This was my boyfriend and I's first time here. I have to see, it was pretty awesome. I don't get the negative reviews. How can you complain about a place that you pay $7 for a personal pizza with as many toppings as you like? You also get to watch them make it so it will always come out right and you will always know that they aren't tampering with your food. Absolutely awful service. Every employee failed to acknowledge our presence for at least 2-3 minutes and we were the only customers in line. When someone did take our order they were unfriendly and unhappy. As they were custom building our pizzas, toppings were getting cross-contaminated and falling into other containers. I asked 3 times if the basil drizzle contained any dairy (I'm severely allergic and I'm also vegan), I was told "No, it's just basil and olive oil", but when they put it on my pizza it looked milky and had white crumbles in it. I looked on their website for nutritional information and found that the basil drizzle does in fact contain cheese even though I was told 3 times that it doesn't. They remade the pizza for me without the basil drizzle and while I was eating it, I found 2 pieces of some kind of meat. I ordered the margarita pizza without cheese and it shouldn't have had any meat on it, but I'm sure it happened from toppings getting passed to different containers from messy hands or toppings falling off of pizzas as they were making them. No one in the store cared what so ever and when I politely raised my complaints about the cheese and meat pieces, they only rolled their eyes and got really bad attitude. One person was somewhat apologetic, and offered a refund of my pizza (of which I only ate 2 pieces... stopped eating when I found the meat). Also, the survey at the bottom of the receipt directs you to the corporate website and then you need to select the location, but when you click on Eules, it brings you to a different location, not Eules. I wouldn't recommend this Pie Five location to anyone. Maybe another location is better, but this one sucks. read more

Food is pretty good (about the same as all other pizza). BUT, they don't take orders on the phone? They say "we are not equipped to keep the food warm until you get here. But, come on in, it only takes 6 minutes to cook." Sorry, I don't understand the logic to not take phone orders that I can simply pick up on my way home. Just to clarify, I got a Yelp to write this review. To be fair, the food was prepared well and tasted great. However, there was a couple of things my friend and I encountered when we stopped by to eat. 1. The attitude of the employees - they were very rude to my friend who was trying to ordering his meal. They had some sarcastic responses. To be clear, it was not playful sarcasm, but just plain rude and awkward. - I wanted to order a certain type of pizza because of allergies. So the staff decided to change their gloves. Some of them clearly displayed how they really didn't want to change their gloves. They at least should have asked "do you want us to change our gloves?" but instead they just were upset about it. 2. Unreasonable. - my friend was ahead of me in line. He payed with his DEBIT CARD, had no issues and went to find us a spot. When I got to the register they demanded that I show I.D. because I had a "debit card" (was not buying anything that required an I.D.... Unless, you need a I.D to buy a pizza...) I didn't have my license with me because my friend had driven me. I wish I would of pressed the employee on why. He didn't ask for my friend's license, yet, my friend paid the exact same way. WEIRD!!!! It was kind of embarrassing. Thank goodness I had cash. 3. SUPER SLOW - this point speaks for itself. They were just all really slow. It was a saturday night. The night was still young. Out of salad, desert (not that I wanted any but the kiddos did), not a clean table in the place, trash bins over flowing, trash around drink machines and utensils table and pretty much everywhere. Should have thrown pizza I just paid for away when I walked into that mess of a place. Will probably regret eating it tonight. Be warned. Used to be wonderful, last few trips the restaurant was horribly dirty-sticky-nasty no clean seat or table. Screw up our order every time, food quality fallen to foul, and always seem to take twice as long as promised! Now they insist on credit card payment for take out orders on the phone, if I can't trust them to make a cheese pizza, I'm sure as hell not trusting them with my credit card info. Horrible customer service! Food is good and tasty but the service was RUDE and AWFUL! My son and I came here around 2:30 pm on a Saturday. It wasn't busy at all. We stood at the counter for a few minutes while a worker was mopping the floor. She didn't acknowledge us. There was another lady who looked to be in her late teens/early 20s. She was done making pizza, and looked like she was ready to help us. I smiled at her, and she LOOKS AWAY! ok, I thought "maybe she's having a tough day". Shef finally comes over and in the most un-enthusiastic manner asks "What kind of pizza do you want?" My son asks for Chicken Alfredo. She puts ingredients on it, (still not cracking a smile), then gets ready to put it in the oven. That's when I asked "Excuse me, isn't that supposed to have chicken?" She stops, looks at a cheat sheet, then hurriedly adds the chicken (no apologies offered here,). She then makes my pizza - we're good there. When we were checking out, I forgot to tell her I had the 'free pizza' promo so I told her to 'wait a sec, I forgot something'. She impatiently says "WHAT?" as if I'm bothering the heck out of her. I said 'don't get upset at me, but I have a free pizza promo'. She looks at the cash register, throws up her hands, and says "Well I don't know what to do." She then disappears, and comes back with a very helpful manager who straightened everything out. He explained to her how to fix the order, and was in turn very polite to me and quite accommodating. But there was not a word from her. VERY RUDE service I don't know why she's still employed. read more

Here's what we love about PieFive: Everything. Friendly staff. Great prices. Clean and attractive. Great variety of quality toppings; select everything you want, as little or as much as you want, by request. Thin crust on the small personal pizza. Extensive beverage choice. Speed of delivery (It's ready five minutes after ordering.) Excellent flavors. Our new fave for pizza. It's like Pizza Rev in California, only a better value. What we don't like about PieFive: no anchovies, but I'm probably the only one in town who likes them so it's okay. Bill for 2 small personal pizzas and 2 small drinks, under $12. Salads looked gorgeous but have not tried them. We have been driving to Fort Worth for PieFive and just discovered there's one right in our neighborhood. Yay! read more

Good food but it took 30 minutes to even place the order! Only two people working and neither one cared to be there. No manager in sight to even talk to so, Yelp! it is. There were no crusts made and ready during the lunch hour. So the lady making the pies had to also make a crust each and every time someone ordered. She was also so poorly dressed with low cut jeans and a way too short top on that the moon and crack were constantly out. Not at all appealing for a food vendor to dress and look like that. The phone kept ringing but was never answered. Most that finally got their pizzas got them to go because it took the entire lunch hour just to order and get the food. My dollars will go elsewhere. Pie five pizza is the worst place to eat and most of all the worst place to work. They don't care about there customers or there employees they only care about the money. I worked for pie five pizza for about 6 months as a manager. Our new General manager was there for not even a month and he started stealing. He set me up and said I was the one stealing. So they put me on a 3 days suspension and after 3 days Pie five hr manager Susanne Ruiz called me and basically said our gm said I was stealing and I was fired. She never once let me tell my side of the story. This place was in bad shape when our gm walked out we had no gm for a week. I was the one doing all the ordering making sure everything got done. When our new gm got to the store not even a week they fired me. They finally caught the gm stealing and they refuse to re hire me. This company is not a good one to work for. They have a big problem in that store maybe they should put cameras up for everyone protection and I will be suing. read more

I've been coming to this location since it was first opened and until my last 2 or 3 visits it was always a pleasant experience. Apparently the new General Manager (which I received an email about a month or two ago along with a free pizza) has caused this place to turn for the worst. My most recent visit on 9/10, I was using a coupon for a buy one get one free pizza via delivery since I receive a coupon for it via email about once a month and finally decided to give the new "delivery" service a try. 5 minutes after placing my order via the circle of crust app, the manager calls me to tell me "we don't got no delivery drivers, can you come pick up your order?". Ok, I live 2 miles away so I came to pick it. At 6 pm on a Sunday night there were 3 visible employees working and only one was actually making a pizza despite a line of about 12 people that walked in mostly together shortly after I arrived. One of the three employees immediately left to go pick up more to-go boxes so then they had only 2 people there. Luckily, my order was mostly ready when I arrived because those people probably each waited 30 minutes for a pizza. My pizza was supposed to have numerous added toppings which was printed nicely on the receipt they gave me but when I got home not one single topping I asked for was on my pizza. On top of that, I was charged the $4.00 delivery fee despite having to come pick up the order myself. The only reason I will return to this store is to redeem the free pizza I was sent for this new, incompetent General Manager they have. read more
