Having never been to one before I researched their menu and what I wanted to get and found it super easy on their website to go through each menu item and figure out exactly what I wanted. It gives you the option to add your utensils and any condiments you want. Loved opening the bag and having exactly the amount I requested of different sauces, it was done 10 minutes before they said it would be, and the food was so hot and fresh! Staff was super friendly, and the place was really clean and much bigger inside than I had thought. The parking lot is awkwardly shaped and a bit tricky, so use caution. My Mother has always liked the Orange chicken [called "General's Orange chicken" on the menu]. Accordingly, I went in and ordered that tonight. The cashier was named Alberto, and he was very pleasant and efficient---a stellar employee for the company! I ordered the food to go. The packing of the chicken was in a covered, well-sealed container dish that I could eat from directly, which made it all the more easy. No washing of dishes necessary once you got home! A fortune cookie is a fun final treat offered on the house. read more
