She said they have no control over what third parties, in his case, "Retail Me Not", put on the internet. I feel that since they would honor that same coupon that supposedly has a corporate code, then it should be honored for all customers since the coupon didn't say anything about it being for corporate use only. She was obviously irritated that I would try and save money using their own coupon. I would suggest that you stay away from this location in Webster. Very rude staff.

Despite a discrepancy on the bill, they still worked with me in a manner that we could agree on and be content. When I dropped off the rental, the sales representative was kind enough to offer me a ride back to my repaired car though their shuttle crew was booked. Thank you! I will never rent with enterprise again. It was the most non-professional I have ever seen a company act while also taking hundreds of your hard earned dollars. I would never recommend this company and especially this branch. Very disappointing.
