We were walking around the Fox Hills Mall and I've been wanting to get my daughters ears pierced so we ended up at Piercing Pagoda on a whim! We def did not want to go to Claire's and wanted to go to a place that specializes in piercing. Piercing Pagoda offers free piercing and they have earrings for babies. All kinds of cute earrings. We ended up choosing little pearl studs on 14 karat gold with the covered and baby/child safe backing. The woman who helped us choose earrings and pierced my baby was so friendly and helpful. She was also very efficient which you have to be with a 4 month old baby girl. My Mom has the honor of holding baby still while the lady/piercer quickly pierced her ears. My baby cried but it was quick and she got over it as soon as I gave her her pacifier and held her for a bit. It's been a few weeks since we got her ears pierced and so far so good. I am so disappointed I got a gold cross anchor from here, as a Christmas gift for my dad. First the Jesus fell off. And then now it's chipping in every corner. They asked if we wanted insurance obviously we said no thinking they had good quality but of course they knew it would happen. I am so disappointed never again am I buying from here. Go to an actual store not these stands where they rip you off. I am so disappointed because I wanted to give something to my dad from his childhood and now it's breaking pieces by piece. My family always buys their jewelry from here and unfortunately their gold is fake. Pagoda sales fake gold! We just left from there trying to get my sisters jewelry fixed that we bought back in June 2019 this year and the sales lady Tasha would not give a last name says that it is fake and that she could not do anything for us. When my mom bought it she bought the warranty for it and it is still valid however, Tasha still claimed it is fake and that it is not their product. My mom has the receipt and warranty and the lady still claimed we didn't but it there. Very disappointed and save your money and buy your jewelry else where and not at pagoda. Me, my mom, and baby and we all got our ears pierced here today. The woman helping us was extremely professional and an absolute perfectionist. My baby is 3 months old and wanted to make sure that where ever I took her, it was going to be sanitary and had experience with piercing baby ears. I read you can do it at a piercing place and even with a pediatrician but there will be a big fee that comes with it. Some piecing places won't take a baby. I believe that it's because they use needles, in which babies won't be still enough for them to do that. I've gotten so many piercing on my ears and body that I knew coming here would not only be more cost efficient as well has less painful for the baby because it's a single gun that goes fast. I'm very glad we did it here. $49.99 for the Jewelry and piercing. I had my cartilage pierced and mama got herself a second hole. The girl was so nice enough to take a family photo for us. read more
