My two puppies recently had dental cleanings, and even though it's a routine procedure, I was still nervous. Handing over your pets and waiting while they're under anesthesia is never easy. Dr. Farr and her team were incredible from start to finish. The communication, updates, and genuine care they showed made a stressful day feel so much easier. What stood out most was how personal the experience felt. I never felt like just another client or that my puppies were just another appointment. It was clear that Dr. Farr and her team truly cared about them and understood how much they mean to me. When I picked them up, I knew they had been well cared for, and the thoughtful follow-up afterward only reinforced that feeling. Great veterinary care is important, but finding a team that treats your pets like family is something special. I believe that she went through a tough time before I adopted her. I saw the great yelp reviews and I decided to call and she answered right away and agreed to meet my dog and I was that afternoon for a walk through. I wound up leaving my dog over the weekend and Julie was very sweet and you can tell she is an animal lover. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with her. She has excellent communication skills too. My dog came home and was happy to see me but she was a happy happy dog so I that's a great thing. I recommend trying this place if you want someone that lets your dog run freely and play with other dogs as well. It was my dogs first time and I will be taking her back next time I travel.

My 5 month old kitten broke his leg and I was so scared about what to do. I was able to make an…read moreappointment the following day and their ortho was available to get a good look at his X-rays. They determined it was a clean enough break to cast him and let it heal on its own. My kitten was so crafty he escaped his cast several times but the staff was kind enough to let me bring him back in to rewrap it. After a week of that, they xray again and determined it was healed enough to let him go without it but to keep him calm in a room without stuff to climb and jump on. Walter is lucky he's a kitten and healed quickly! The staff was so friendly and welcoming and answered every question I had about my kitten as well as the costs along the way. Everything was laid out before I signed for treatment. Overall great experience. Thank you!

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive to my puppy, who thoroughly enjoys her time with the staff and the other dogs! They even celebrate birthdays! I really appreciate that they have the dogs on a regimented schedule instead of confined to one playroom room all day. The dogs have personal time, indoor play, and outdoor play time (each with similar sized dogs). For personal time, each dog has a roomy open-air suite with food/water bowls, a bed, and toys (if you opt to pack them in their daycare bag). For flat-faced breeds like mine, they provide slanted bowls. Although there aren't livestream cameras, the team posts photo dumps to the Facebook group every afternoon (see examples)! Also worth noting, the team is quick to flag any upcoming vaccination needs or behavior changes. They keep a very close eye on the dogs. Lastly, the hours they offer are unmatched. Drop-off opens at 7:30am and pick-up closes at 7:45pm. In summary - The attention to detail that the staff has is exemplary, and their patience and love for dogs fosters a tail-wag inducing environment!
