huge produce and dairy department. Woodman's will continue to be a place I stop at for groceries and other goodies!

I called the store today and asked to speak with the manager. First, the lady did not identify herself, and was very rude sounding. Apparently she was the assistant manager, April. Based on her conversation, and the lack of concern in my issue, I will shop somewhere else for a while. I called to express my concerns about the pickup (only in evening/ night) not doing things properly, her response, "Well, i don't know. I will let corporate know." What? just talk to the employees in the department reminding them of the procedures. Any ways, we have other PNS in our area.

As the conversation went on she became a bit more friendly. Husband went to pick up the package and said they weren't very warm and friendly to him either. Husband said the place was clean and reminded him of the up north butcher shops we used to frequent before they closed down after COVID. Appearance wise, my only real complaint is the squares have a somewhat anemic appearance as if they're too light in color.
