So deep was the gouge you could see the steal threads. We continued driving for maybe another 50 miles visiting sites until I knew we needed a new tire. Reading other reviews I called Pigeon Forge Tire Service. They politely talked through my options and were happy to have me head over right away. From there Miguel and the team took over and I was in and out in maybe 45 minutes at a great price. I can't say enough about the friendly, yet professional atmosphere. I asked if I dropped off my vehicle on Sunday (Easter Sunday) if he could get it done on Monday. He said yes. I explained that I would pick it up after work (3:00).Again he said it would be fine. I had a friend drop me off. On Monday I called around 1:00 to check to see if my vehicle was ready. Stephen told me it would be ready in a "couple of hours". I asked so if I come around 3:30 it should be ready. He said yes. At 3:00 when I got home I called again expecting my car would be ready and I wanted to get the price so I could bring enough cash. Stephen again answered and told me "it was the next one in the bay". They close at 5:00. The last thing I wanted was a rushed job. Plus I felt lied to. There are many other shops that can replace brakes in my area. I will avoid this shop in the future and save myself time and frustration. Plus I don't want anyone rushing to get my car ready. After I got my key from the office I caught Shal to explain my disappointment after I took so much time to get this vehicle dropped off and picked up by another friend. Neither he nor anyone in the office seemed apologetic nor care that they didn't get my car ready as they said. Too bad so sad was their attitude. That's my attitude as well as I will move on to another service center that appreciates their customers and their business. And I would certainly not refer any one I know here. They are too busy for us anyway.
