Went to get my daughter's ears pierced. She is 5 and they are terrific with kids. I went to check…read moreit out and ask about how they pierce. I made sure to bring her when there were two staff people so her ears would be pierced simultaneously. They sterilized their hands and one person sterilized her ears and they used a purple marker to mark where they would pierce. They checked it asked me to check and adjusted until it was just right. I filled out forms while she picked out earrings. Then they gave her a teddy to hold then quickly sterilized the equipment, cleaned their hands again, put on a pair of new sterile gloves each then pierced both ears at the same time. The positioning was perfect and it only hurt for a moment. She cried but was all smiles when she saw her earrings in the mirror. They then explained how to care for her ears and sent us home with detailed care instructions and non-stinging ear care solution. Great experience and the two ladies who pierced her ears did a great job making this a good experience for my daughter and her nervous mom. No appointment is needed but if it is a child and you want both ears done at the same time make sure you go when they have more than one person working in the store, Cost depends on the price of the earrings chosen, The piercing, and after care solution is included in the price.

May 2026 | Jewelry Change / Replacement (2 stars) Fast forward to May 2026, I bumped my nose at work and my jewelry fell out. I had already been wanting to switch out my jewelry, so I figured this was the universe giving me a reason. I booked a same-day appointment online, which was super convenient. This visit, however, felt like a completely different experience. The front desk staff member greeted me, but the interaction felt disengaged and not particularly welcoming from the start. I was explaining what happened and mentioning that I'd had my original jewelry in since 2021. While she kindly offered to place my old jewelry in a baggie, which I appreciated, the overall interaction felt very transactional rather than consultative. I specifically asked for recommendations for everyday, long-term wear jewelry because I don't plan on changing it often. I also asked about rose gold for everyday wear, hoping for a little guidance from someone who works with jewelry every day. The response I got was basically, "Why not?"
