My experience making the appointment and service at the front desk was adequate. I'm not a…read morecomplainer and am sensitive to the fact that customer service has suffered since the pandemic so I give people a lot of slack. I was there because I needed to go help my brother (who is fighting cancer) so I wanted to make sure my cold symptoms were not covid or some other issue that could endanger my immune-compromised brother. My medical care was great - the nurse who took my vitals, and Hannah who actually performed the tests, were outstanding. The problem is the QR code they gave me to scan so I could get the results never worked. I learned during the visit that I was not positive for Covid, but all of the other results were supposed to be available the next day via a scan, but they weren't. I called the office and they said wait another day, so I did. After that, I revisited the site of the URL daily for weeks, and left many phone messages and a couple of emails but never heard back.. Today I got the bill for that treatment. I understand mistakes happen regarding the URL for the test results, but there is no excuse for not getting back to me. I will ultimately pay the bill so they don't ding my credit rating, but it will leave a very bad taste in my mouth. -- I've now updated this review from 2 to 3 stars. The business owner reached out to me (after I copied my Yelp review to their website) and has resolved the billing issue. I'll still not get the test results, but at least they've taken care of what they can.

This caused extreme hives 3 days later. When I went on Google that these drugs are related. I even told the woman that I had allergies to Ceftin type drugs. Returned on 7.7.26, and the nurse said, "Oh my God! You look a lot worse!" The new employee tried to prescribe hydrocortisone which I'm allergic to. And when I said Prednisone helped in the past with allergies, she could care less. Today on my bank account I see a charge for $120 from Peachtree Immediate Care. I will contest this with my bank. I am in the process of writing a demand letter that this immediate care facility reimburse me for the Kaiser Permanent visit and the meds for the week that they ruined my life. Every time I called the facility, no one was available. The only reason I went to this scummy place was because Kaiser was closed on July 3rd. Now Peachtree Immediate Care is destroying me financially in a matter of days. I will visit my bank tonight on the way home to contest this charge. No warning either. The only reason I returned to them on 7.7.26 was to let them know that they were involved in medical malpractice and what could they do for me? When I went to Kaiser on 7.10.26, I had to pay $203 for visit and the purchase of Epi-Pens, Prednisone, and Hyrdoxyzine (sp?). What a freakin' nightmare July was due to them. That was during my vacation weak.

I called the kind lady at the front desk, and asked if the doctor would see me today since I wouldn't make it there until 7PM. I showed up around 7:15, and was checked in no problem. I was called to the back and the nurse did my vitals. There was a portion that needed to be filled out by me and a portion for the doctor to fill out. Maybe I missed it, but I was not told to have my portion filled out before seeing the doctor. I usually filled it out with the doctor and go into detail about my medical history (not my first time getting this form filled out). Dr. Harvey came in and immediately scolded me for not having my portion of the form not completed. Made me feel like a complete burden by saying "that's not filled out? You do know we are closing right?" Like I didn't call before to see if I could still come AND pay to be serviced. I guess the nurse that came in before him was there for decoration, because he came in and asked for the exact same basic information. Shallow questions, had no desire to learn more detail about my medical history and wanted to make an uninformed decision without asking questions. I felt rushed and unimportant, and it was so painfully obvious that he wanted me to get out. Then he went out in the hallway with the nurse continually being rude, saying loudly "she didn't even put her name on this form" like I am not right there in the other room. Like he couldn't even be bothered to even ask for my name. He is one of those elderly people who think they can talk to younger people any kind of way, because I guarantee he would not talk to his peers or someone his own age like that. If he doesn't want to see people that late, maybe he should have it where the cut off is at 6PM or maybe not work that late so other people will have to deal with that. I was not treated like a professional who paid for a service. I definitely would not recommend and I will not be back ever.
