Walked in after bible study with my friends and immediately got shot a dirty look by a female purple hair employee who obviously didn't wanna be there... my buddy asked for the normal crust and she immediately jabs "there is no normal, look at the crusts right in front of your face"; Now if you are a pie five fan you will know that "normal" would obviously mean the classic pan and the boy employee knew that too as he was reaching for the classic pan but she claimed there was no normal and we had to choose one of the wordy specific crusts... the boy employee then just sat there laughing as he knew this purple hair girl was being unnecessarily rude jabbing back and forth with me and my friends. We then left and took our business of 4 hungry boys next door... usually have decent experiences here but this girl didn't care about making the company money I guess. read more

I would have given a negative ratings if possible but one star was the lowest. I called the restaurant at 9:44pm. They very much appeared closed from the outside (lights off etc) so I looked and it said open til 10pm. I called the store while in the parking lot to verify they were open. They answer and informed me that they are in fact open but they are closing in five minutes. Mind you it's 9:44 PM and they're not supposed be closing until 10 PM. I asked the gentleman on the phone if I could place an order online and then just run in to get it. I was only going to order one pizza and that was it he said that the online ordering system wouldn't allow me to order online because they were closing in five minutes. I then asked if I could come inside the store to place my to go order for my one pizza. The man then tells me "if I wanted to do that to them, that was up to me but he wouldn't do that since they were closing in a few minutes". But then tells me he isn't turning me away. Really?! I think that's what you just did. Will not ever go back to this location and am completely appalled at the fact that he said what he said to me. That's sad. read more

Used to be good. Think they must have a new manager as quality has really dropped. Pizza is not that difficult, yet when we order online somehow they can't get ingredients right. When I called to let them know that the last 2 order were erroneous, I got the "meh...well that happens". After ordering them every Sunday night, I'm now choosing someplace new. I'm surprised this place is not that popular around the country! The food here is very fresh and tasty. The staff is always very happy and helpful. The desserts there, without a doubt one of my favorites. There is a outdoor area (if you are willing to die in Texas heat in the summer), good seating with booths and tables, and they have plenty of menu items! 10/10. read more

Very disappointed in what the staff made for our takeout order tonight... receipt very obviously states extra cheese but I can hardly find ANY CHEESE on a high five. Not happy with what we got charged for. Take out is probably not the way to go at this location as they are very chintzy on their to go orders. This is probably my favorite pizza place in Texas! The staff is great, they recently got new members so they are a bit slow but the old staff was great I'd just give time to the new staff to learn and I go here about two times a week because it's so good I recommend this place to all my friends and family, the place is normally clean presentation? It's always good like the workers always have smiles on there face they are always clean the area it's always great, if you wanted to do pictures out side you could because it's pretty neat and clean! Sometimes my crust is a little doughy so if yours is also? Ask for extra crispy and that means they will push it back a little and it will get crisper but 10/10 I love this place I'd recommend it for everyone who likes pizza! The Man at the cash register was extremely rude, and demeaning seemingly trying to push me and my girlfriend out the door. He rudely dropped my food on the table as well as talking in a degrading tone on how they couldn't take a $50. The food was decent, but the customer service was awful. Fun staff full of Keller's youth who seem really glad to be there. Pizza was great. I love a good thin crust pizza and theirs was really thin and flat, just the way I like it. They also have a "regular" crust. Lots of choices of toppings - pile it on, it's all the same flat price. The sauce was extra good, too, a thick marinara that didn't dry out through baking. I did not have a good experience with this restaurant. My niece was urging me to go and try it. We did together. She, of course, loved it. I did not. The dough was raw, really throwing off the texture of the pizza. The cheese was bland and not sufficiently melted. I left the restaurant with a stomach ache, not wanting to ever go back. read more

When the staff is rude, to even their own fellow employees, the quality of the people makes you wonder about the quality and safety of the food - especially in challenging times. They are literally the sweetest workers ever! (Plus their pizza is amazing) Im a doordasher so I had already been into the store today, but I came back to order food for myself and my brother. I ordered 2 classic pan pizzas. Unfortunately my card kept declining for some unknown reason but the sweet girl still let me have my pizzas and told me not to worry. She was so incredibly sweet. There were 4 people working, 1 boy wearing a corona mask which I thought was amazing haha! And 3 girls, one was super efficient and kind, the other had green hair and amazing makeup and the one at the register was an African American girl with the kindest smile and personality. I cannot rave enough about how amazing these employees are. So kind, efficient, and easy to talk to. Love them all! Pie Five, y'all got yourself some keepers! We pre-ordered and picked up. First time and not impressed at all. Large pizza with sausage, mushroom and onion. Hard pressed to find some sausage on each slice. As far as crispy crust, think not. It was soft and soggy. The wings didn't taste bad but an order of five were more like an order of four. Won't be heading back any time soon. read more

Terrible. Ordered 5 pizzas for carryout. Arrived and they had 4 ready in the warmer and didn't even make the 5th. We were made to wait when we really didn't have time for them to make the one. The most inconsistent quick service restaurant I've been to. My daughters and I had lunch today (12/21) and We had three pies. The errors with ingredients were too numerous to list but suffice to say they can't seem to build a small pie consistently - too much or too little, not spreading ingredients around whole pie, even the prep work is shoddy. As for cleanliness...let's just say - not clean at all!! Staff friendliness and attention to detail?? One person out of four that we dealt with. We really like Pie Five pretty much everywhere but Keller. I had high hopes, but after this long you figure they get it or don't. Unfortunately for this Keller location - they don't. I ordered via the door dash app and that was great, but i chipped a tooth on my pepperoni pizza which totally sucks, but it least it was a back molar and doesn't show and i do not have dental insurance so it will remain jagged. Not sure what could have caused that from a simple pizza. Also we had the garlic butter stix and there was no garlic or butter on them. It was just plain toasted bread. Very disappointed. read more

Loved this place early on, but service is really falling off. Ordered two pizzas and had to stand there in line for five minutes after kid went in the back to get the crust. Same thing happened the last time I came in. Could we be prepared for the 5 PM rush and have a few crusts ready? Then my pizza sits there getting cold while I wait to be checked out because the person on the cash register needs to go back in the kitchen to handle something. Same thing happened the last two times I came in. Beverage station by checkout was almost completely empty except for the Magic Dust all over the place. read more

We will NEVER support this business again due to intolerance and discrimination.  We were refused service because someone in our group could not wear a mask. There are glass partitions up and we were not any where close to other people, easily social distances from employees and all customers. There was hardly anyone here during lunch time. I now understand why. If you do not accommodate any one with medical exemptions and harass and discriminate then you have lost our business forever.  In this day and age you should not put it upon your employees to decide who has to follow a mandate and who has an exemption.  We have eaten out quite a bit trying to support local businesses.  Most restraunts and stores assume if someone doesn't have a mask on there is a reason for that. They don't encourage their employees to single out, embarrass, harass and discriminate against people with medical conditions.  We have always had great experiences with Pie 5 prior to this but unfortunately they have lost us as customers permanently.  We will always remember this restraunt as one with discrimination and intolerance and a place that made us feel unwelcomed.  If you don't want our business anymore that is fine. There are a lot more pizza places close by. We will be sure to spread the word about your policies here. read more

Fabulous service! They went above and beyond after I had called them when I thought I called Alliance for my pickup order. My mistake but they made it right. Since I could not get to them in time before I needed the pizza for the kids, they agreed to deliver Out Of Their Area. A manage actually delivered our pizza and the kids were fed! Real customer service by the to go order lady and the management! Of course the pizza was excellent as always. read more

Love the concept of a build your own pizza place! We each get exactly what we want and in a perfect portion pizza. I can get gluten free thin crust with bbq chicken, pineapple, and veggies while hubby can get a pan pizza with all different types of meat. They also have great beer selections. Great place to bring baby as it's fast but fresh. Can order ahead online too! read more

I love Pie Five! I have to eat gluten-free for medical reasons and they have some amazing gluten free crust here, unlike most pizza places. It's like the subway of the pizza world. My pizza is completely full of cheese, meat, and vegetables by the time I'm done loading it up. It's definitely worth the price - and its not even expensive! The service has been wonderful so far at the new location here in Keller. It's so great to be able to eat pizza now without getting sick. :-) read more

Well below average P5 experience at this store. Came in shortly after 11 AM. Clearly staff was ill prepared for customers. Front of store was deserted. Once someone did show up, I had to repeat my order four times. Listening skills are a must in this business model. Once the order was finally taken correctly, and pizza in oven, the clerk decided it was appropriate to reach well into the oven to fetch my pizza resulting in a very underdone crust. The cook times if those ovens are very precise. I am certain P5 management would be disappointed with the product I received. I will not be returning to this location. read more

Food was good. They had many different options to choose from! They also had delicious side salads that were available. The only reason for the one star downgrade was that the floor were very dirty with crumbs. For the amount of employees on duty it was a shame to have a such a dirty dining area. read more

My family has eaten at this location multiple times but it's been a few months so we decided to stop by for dinner. It was horrible. The crust was under done and the pizzas were barely warm. They were tearing apart because the crust was still soft. I took two of them back to be reheated and instead of placing them at the end of the oven for a minute the lady put them all the way through a second baking cycle. So they came out burned. On top of that she left them on the same metal pans so I burned my fingers when I picked it up but just a tiny bit. She apologized and offered to remake them. After about 15 minutes I went to check and they had only remade my husbands but not mine. Even worse, they put the wrong toppings on my husbands. As a few added bonuses, most of the sodas were out along with the napkins, and the temperature was freezing. We will definitely not be returning. read more

Trying to keep business local, we have ordered pizzas to go from there, which are usually tasty. The staff always seems to be young and can often be slow or immature but get the job done. Tonight we tried to order online and do delivery and it was a complete fiasco!!! From my having to call when the delivery was 30 minutes late to finding out our pizza order ( and we had ordered 3) WASN'T EVEN MADE so there would NEVER have been a delivery, to the young teenage boy acting all superior as "shift manager" who basically lied about our order and the delivery placing blame on his driver it was an annoying, frustrating and disappointing experience we will never attempt again. My advice is to NEVER use the online or delivery service!!! Because this was such a mess we may not even go there in person anymore to get pizzas read more

I am giving two stars because I have been to other locations and the pizza was fantastic. My low rating is not because of food, atmosphere, cleanliness.... It is because of the awful employee attitudes tonight. When I walk into an establishment at 830 and it does Not close until 10 I do not expect to be treated like it was 959. I witnessed the family in front of me and the family behind me get treated all the same. I post in hopes that the manger or owner reads This. Being greeted with eye rolls and comments of frustration that another customer is coming in is unacceptable. After all without customers you would not have a job... I understand long days. I understand bad days. I work 72 hours a week but I do not treat my customers any differently at 8am or 8pm. To the girl who made my pizza I am very sorry to have inconvenienced you by coming in at all. Also to the separate girl cashier I am also sorry for being so complicated to ask for my basil drizzle on the side. Very rarely do I have such a bad taste in my mouth after leaving a food establishment without even trying the food yet. read more
