This visit, we were seated in the back at a regular table, and I really enjoyed the extra space and more relaxed atmosphere. The ramen was excellent; rich, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. Everything came out fresh and beautifully presented. Our waiter, Kenny, was attentive, friendly, and checked in on us throughout the meal without being overbearing. One thing you absolutely have to order is the kimchi mushrooms. They were so good that I'm still thinking about them the next day. Seriously, if Tonchin sold jars of them, I'd keep one stocked in my fridge at all times. Great food, great service, and a beautiful space. I highly recommend checking it out if you're a ramen lover.

One of the perks is children under 8 years old can eat free and they also give kids a free handout and crayons to keep them busy. I also like their premium high chair. The waitress was okay, she confirmed everyone's seating so she won't mix up our ramen. The ramen is still as good as I remember it. There are so many good ramen restaurants but Ichiran will always be one of the stable.

That usually also makes it less tender as the middle is still a little coagulated from being chilled prior. I would also assume that chicken broth is less calorie dense than pork so I also felt less guilty drinking it all. The staff is friendly and quick enough with the service and they also have rotation test menu items which is nice but there's a few items on their regular menu they are always out of like their oyster pancake
