Club Fetch had the notes from the other facility and chose to give our boy a chance. They sent daily report cards evaluating his behavior with photos and took excellent care of our dog. When I picked him up they said that he was an angel and was welcome to stay there anytime. Club Fetch gives us great peace of mind. We are so thankful to have a safe and loving place to care for our dog when we have to be away.

We agreed on a trade based on that information. I then drove about two hours to the shop. When I arrived, they placed the fish in their tank and then told me they were "too big" for their system. This was confusing because I had already been very clear about their size during our phone conversation. After driving such a long distance, it was frustrating to have them change their position. The fish were slightly stressed from transport, which is normal after a two-hour drive, but they were healthy. I was told they "weren't happy with the way they looked," and no trade was offered at all. Not even a partial trade. Overall, it felt like a waste of time and gas, especially after we had already discussed and agreed on the details beforehand. I just wish they had honored their word or at least tried to work something out. Very disappointing experience.

I've heard of Lucky Dog for sure, but never had a reason to go before getting a pup. Once I did all my research they seemed like the best option for our boy and man we were not disappointed. We took our dog to get a full wash, trim, etc. We had just adopted him from the Humane Society and really wanted to pamper him and get him all cleaned up. First of all, the staff in the office is so kind and warm. You can tell they love dogs! That made us and our doggo a lot more relaxed for our first visit. They give you plenty of info and reassurance. When we picked him up he looked amazing!!! His coat was shining and he was all smiles. They also did a temperament test for him too, which was great because the Humane Society didn't have a lot of history for him so we didn't know how he'd do with other dogs. I love that they do the temperment test for free and give you a whole report card!!! Such a fun and helpful touch. Our dog loves it here. He never wants to leave when we pick him up lol. Thanks to their staff for being so helpful and sweet!

Dr Wheelock spent our first visit educating us on puppies, behavior tips and great overall advice. It was so nice to have him take the time to refresh us on what to do, look for and how to raise a great dog. It was like going to the pediatrician and we were very appreciative of it. The staff was amazing as always and make each visit easy and enjoyable. When we had to schedule a visit to address an issue with his heart last minute Dr. Ruch was thorough, reassuring and explained all scenarios and protocols. We now have an orange male tabby. Dr. Matthew Wheelock is amazing. He is easygoing, great with the pets and his advice and recommendations are always welcomed. His office also calls several days after an appointment to check in and make sure our cat is doing well. Even though we lived in Uptown when we first started coming, we continued come even after we moved about 35-40 minutes away. The new facilities are superb and the staff is always engaged and helpful. It's a great environment for both pets and people. This is the only veterinary practice we recommend to others.
