Words don't even begin to express how surprisingly pleased I was with this place. It's a small mom and pops that was clean, quiet and honestly quite adorable. Indoor and outdoor seating. Everything was homemade and I mean EVERYTHING including their bread and sides (other than bags of chips and soda). Our team came here from Los Angeles for Cal Ripken Baseball Tournament. We were told how good this place by a photographer at the tournament. This place has great food and super friendly family who operate it. Don't let the small location deter you becuase you'll be sorry that you didn't tey it. Pigeon Forge Deli is the gem you need to go to!! The pimento cheese BLT is one of the best sandwiches I have had. The pimento cheese is perfect and they are generous with their perfectly cooked bacon! My husband got the cheesesteak and went on and on about how good it was. We were looking for a mom and pop sandwich place and came across this spot. It's truly a mom and pop as we noticed a husband and wife team making the food, while their daughter was working the cashier. It's quite difficult to find- it's in an old strip mall tucked away in the corner, near the Reebok Outlet store. Seriously, this strip mall takes you straight back to 1994. Fortunately, the search was worth it. They bake their own bread here- thick white slices of bread that make for a great chicken salad sandwich. Prices were great too- a gigantic chicken salad sandwich with chips and a pickle was just $6. But I think their main prize is their pretzel. It comes in a few different flavors, and you can get a traditional pretzel, sticks, or bites. It is a terrific pretzel, and comes with a dipping sauce option also. They make it as you order it. The customer service was great and they came to check on our group many times. Definitely check this place out if you are looking for a good sandwich or pretzel. read more

So pigeon forge was not my planned destination today when I left my house. But by The circuitous route I took I ended up here. And honestly this is the best little find of my recent travels. For $15 dollars I got a great sandwich on an Udis GF bun. So about the deli. This is a family owned place. First the have separate surfaces and treat the meats for the ordered GF sandwiches by taking out a fresh and not cross contaminated from the back. One of the workers/owners has a peanut allergy and treats every GF order as if it was being made for him and his allergy. The chicken salad was good. read more

Don't let size fool you. This place should get 6 stars. A Mom & Pop type place that knows both quality and quantity when serving food. Their sandwiches are huge and the amount of meat is enormous. The tomatoes, lettuce and other fixings are fresh as well. The bread is soft and not hard like a brick bat like it is sometimes at Subways. This place ruins all other Deli shops back home in Indiana for me. Order the "Chub": Turkey, ham, bacon, lettuce, & tomato you will not be disappointed. Also check out their Hot Pretzels with mustard on them. The service here is excellent. The only thing they could improve on is the seating. But they do have outdoor seating as well. Pricing is really reasonable. Two people can eat for $15.00 If your in the area you definitely need to check this place out you will not be disappointed. I plan on coming back here soon with Sandy and have another great sandwich. I might just make this place our noon day place for the week and try each of their sandwiches out. On a rainy day my toddler and I came across this Amazing little place tucked in a back corner of a shopping center . Friendly man helped me choose what to order .
