Nothing glitzy or over the top like a lot of the Pigeon Forge places, this is a nice small local place with extremely friendly staff and excellent customer service. The sandwich's and subs are huge -- deli style. A half a Pot Roast sub was plenty for me. I think it must weigh almost 2lbs. Tender pot roast, cheese, and caramelized onions on a soft wheat sub roll. Very good. My wife just opted for indulgence with a large order of cinnamon sugar pretzel bites and caramel dipping sauce. These were cooked to order and phenomenal. The large size will spike your blood sugar and set you up for the perfect carb-crash nap but so worth it! Definitely a place to return to. read more

This is a great place and so glad we went for lunch. The staff was very friendly and very helpful in making suggestions on what to eat. On our long trip to escape Hurricane Irma I was so tired of bar food and Southern food. When I checked Yelp and found a highly rated deli, it seemed a sandwich would be perfect. The Pidgeon Forge Deli is located i the corner of a shopping center. A little hard to see, you really have to look for it. It is a cute little quant place with indoor and outdoor seating. On the menu there are a bunch of specialty sandwiches. The boys and I ordered the "Chub": Turkey, ham, bacon, lettuce, & tomato. Husband ordered the Pot Roast and Swiss Cheese. You can the sandwich size and type of bread. Each sandwich also comes with a side. The sandwiches were great. All of the meat is sliced to order and the bread is freshly baked. The only thing I did not care for was my Tomato Basil soup. It was a thin broth as opposed to a thick soup. The soup was bland. My 12 year old did love his side of Cole Slaw. The self serve iced tea and lemonade were super fresh and good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. So glad we found this charming deli on Yelp! read more

Sadly I think it was more my fault this place was a 3 star.. the bread here is made fresh and very good. We did the honey wheat and I fotvthe club and wife got the ham 1/2 sandwich and soup. Her sandwich and mine were huge and like I said the bread was good.. the meats were ok.. the cheese was what I thought ruined this sandwich. I recommend replacing the American cheese with a REAL cheese. We couldn't even finish our sandwiches they were so wet and nasty from thIs cheap cheese. Ali ordered the turkey Reuben which would've been fine, but it was on a bread neither of us really liked. The jalapeño pretzel was the real star of the show. It was piping hot and perfectly salted. It's also a reasonably priced place in a sea of over-priced tourist eateries. You order, sit down and wait for your meal to arrive. We spilt the Chub and each had soup. I had the broccoli cheddar and my wife had the tomato bisque. The sandwich was packed full of meat and was delicious. My wife thought her soup could have used some more salt, while I thought mine could have used some more broccoli. Also, they don't offer a half-sandwich-soup combo.
