Think of it as a dumb down version of Panda Express. Whilst everyone has their own opinion on good and authentic Chinese food, i still don't mind a good Panda Express or pick up stix. We ordered such a great family pack deal. It's supposed to feed 3 people, but actually fed my family of 5! Portions were decent and the food was actually pretty tasty! The chicken was also pretty tender considering its fast food casual. The staff has great customer service and was attentive to our needs, especially my daughter who has food allergies. I usually have half a dish for lunch and the rest for dinner. I make sure to hide all the evidence as to not to draw the judgement of harsh eyes powered by walnut sized brains... So yes, it's nothing close to anything authentic and I love it anyway. They do an above average tofu that makes all the pain in the world melt away with each bite.
