Nice clean restaurant and tasty food, however order accuracy can improve. The last two times that we've had Newk's there was something wrong with our order. The food here is so good! My husband and I got the Newk's club and it was soo good! My mom and son got a salad and they both loved it! My daughter also got a kids Mac and cheese and it was as so good! The service was quick and everyone was so sweet. The only dislike was the pasta salad. It was good it just needed a bit more flavor for me. The fruit and potato salad were delicious! It was also very reasonably especially with the economy how it is. It was way cheaper for my family to hear than chick fila. And the food was 100 x times better. It was quiet in there not too loud. I also LOVED how they had infant swings and plenty of high chairs! We decided to eat here since I was craving soup! I had my fingers crossed that they served half soup/sandwich and THEY DO! They even serve half salad/sandwich combo too. You could even buy a whole sandwich and get half of another side item. Lots of combinations depending on what you're feeling! Great to know so I don't have to scramble for Jason's deli or even Panera! We arrived about an hour before closing yet everything was stocked and tea tasted freshly made. Our food came out in a good amount of time. I ordered loaded potato soup with chicken bacon club sandwich for my half pair, I devoured it! It was so delicious. I placed an order online for curbside pickup. Ordering was easy and simple. Pickup time was 10 minutes. Arrived at curbside parking in about 6 minutes. Sent message on the app saying I had arrived. Restaurant worker brought food outside. Everything was as ordered -- half chicken bacon ranch sandwich with a bowl of chicken and sausage gumbo. The gumbo is fantastic. No seafood (don't like seafood) in the gumbo but plenty of flavors and spices. I will be ordering that again. read more

Sandwiches are okay. Bread isn't great and they only let you pick from white or wheat bread. Hot club sandwiches is ehhh. Lobster and crab bisque was mainly crab, I didn't get any lobster. My friends sandwich came out wrong and then they forgot about making her correct one. We had to flag someone down to ask for her sandwich. This is a good a spot for good fresh healthy food. I got the crab bisque and 1/2 sandwich combo. Mom Got a ham and potato soup combo they have ice tea sweetened with Splenda which is perfect for my pre-diabetic mom or anyone for that matter who doesn't want to use sugar they also have sweetened with sugar or unsweetened. We used to frequent this place and it was one of our favorites! For whatever reason, we have not been here in about a year. Friday night and we got home too late to cook. And decided to order take out from Newks. I attempted to order online but it wasn't working so I called in and a computer robot AI took my order. It was cumbersome at first as I had 4 meals to order. Me and the robot agreed on an order and it was submitted. I arrived and went in, waited several min and a young girl eventually greeted me. I said I had an order to get and she pointed to a rack and started to walk away. I stopped her and said it wasn't paid for as I was sure my order was the one right next to her. During this odd exchange another customer (lady) walks in and an newks employee appears and interrupts my checkout process asking me if "she was with me" it was so weird I really just ignored him hoping he would figure it out and help his customer. I felt like if I stopped talking to the girl checking me out she may get bored and walk off again! I couldn't risk it. If you can navigate the artificial intelligence and survive the low level customer service human experience, the food is really good. 2/5 stars for the process plus one for the food. 3/5 stars total. If I eat here again, I need to remember to dine in only. read more

I've had Newks from other locations. I ordered a pizza and Mac and cheese and they all tasted the same. Like a burnt oven. There was no flavor, I also ordered for curbside pickup, but it seemed no one was doing curbside? I had to go in and get my food, which i don't mind. But it would have been nice to know beforehand. Not sure how long my food was left to get picked up. If someone checks in and they're told someone will be right out, there should be some communication. I use to live this location but I won't be returning here again. I arrived at 2 pm and ordered a sandwich and fruit cup to go. The dining room was less then 20% full, I sat down and waited for my order and observed. The kitchen staff were all standing around talking and no one was making orders. Almost 25 minutes later after I checked with the girl at the register as to where my order was they finally started the order. The manager was sitting in a booth near by chatting with someone ignoring the situation.
