Because I didn't have my new license they would no longer honor the reservation. When I made the reservation 7 months ago I provided ALL my license information, including the expiration date, so they were fully aware that the date my reservation started after the expiration date of my license. However, their online system didn't prevent me from making the reservation. This error is entirely theirs and all they kept saying was "sorry for the inconvenience". Enterprise didn't acknowledge or own the fact that the mistake was on their end. Reprehensible treatment. I'll NEVER use Enterprise again.

DC Collision did a great job fixing my car! Someone ran into my car in the Wegmans parking lot. DC…read moregave me an estimate and worked with the insurance company. I actually had to wait a month after my estimate because my son was due in a few weeks. But once I was ready to go they once again took care of everything, getting me a rental car while the work was being done. They cleaned my car so it looked great when I picked it up. They even took care of a couple of scrapes that were there before the main damage! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend DC Collision.

Even though they had to order replacement parts, my car was only there for a few short days. It looks good as new now! I think they even vacuumed the interior of my car as well!
