The pistachio tart was fresh with a rich nutty flavor, though it took a little finesse to eat because the filling kept wanting to spill out. My favorite was the lychee raspberry & rosewater pastry. It was flaky, with a delicate sweetness from the fruits and a subtle floral note from the rosewater. You can really taste the dedication in these pastries. I'd recommend going early in the day as many of their items tend to sell out quick.

When we got back from an adventure at Butchart Gardens, we stopped by for dessert! We got the Hazel Amour and it was enough for us to share. There are so many offers and combinations that I could see us coming back here the next time we're back in BC.
