Don't even one star worth it. I bought yesterday a medal at the Banter by Dillar's at the Arrowhead mall. I told the lady that was a gift for a friend and she said "since it's a gift I'm going to put it on gift box". I walked away for less than a minute to chase my baby and told the lady that I was coming back. When coming back, the lady hand me a bag with the gift box inside. I usually trust in people (not anymore, by the way). I hang the bag on my baby's bike with a double knot. And walk after her all the way to the other side of the mall. While she was playing, I untied the bag and pulled out the box from the bag to see the medal. Inside the box was another bag.... EMPTY! I came back as soon as I could and they said "I'm sorry, I'm the manager, I placed it inside the bag myself, we can ask for the cameras from the mall, I'll call you tomorrow". Well, since no one called me, I came back to the mall today. She wasn't there but the lady that was there called her and when hanged told me "she said there's nothing she can do, the medal isn't here, it left the place, there's no way to see the videos from the mall, maybe you can do a police report". I began crying, for the second time. The lady told me I understand, you paid $131, and I told her "I worked two jobs, and even with that I don't need or feel the necessity to become a thief, I hope whoever took the medal liked it or need the money, I'm crying because I trusted and just grab the bag instead of opening I front of them before leaving". Now, reading the reviews, I had not been the only one that experience that, so PLEASE, don't leave the place before been sure that you got what you paid for! Just bought, two sets of gold nose rings. The salesmen put them in a small bag/envelope with The receipt and taped it shut no possible way for it to fall out ( was not actually paying attention wether they both were put in the bag or not. Because he taped it shut I did not check anything till I got home. Once I got home there was one one ring that I purchased in the bag and the other was missing. Once again no way for it to fall out, but when I called they said he put it in the bag and I asked them to look to see if it was still next the the cash register or anywhere and was accidentally not put in. But nothing was done I believe he never put it in the bag. So $40 just down the drain for a product I didn't get. read more

Went here with a friend to look at jewelry and earrings! Dawn helped us for almost an hour and was super patient with our indecisiveness. She was great! The jewelry is high quality and looks amazing!! I love my new earrings! I bought 3, they had a buy 1 get 2 50% off sale! We are obsessed!! They have really good selections for earrings and cartilage piercings. Will be back for more! I was near the Piercing Pagoda and saw an elderly woman with her grandson enjoying the video game set up nearby. She sat in the chair at the Piercing Pagoda (the chair people normally sit in to get their ears pierced). There was absolutely no customers there, especially no one waiting to get pierced and all the coworkers were just standing around chatting. They noticed the elderly woman sitting in the chair and one of their employees literally pulled the chair out from under this woman without even saying a word. I was absolutely disgusted. I purchased a $250 gold chain for my son on 12/16/18. Recently the chain links started cutting into his neck. He took the chain back to the kiosk store at arrowhead mall but had a hard time speaking with the sales lady as she had a very thick accent. He ended up going over to Jared jeweler to see if they could repair it. They said it would be about $500 to fix, which is more than it was worth. They also said that some of the chain links were shredding but shouldn't be and he should take back to store it was purchased. Tried that already. I called their customer service and they said that since it's been past the 1 year warranty, they wouldn't do anything about this bad piece of jewelry. We took our four year old daughter here to get her ears pierced. She brought her stuffed animal kitty with her and asked if they pierced kitty ears too. The sweet woman with red curly hair(I don't remember her name) was more than happy to oblige and put practice hoops in kitty's ears. This was just the coolest thing ever for a four year old. Then her and the other employee carefully marked our little girl's ears and pierced both at the same time. I was told they were piercing by appointments only which i understand. I called just 5 min ago to make an appointment and the girl on the phone told me they are not doing any more this week. Ok can i make an appointment for this coming friday? "I just said we are not doing them this week" i said ok but this coming friday is next week. "How about the 26th? Do you have anythong then?" Her reply again was nothing but attitude and was told i cannot make an appointment for Friday because i guess they consider that this week and they dont have anyone doing piercings or even another week out. So how can it be appointments only if you are not doing them? Went into the mall last Saturday to try and have a chain replaced, that I know I rightfully put insurance on. Only for someone to be there that I never seen before try and tell me that I put insurance on the incorrect item, but he'd still help me anyway. Once he finally looked up the necklaces and pins it. He tells me none are available in Phoenix at all! Provided me his card with identification numbers, and advised me to call him Wednesday or Thursday to follow up if one is in stock. I just called, and he didn't sound busy at first. He told me, he put me on hold and finish with someone, and I hung up finally after 10 mins of holding, and he never even came back to check on me. Thing is, he just didn't want to help me and that's okay. You just don't have any professionalism and should not have gotten your position because you clearly lack communication skills James Holak. Does not even deserve a one star rating!! i got a piercing for my 3 month old they charged us for a warranty WITHOUT asking us if we wanted it. and two days later the piercing had fallen out which was the ear that the PIERCING GUN had issues and DID NOT CLICK THE BACK ONTO THE EARRING. And has fallen out TWO DAYS after getting it done. But yet we are charged for a warranty that doesn't cover anything apparently. My daughter is 3 MONTHS OLD she can't crawl or roll over yet so not like she would have moved to where it fell out from it. Then on the phone today when I saw it was missing the lady was extremely rude saying how she explained how the warranty works (which she DID NOT because we WERE NOT asked about getting it at all, was just charged for it without being asked). As well as her being rude saying that the gun did not have a malfunction (when it did and she even said she has to put the back on herself because the gun DID NOT work the way it should have) I honestly wish I was recording the whole thing then she'd have no way of claiming anything she claims she did. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. The male employee that was "assisting" me was so rude. He did not have an ounce of good customer service. I was looking for 2 pair of earrings and he acted annoyed when I asked him if he had 2 pair that were the same. I asked to see a pair and he was very put out by the request. How do you buy earrings without looking at them? If I had not needed to get earrings that evening, I would have left. I did not even get so much as a "Thank you." Do not go her unless you don't care how you are treated. Obviously this is not unusual behavior since two other employees were present, on their cell phones and did not even seem bothered by the way he was treating me. He sighed anytime I asked a question, like "do these have locking backs". Instead of answering me properly he just stated "If it says they do". Stay clear of this place if you expect to be treated like a human being. Someone needs to train these employees what customer service is. read more
