He appeared unhappy to have our table, and his attitude made us feel like we were an obligation rather than valued guests. At this price point, excellent customer service should be a priority. While the food was acceptable, it was not exceptional enough to compensate for the poor service. Dining out is about more than just the food--it's about feeling welcome and cared for, especially during a special family celebration. Sadly, based on this experience, I would not recommend this location and do not feel the value matched the price we paid.

It also seems like the dress code has become more relaxed. When we were here before, most people seemed to dress "business causal", but today a lot of people wore t-shirts and shorts. However, it was also Saturday afternoon and I bet a lot of tourists walked from the shopping plaza and outlet mall. The front lobby/ waiting area now only has 2 chairs on the right and 1 on the left. I could have sworn they used to have a few chairs and a couch. And one of the chairs was really beat up and looked like it needed a lot of repair work. We were seated immediately, though it was 12:20 on a Saturday and they had just opened, so there weren't many people in the place. We told the waiter that we had been here before, so he didn't need to go through the introduction. We ordered some drinks and then another server immediately brought out the sides: cheese bread, fried bananas, garlic mashed potatoes, and french fries. We said we didn't want the potatoes and fries, and it would have been nice if they asked what we preferred before bringing everything out. We then got some food from the salad bar and my wife though the lobster bisque was excellent. After we were done, the waiter took our plates away. But then he never came back with plates for the meats. He also didn't ask which meat we wanted to start with. We flipped our discs to green and the gauchos started coming by. The picanha and filet mignon were very good, but the filet mignon wrapped in bacon was a little tough. We asked about it and the gaucho said it's because they have to cook the meat longer to make sure the bacon is fully cooked. We then got some more food from the salad area. About halfway through, the waiter saw that we had stopped eating and asked if we were done. We said yes, thinking that he was asking if we were done with the fruits from the salad bar. He then brought over a dessert tray and asked if we wanted a dessert liquor. I said we're not done eating the meats. Then we had more meat. Then when we were done, he started to come over with the desserts, but my wife saw him and shook her head, so he didn't come to the table. He then brought over a plate with "Happy Birthday" written in icing with a candle for me to blow out. I don't know if I was supposed to get a free dessert because it was my birthday or if that's not offered here. I assume it's not offered here since the waiter didn't mention it. Though to be fair, we were stuffed and probably couldn't fit it.

The crust was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of chew, the flavors were incredible, and the toppings were so fresh. Every bite somehow got better than the last. I went in with high expectations after hearing so many good things, and somehow they still exceeded them. I was so full by the end that I was questioning all of my life choices... and I'd do it again without hesitation. If you're a pizza lover, this place is a must. I already can't wait to come back and try more of the menu. A little PSA if you're thinking about the Tuesday-Thursday all-you-can-eat special: Your eyes will get bigger than your stomach fast. Some of the pizzas are absolutely loaded with toppings and are way more filling than they look. Also, if you choose the all-you-can-eat option, you can't take leftovers home. Our party of four definitely overestimated how much we could eat, and we ended up accidentally wasting some absolutely amazing pizza because we were all completely stuffed. Learn from our mistake: pace yourselves so you can enjoy as many different pizzas as possible without leaving any behind! Service: Ray was amazing!! As first-timers, we had quite a few questions, and she was so patient and helpful the entire time. She made sure the pizzas kept coming, our drinks were never empty, and she always checked in with a smile. Her personality was just as radiant as her name! The ingredients are all fresh and the sauces are all made on site. You can be as traditional or as creative as you like. This is a wonderful, very reasonably priced restaurant. I lived in Orlando for 4 years and now whenever I go back to visit, I will never order pizza from another restaurant. I don't speak Portuguese but I felt right at home ordering off of their English menu. The staff was top notch and sitting there watching them make the pizzas, makes you want to keep coming back to try every single one! A great spot for families visiting the area and for locals looking to try something new. Brazilian pizza is the real deal and I hope to be able to order some to Cleveland, OH some day soon! Best Pizza Crust I've ever had. Toppings were my own creation & the sauce was delicious. Try owners' special sauce (friends raved about it but caution to vegetarians it has meat so I didn't try it...I'm a vegetarian). Offer salads & pasta, too. Upscale Subway place in that you add your own toppings & get it quick but nicer atmosphere (not dressy just nice) with options to sit inside or outside. So when my friend says lets go to a Brazilian place for pizza I was skeptical... boy was I wrong. I now like visit multiple a months and sometimes even more than once a week. Three salads, an olive appetizer, two beers, bread, three pizzas, one dessert, all nailed perfectly. Server even checked in about our food allergies. Two months later, tried going with my fiance. 6:30pm reservation on a Sunday. We showed up ten minutes early, to try and be cordial in case it was busy again, like last time. We walked in to four full tables, and four that were clearly unbussed and still dirty. Three servers are handling the four tables. We're greeted, and the first thing we're asked is if we'd "be okay sitting at the bar?" We told them about our reservation, and we're asked to wait a few minutes... while the servers went back to their other customers. Immediate red flag. It's still loud and cold, inside, with the owner and two other BoH members handling food orders. After we told them again about our reservation, we asked if we could sit on the patio. Nodding at each other and pointing that none of the dirty tables inside still had been cleaned, whatsoever. The young server that finally sat us invited to go over the menu as she went to "find out who would be helping us, this evening." (It turned out to be her, with obvious reluctance on her face.) We then waited ten minutes, with room temperature water and another couple eating takeout pizza, directly from the box, five feet away from us... On a night we both had planned for weeks. She inevitably came back, and we Immediately told her we needed to leave. There's no reason why three servers can't handle that lax of a clientele volume, while also bussing their own tables. If you're dropping around $30 a person on dinner, with the literal business owner present behind the counter, that level of blatant laziness shouldn't even be possible. We'll try again on a day expected to be busy. They clearly need some fire under their asses, and it's not coming from where it should be.

Even though the order is placed through the restaurant's website, they use a third-party delivery service that they have very little access to. They couldn't get in touch with the driver, who apparently left the store around 5:10 PM but didn't deliver my order until about 6:40 PM. By the time my food arrived, it was cold. Overall, the lack of communication, delayed delivery, and cold food made for a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering delivery from here. The ambiance has a few tables available, it sesms to mostly be a take out place but we ate there. This is an amazing fusion and the food tells the history of the people. There are actually more Lebanese in Brazil than in Lebanon.
