They are extremely quick. They always deliver quick, efficient, and decent food. This is a great alternative to Panda Express, which is more marketed as a mainstream Chinese restaurant. We've never had a bad experience here in all the times we've come. The food is always fresh and always (almost ridiculously) hot! Though my visits here are few and far between because I live rurally over an hour away, the extra wait time for certain things only ensures it's fresh. I don't know if people expect it to be like Panda Express but the key words here are "express" which Pick Up Stix doesn't claim to be! All the employees are always kind and obviously working hard! I've never found the area to be dirty or have a ton of tables not bussed either so they do the best they can! Definitely will be back for more of that honey chicken! Not the same food. I used to love Pick Up Stix. But, they've so come to corporate greed, and change their menu, which has created a disaster and shameful menu. They claim on the new menu it's their famous chicken salad but it's definitely NOT the same.... Iceberg lettuce, disgusting, cheap wontons, and cubed chicken. and the pad Thai noodles tasted off and bad. I had to throw the entire entrée away. So disappointing. I'll never go there again. I read the reviews and still gave it a chance . I ordered the house chicken and house fried rice . I get the same thing every time I eat pick up sticks . I ordered the house chicken with extra sauce cause I like to eat the sauce with the rice . As you can see in the pic there no sauce at all but instead a large amount of oil . I never had this experience with oil which is really disgusting both food items did not taste good . I tried to go back and get more sauce but then they wanted to charge. Staff were very nice . You would think they would be packed the way I had to call 5 times to order But they are very empty . Anywho waste of $20+ read more
